This has become one of my favorite places to get lunch during the week. I love it! I read through the reviews out of boredom, and cant help to think that maybe some of the customers provoked some of the staff with entitled tones and snobbery, and was met with accidental rudeness? Meaning they were met with their own demeanor. I am extremely skeptic of these Karen type of reviews. So, if you are reading these reviews trying to decide to try the food, do it. The green mango and ginger smoothie is the best!And to the review that complained about the fruit pulp... it IS in the pictures...

We looooovee a good pokebowl. This place has some delicious options to choose from or a pick it yourself option. They have a good selection for fair prices and a very healthy serving. Food tasted fresh and delicious.

Chicken doesnt taste right. They always smother everything in sauce (get it on the side). Protein options in general dont taste right and texture is off. Pre packaged?

Really good place. Healthy eating at its best. Fresh and hot everytime. A must if u a fan of thai.. nice friendly folks and following CDC guidance.. right on college town lots of students and foot steps from stadium.. GO NOLES..

Tuna Bowl was delicious and amazingly fresh! Nice service and attentive staff. Great atmosphere and ambiance. All Covid protocols are observed. Will be back for more

Solid poke bowls, but I feel like sometimes they skimp on the meat. I love their boba! Easily one of my favorite places to get boba in Tallahassee. Go here on your birthday for a free drink!!!

Genuinely one of the best places in town. They have great selection of food and everything is really fresh (unlike other poke places around).Great vegan options as well, including a delicious mock chicken. The teas are exceptional as well.The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating with a nice patio section.I will definitely be back often!

Terrible spot here. I have a problem with drinks having too many textures that not supposed to be there. I either gag or throwup. I got the peach green tea with lychee poppers. There were also jelly chunks at the bottom. I asked for a new drink because there are jelly chunks that shouldnt be there (Goes back to too many textures going on). Staff told me that those jelly junks are in the peach syrup itself. What syrup has chunks in it? Was told I need to pay for a new drink and that the chunks are shown in a picture. I looked around trying to find said picture and did not find one with jelly chunks in the drink! Why when Im not even able to drink the first one? No.Edit** Now they said that it was pulp. Please tell me what pulp has jelly like texture. It was literally blended up junks of jelly, like the topping.

Employee making the food and drinks was extremely rude— throwing around the metal containers, having no patience, and just generally unfriendly. I would hate to come back with her working again. Food is good but this customer service really ruins it for me

The manager, tattoos with the blonde highlights and black hair, is extremely rude and just evil. I’ve witnessed her behavior towards other customers and it bothered me. However, when I attempted to still be cordial and nice when a situation occurred with my order she still proceeded to be snarky,sarcastic, and rude. I will not be coming back to this location at all, I’ll stick to the location on Tennessee street!

I desperately need a Poke place like this in my hometown. I was sooo happy with the base and topping choices; filled with good, healthy, clean protein and a little bit of meat to top it off. No other place Ive looked at compares. Anytime Im back in town, Im coming!

Natural Kitchen is my go-to for fresh and healthy poke bowls. The place is beautiful and clean. The boba tea is so delicious, some of the best I have ever tried. My favorite is the Brulee boba. The girl who makes the boba is always so funny and nice. It is a pleasure coming here. So glad my apartment is walking distance from here.

This is my favorite beverage place in town. Hands down. They make awesome milk tea. Shout out to Jenny who works there. She makes me feel special by remembering my favorite drinks. Highly recommended.

Their boba is good; however, from the two times that I have eaten there I have tried the Vegan of the Sea bowl and they say it is vegan (I asked) and it is NOT. The sauce contains egg yolks. I will not be coming back because they are misleading and I am writing this review for those who are also vegan and for everyone to be aware of it.

Very nice place, the food and drink are very good. The reason I give it 3 stars bc there is one Asian girl with a little fluent English then the other workers have the worst attitude ever. Other than that everything is great !

The short Asian girl with a name tag that says Jenny ( probably not her real name ) made a bubble tea that was gross and not what I ordered. I paid with a credit card and the other girl rang me up,.. when I signed the slip she asked the other chick if I left a tip!...RudeThe next day I had a friend who was going to eat there but when they walked in “Jenny “ was picking her nose and on her cell phone speaking Chinese and was rude. So my friends left and ate somewhere else. 2 days later another person I know said they found a roach 🪳 in there Poke bowl.Definitely not going back to this place.

The poke is decent, and the boba is pure delight! Personal favorite? The taro boba! Wont regret it.

Some of the options they have are a little strange for sushi and poke bowls, and I wish they had cream cheese. The sushiritos are really good and they do a good job of mixing it. The employees at the Gaines st location are a little rude and on top of that don’t let you do half and half and instead charge you for 2 protein even though they only gave you half.

All the other Poke places in Tallahassee better watch out. Literally when your craving a fresh sushi style bowl and dont want to fork over $50 for actual sushi this is the move. Many other joints in town have tried the same thing and failed, inconsistent menu items and hours plague the others. Natural kitchen 10pm every night, rice cooked perfectly and quick service for a good price.

I’ve tried Bubble tea in every restaurant in Tallahassee, and I wholeheartedly believe that Natural Kitchen has the best. The tapioca was sweet and yummy with great texture and I loved it. Also the employees were super nice. They saw we decided to sit outside and they put super nice music on for us. Definitely going back soon!

Natural Kitchen has what I believe to be the best Poke bowls in Tallahassee. I ordered mine with the spicy salmon, sticky rice, and veggies. It was so good, I ate it all with nothing left over. Everything in it was fresh and relatively healthy. I am satisfied and currently writing this with a full belly. Thank you!

Boba was kinda warm but that my fault, didnt ask for ice. The poke was gucci though so 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Food is fine but all the workers lowkey have an attitude

I had like 5 orders in a week! Im kind of abscessed with their bowls. The only time I wasnt satisfied was a taken out. The seal of my drink was leaking and I didnt notice it at all when picked up. But overall its still 5 stars. YA!

Good portions, fresh produce and the sauces are really tasty (I got the spicy ginger, sriracha aioli and the sweet chili sauces). Really, really good :D

Like many of the Poke bowl and sushi burrito businesses, they tend to give you very small portions of everything except the rice. As someone who eats primarily vegetarian, this does not work well for me. That is the only thing preventing me from giving them 4 stars
