Holy Cow! Firstly, I’m grateful for the Geek Squad guy clueing me in on this place.Anyone who is interested in building their own computer needs to come here first.I was looking for a PCIe wireless/Bluetooth card and a plain-Jane wired mouse. Alas, no card - but I did score 200’ of Cat 6 (for $1.99) and a like-new Dell mouse (for $4.99).Ultimately, I had to order the network card from my go-to source, but I’ll definitely return whenever I need anything computer related. Absolutely disgusting the prices they charge. Most things are ABOVE eBay prices. Goodwill. Donated stuff sold cheap to help others. I’m a game collector and going to goodwill to find a great game cheap is like a thrill. This Goodwill wants you to pay $100 for a game that sells for $40. Remember who you are... you’re not GameStop.

I went to the goodwill next door. Good prices on toys but disappointed because a worker wouldnt sell me a bag of dolls without clothes because he said they send them to sell online. Obviously they should sell me something they had on the floor to sell. Never had that problem before though but now we know where the good stuff goes.

This is a goodwill computer store. But for some reason they think they’re ebay or GameStop. You guys are literally getting donated items. You guys have the audacity to look up an item in front of me on eBay and tell me that’s what you’re going to charge. Brand new items is what you want to price you’re used “tested” items at. Bought an original Xbox from there and two guitar hero guitars and none of them were working. But they were “tested” right?

Great hidden gem! Good selection of retro games and accessories. Plus they have affordable PCs and laptops to suit different needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I think they are great as far as sales and A decent inventory . However customer service I’m not so sure about ! I recently came in to buy a Dell computer and a young lady Assisted me in checkout . It wouldn’t have been a problem but I was slightly uncomfortable because she didn’t hand me my stuff or indicate that it was sitting on the right or anything. I could go on because she handed a white customer his bag . Idk ....definitely felt slightly uncomfortable.

I had never seen a Goodwill store that was focused on computers so I thought I would check it out. They have a lot of peripherals cables and all sorts of devices. I guess the problem is that the prices are too high as many times you can get something brand new at Walmart or Best Buy for the same or lower price.

This location has all sorts of computers, parts, gaming systems, TVs, cords for phones cameras etc. The staff is very friendly. And willing to help you figure out some of your computer issues or electronic problems.I wished I lived in the state to go to the store a little bit more often. But for one thing the prices are amazing

This store is the most expensive goodwill store in the city of Tallahassee and it once held some very nice items but now its full of junk like all of the rest of them. It is an overtly overpriced indoor yard sale and heavily stocked with arrogant and rude service workers who think that they are more than this. It is not a lesser thing to work at Goodwill but it is certainly no more. Humility and service is required of all of us, even a Goodwill employee.As I was there shopping, the supervisor came out and told each of the employees to locate themselves at the register and greet every person who enters the store, which they had failed to do for me. The shift in attitude when I declined to donate MY change to another center that Goodwill owns was remarkable. Why would I donate a penny to you when you regard me with disdain? Next time, blue eyed, blonde haired Goodwill employee, I will take my business elsewhere.

Amazing. Great place for tech nerds like myself. Only downside is some of the prices are a bit high, but most stuff is priced reasonably.

I try my best not to write reviews when Im upset with a company.I recently bought vouchers for Goodwill and they tried to tell me that they were not going to accept them .

A really unique and cool outlet offering all things electronic PC or gaming, Im sure theres some great deals here if youre a local and can visit regularly to grab the good deals before theyre gone. Prices are comparable to online prices, but youre paying for convenience. Its a trade-off.

Bought my Dell computer here and used it as a template to turn into a beast of a gaming computer. Ive also bought a PS2 Slim here with numerous games for nostalgia. The employees are fantastic and are incredibly knowledgeable, and a blast to speak to. When I was a regular earlier this year, I was always greeted warmly and never had any trouble. I personally recommend this place to anyone looking for upgradable Dell office computers OR any retro gaming hardware!

They do have some good deals and they have a surprising collection of decent monitors and speakers. It is a very good place to look for bargain accessories. I am not impressed the way they exhibit the computer parts though - no static electricity protection and no cover at all.

Do NOT buy a gaming system from here! They say it’s tested and works but when we got home we turned it on, sure it came on but won’t play anything!Just because it turns on guys doesn’t mean it works. Tell your tester to actually play a few mins of a game before deciding whether or not it’s sellable!!! Of course, I’m stuck with a system that doesn’t work because “all sales are final” 🙄It’s really a shame because the store was nice and the workers were nice but nice doesn’t fix a broken system.

Good inventory and wonderful customer service! I had a mix up with a game I purchased and they were incredibly polite and helpful resolving the problem. Have been coming here for a few years, will definitely continue.

Tallahassee Goodwill stores are generally well organized and clean with lots of variety, this store is no exception. As with any thrift store you need to go frequently because the selection is always changing.This location has a computer store as well. New, used and refurbished computers, tablets and accessories. There is also a back room with computer components for those who want to build or repair their own computers from scratch.

Goodwill on Capital Circle are no matter where they are man if you need Electronics thats the one you want to go to Capital Circle Goodwill they have laptops they got just about anything you need as far as gaming concerns and its all priced very reasonable but if you got to buy games for the child go to the Goodwill they got them in their cheap a good place to go Christmas. I love the way they have their clothes laid out they got the sizes on them which I really enjoyed because I cant go with small medium or large only know exactly what size it is and they post it

Fair but infelixible. For items that are given to them the pricing on them should be more flexible If the description on an item says that it Powers on And they cant get it to turn on in the store and they cant find a power cord that fits it they should be least able to bring the price down a bit. Which is odd since they seem to have had a cord to Test it in the 1st place.

