Flavors were really good compared to other frozen yogurt places Ive been to. Mix-ins were comparable to other yogurt places. The place was clean. The guy working there was very nice. It was fun to bring the family there. Felt safe. Price was comparable to other frozen yogurt places.

This place is pretty bad for the money. Not only were no dedicated yogurt cups, there were more than 6 empty or unusable flavors, and they didnt even carry the plant-based yogurts advertised on the website! If youre a vegan or just want a sorbet, forget it. This isnt the place. I was only able to have one option which was the Tiger blood one, and I couldnt even get all what I wanted because it ran out right in front of me. Granted, it was great, and all the toppings were available, but in my opinion thats the bare minimum for a frozen yogurt establishment. The SEVENTEEN dollars that my significant other and I paid for two drink cups full of frozen yogurt and toppings was nowhere near worth it. Especially when you note that the service was absolutely abysmal. The tall male worker there barely lifted his head up off of his phone to check out my significant other and me. In fact, its like we didnt even exist to him, as he did not greet us (nor anyone) that walked in the place. I understand if someone is having a bad day, but as a former service worker, I know that those are moods we must leave at the door, or at least try to. Not only that, but the tables didnt seem clean or sanitized either. I would never recommend this place to someone whos looking for frozen yogurt in Tallahassee. I just hope that if theres a next visit for me, the worker there has a decent attitude and there are actually various (and in-stock) options available for people with different eating patterns. If not, that will be the last time I visit Yogurt Mountain as a whole.

We enjoyed Family Night (BOGO 50% off) every Friday. We were just told management decided to do away with it. Yogurt Mountain is good but not the best in town- the discount is what made it worth our while. If were going to be paying these prices, well take our business to Nuberri or Sweet Frog.

The quality of the yogurt is not very good. Too watery. Clean and polite staff.

After adding some green apple and blueberry poppers to my bowl I noticed there was a black hair in my yogurt (neither myself nor my girlfriend have black hair). We brought it to the attention of the employees behind the cash register. They looked at the cup and then looked at us. My girlfriend had to explain to them that it came from the poppers on the toppings bar. One employee motioned as if she was just going to pick the hair out of the cup (without gloves I might mention). And then one of the employees came from behind the register and just simply looked in and stirred the poppers on the line... after making a new bowl and paying an employee goes sorry about the hair again.... As someone who works in food and beverage, I would have at least expected them to replace the toppings but I guess not. All I know is I wont be visiting this location again.

Yogurt Mountain gives off a friendly, fun vibe from the moment you walk in the door. The colorful atmosphere and friendly service not only draw you in but make your experience enjoyable. There are numerous flavors of yogurt, ranging from classic vanilla to cookies n cream, to a more exotic orange flavor. Additionally, each kind of yogurt has an informational nutrition card above it, so the health-conscious can compare options. The toppings are plentiful and fresh, and the possibilities of combinations are limitless! I will definitely be coming here again.

Never had frozen yogurt before and holy smokes I should have started. Total be back. Manager was super sweet and Informative. Even let me try with samples and gave great suggestions

They force 1 yr old babies to wear mask or no service to all the group that was wearing mask, they said manager orlando impose that. Even when they have a sign saying that is was for 6yr or older. very stupid rule imposed by manager. Babies does not let their masks on you shuold learn that.

Nice place for small group social snack, parking is a bit limited, good sweet choices, frozen yogurt ice cream and sherbert options. Pay by oz, probably going to spend about $6 for a normal cup. Check Hooked app for deals

Lovely staff! I am just confused as to why they dont have non-dairy ice cream... not sorbet ice cream as sorbet isnt ice cream. I got nothing!

Delicious frozen yogurt and convenient location

Went to yogurt mountain 2 hours before closing time, and the employees were cleaning up and putting the yogurt machines away. There were only about 4-5 flavors available. Had to leave because of limited choices. I don’t know if this is employee protocol, but it seemed unreasonable to put up yogurt machines that far from closing.

I had the best experience because of the nicest worker Jade. She was so nice and welcoming and made my experience overall better.

Got there at 11.50PM just about when they were closing. Had good assorted flavors. Definitely the go-to if you want some Froyo close to campus

The yogurt was good, but what got me hot was i bought 2 cups one for me one for my wife and my bill was $18.... wow I was shocked, and as I ate I saw another person get 1 cup about the same amount and his total was $4 what the hell I feel as if I was way over charged. I have been to nuberri many times and never charged over $10 for 2 cups. I will not be back to this place

Dont be fooled. Not an actual mountain. No climbable crags and/or good spots to set up camp. Climbing spikes not recommended. However, I was surprised to find delicious yogurt upon arrival.

I only gave this place a 3 because they had no vanilla. What kinda yogurt / Ice Cream Place has no vanilla. Thats like going for a banana Split where they have no bananas.

The yogurt is a bit pricey, but it is some of the best frozen yogurt I have ever tasted. The yogurt doesnt try to be ice cream- its okay with being frozen yogurt! The original tart is phenomenal: not overly creamy or sweet, strong flavor and wonderfully thick!Best froyo in Tallahasse by far!

Rumor was this place may have had zero calorie ice cream, I take them at their word for it. The ice cream is great.

Sone of the machines were out of order or out of yogurt. What we had was very good, and good service with friendly cheerful staff.

Spent $15 and couldn’t even get a lid for it to go. Even though the cups in the freezer have lids on them, the girl said “ we don’t have lids” wrong.

This place has a lot of positives.It was nice and clean, there was no line so I was in and out, and there was a nice selection of toppings to choose from.Personally I thought it was a bit overpriced even for froyo...Not my go to place for froyo, but I wouldnt mind going back.

I dont like it because online have you close at 12 every day and you close at 10 plus we tray to pay 49 dollars of our ice cream with a 50 dollar and you dont accept it because you are not taking more the 20 dollar I dont understand