Clean and well organized. I always find something good, but Im struggling to wrap my head around their audacity to charge $50 for a pair of sneakers. Idc if theyre brand new, they got them for free, smh

Do not listen to these people who claim theyve gotten good deals on their products here, simply because most are from employees and mindless boomers who know nothing of electronics. Please take your business elsewhere, because this is NOT a business. Even your average run-of-the-mill mom and pop stores are better than this. If youre looking for retro video games, I suggest checking out a local game store or ordering online. If youre looking for electronics/tvs/etc., theres tons of options that are better than this place. Anyways, back to the subject at hand. Goodwill claims to be non-profit but the prices here, arent even reasonable. They claim to Look at the lowest price on eBay which is a blatant lie, because Ive done that before, and the prices here are higher than the average buy on eBay, but Im not done.They have no idea what theyre doing at all, and they think that its some kind of special limited-edition item theyre selling and that its a piece of gold. They claim to fix and refurbish items, but Ive seen the most dirty items there, like they just came from a garbage bin. They simply get an item FOR FREE, and charge the highest price for it. This is not a lie, and I urge you to leave a bad review because they need to learn what theyre doing. Another reason, is that its GOODWILL. They get electronics for free, but want to charge above-average price for it, and do not think of disregarding this review, unless you like people stealing your money from you. Another reason why you should not shop here is because the employees are rude. They are never nice, and dont even have manners when someone buys something. Ive seen people try to negotiate with their extremely-high prices, but the employees end up lashing out at the customers and being rude. I could go on and on, but let me sum this up. If they received a plastic bag, they would charge 100 dollars for it. Do not shop here EVER.

Whats the deal with this Goodwill? They charge well above eBay prices for old video game stuff. 24.99 for Chip and Dale RR!? Thats 11 dollars over plus eBay has free shipping.They get this stuff donated to them! What a terrible business practice.You guys are out of your minds. Youre basically conmen with a Goodwill name.Do not support this store! Youll get ripped off.

Pretty good place to buy old consoles+ equipment, but as far as games go, Id consider it a last resort. I was told every game was tested, but the first game I bought didnt work. Theres not a return policy, but if you call back within a day they offer to exchange it. However, the first experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Now, the good part is that they offer a pretty good deal on consoles if youre like me and dont enjoy online shopping. Theyre both tested and labeled with results, with some consoles working and others for parts. Id definitely recommend the place for someone looking to pick up a console or some equipment, but as far as games, Id check elsewhere before purchasing from this particular store.

Good line of old stuff, looks to be mainly Dell cases and I do mean a lot of them too. Old wiis, playstations and old x boxes. Worth the time to look through to see what you might need. Would be helpful to have an aisle devoted to small adapters/cable connectors --stuff that would be an add-on item on amazon.

Name-brand Electronics for a low price its where I got my TV PC and my tablet and they all work good

I think the prices are pretty fair for what you get. I-series laptops for under $300 and game bundles that are comparable to Ebay. I dont think a pawnshop is going to give a repair or replace warranty like this shop does. And I trust their techs who have helped me with my questions.

Incredibly over priced! As a computer technician I can tell you that a pawn shop will have newer laptops, tvs and any other gadgets at far better prices. The staff here really is friendly but they seem to know nothing about the tech they are over charging for.

Subpar selection. It seems like everything in the local Goodwill stores are very picked over and whats left is overpriced junk. I hope they are able to turn their inventory around to make shopping or thrifting more enjoyably.

This place is sick, and feelings of nostalgia come to mind when I see all the classic consoles.

I used to love the selection of used computer parts, when the store was located on the west side of town, but now that theyre trying to sell more new items, it has lost lots of its appeal.

Admittedly we are Goodwill shopping experts, so take this with a grain of salt. The parking and entry to this store is beyond terrible. Donation drop off is inconvenient/inefficient at best, and the goods seem particularly shabby. Have not had a chance to check out other local Goodwills to see if this is typical yet...

Ok so I feel like the pricing is set by ebay itself. They look up items and see what some items are being sold for buy it now prices which we all know is ridiculously high. You also have to realize they get this stuff donated so they really are asking for too much for a lot of these items. Goodwill was supposed to be a store that customers who cant afford the new stuff and get it 2nd hand for a lot less, but that is not true for this store, hell you cant even barter a 100 percent pure profit item for them.There isnt even really any overhead for them either. I can find some things for a decent price but in reality Goodwill doesnt really do anything good for the community. I mean they create jobs that are minimum wage and have a slave trade for the people who need to do community service.But nostalgia is fun and I like to look around, thats really about it.Dont buy their graphics cards Ive had 3 out of 4 fail, Ill ask if they test them and they say it came out of working environments.Also, they dont pick up their phones anymore.

It is the only Thrift around open on Sunday evening.However, its prices are very high as compared to most thrifts. For instance the typical hardback is $4 and softback is $2. I saw used shoes for $24 and used hedge clippers for $40.But what I really dislike is that both restrooms were out of service. Do all employees leave the premises to use another restroom? Not likely.

If you are looking for classic games, movies or consoles, they have it. If you need a special cord, they have it.
