Great prices! Friendly service. Not the best for fresh veggies. Yet, a huge selection of Indo-Asian staples. Good place for Desi cuisine!
This place has everything you could ever want. Spicy snacks, frozen meals, imported candies, fresh fruit and vegetables. And all the spices you need to make it all taste good. Great experience!
Great selection of Indian foods, snacks and spices. If you enjoy cooking with authentic ingredients Little India has what you need.
Love the samosas! The selection in the store is amaze! Varied incenses, rices and fresh veggies. Perfect support for my Ayurvedic lifestyle. ❤️❤️❤️🏍🐥you 🧘🏾♀️

Upon entering the store I was greeted by the owner. The site is well lot and organized. And well stocked. As I was shopping I kept eyeballing the fresh samosas in the case. They have a wonderful selection of spices, sweets and even incense.BTW, if you go for a visit I highly recommend the samosas. The best Ive had in a long time. Very, very flavorful.
A very warm atmosphere, kind and helpful personal .
This store is so great, and the owner is very nice. You will find everything you need for your recipes at a reasonable price. 😊
Nice people. Reasonable prices. Clean store and delicious ingredients. Good selection too!
Wonderful selection of spices, chutneys and sauces along with many other goodies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well organized. This is my new go-to spot and I’m so glad I walked in the doors the other day to explore it. Had to reorganize my pantry I bought so many spices, I have no regrets.
Our favorite neighborhood international grocery store. Owner treats everyone like a family member even if new to the place! Great experience.
Its a nice decent place for groceries.
Great friendly staff very helpful with Indian receipes!
This shop is really well stocked and the owners are nice and friendly! You’ll be able to find anything you need for your next Indian dish.
It is a quaint little store with a plethora of authentic indian ingredients to choose from. Also I like there never really is anyone in here when I go so great for social distancing and not having to rush the aisles. Cashier person is always polite and helpful.
Good place, got what Im looking for
Found good stocks last time we went. Relatively less people but the store is well maintained and people are following social distancing.
Everything was nice and neeat
Ok ok
Great store with a really nice variety of Indian food and spices.
I like this little shop. It has a great variety of food and spices at reasonable prices. I can go here and usually find the unique items needed for an Indian or Asian inspired meal. I purchase rice here and now my sister does also, when she calculated the savings of buying in bulk. It also has a good choice of teas, treats and beauty goods. The owners/staff are friendly and helpful.
I love this little grocery shop. Ive been coming here for more than 5 years. It has fresh hot samosas on most days. The only place with good dosa batter. Lots of Indian fare, fresh and frozen!
Called because my daughters love the Samosas. The nice gentleman cooked them up some fresh even though I know they were pretty much done cooking for the day. Made my day🙂
Very nice grocery. Good selection. Staff was very nice and helpful. This is not a type of food I am used to cooking. I love eating Indian food. I needed guidance. It was the right place for me.
Check the expiry date before you buy anything in this Grocery shop, especially the noodles, ginger garlic paste, tamarind paste, dosa/idly batter and some snack items. Most of them are old stocks. The store owner said the fresh vegetables will be available only on Thursdays. Also, be careful when you buy those lentils in the store, most of the time i saw this houseflies are there.
A friend just told me about this place. Very cool!
Like this store so much.
Its a pretty decent Indian store....if you are looking something for daily use stuff, its for you...
A great local bodega with kind proprietors.
Very nice store for indian groceries and snacks.
I love this place! Their herbs and spices are high quality and well priced, the owners are very nice, and their selection is great for everything I’ve tried. Their fresh ginger is the best in town!
Awesome indian shop
I dropped into little India because I was headed home to make some lamb and realized I was out of curry. I definitely try to get these types of spices from an international grocery store. While I can say this store has the basics of what you would need to cook an Indian dish (or similar). There are many authentic brands and spices that cannot be found in a local grocery store. There is an extremely small produce section and the produce didnt look fresh at all. In addition to the spices, there are teas, herbs, chutneys, rice, beans and an abundance of frozen items. Although organized, the store has an extremely old feel to it that can sometimes be viewed as unclean. The gentleman behind the counter (likely the owner) was in his own little world having a videochat with someone possibly in his native language. He responded nicely when I asked him a question. I was the only customer in there and I gauged that this place is never high volume. I wouldnt knock this place off of the list, but it would not be my go to.
Good... Able to get most of Indian grocery. You can use credit when you purchase more than 10$
This is an Indian grocery run by Indians and full of Indians. This is the real deal. The prices are extraordinarily low. What you can buy in the freezer section of New Leaf or others for twice the price you can find inexpensively and in abundance at Little India. Its like stepping into a foreign land. Full of Indian food. So I guess thatd be India.
Small but great place for Indian groceries! Better price than others in town.
O.k. I have mostly good reviews for this store, but two complaints, which I will get to. The prices are shockingly low, and they have products you are just not going to find anywhere else. Everything is also labeled in an easy to understand way, and the store is very clean. My complaints are this. First, one day I went there I couldnt be in the store because of the strength of the spices in the air. Seriously, my eyes started watering as I walked through the door and by aisle 2 I actually thought I was going to pass out and had to leave. My husband was having problems too. Before anyone jumps on me for this, I cook both Indian food and Cajun cuisine frequently, so Im use to strong spices. My second critique was they did not seem especially friendly, particularly to the fact that Im not Indian. I very much got that Youre not one of us vibe when I tried to address them in the Hindi they were using (and yes my Hindi is correct, I speak it with natives IN India daily). Maybe it was just that set of people, but it was very off putting. Most Indians react very favorably when I display knowledge and verse in their culture. So Im not saying I wont go back, Im just saying the shopkeep could be a bit more friendly.
We love shopping at Little India! The selection of food is great, including a nice selection of fresh herbs, teas and amazing smelling incense. Very reasonable prices that meet any budget!
Excellent space to buy Indian stuff from utensils to groceries.
Good spice selection and open on Sundays. The owner is always there, happy to help. Big freezer section and fresh veggies too.
Pleasant shopping experience...they have a wide variety of quality items..
Clean and organized store with friendly Owner couple. Reasonable price and lot of selection.
This is a great place to shop for all your Indian Cuisine needs.
I love this store! The selection and quality are outstanding--fresh vegetables in abundance! And I love their Samosas--what a treat! Thanks!
Great grocery with tons of vegan and vegetarian products, they also have various fresh produce, much of which is cheaper than the big grocers (get your turmeric root here!). Its also hard not to stop in and get 1 or 10 warm samosas when passing by, employees are always very friendly too.
Poor food selection. Vegetables are in 1 stayed there for years. Expensive as well. I better cook home everyday
Awesome owners and customer service. Im thankful for Little India.
I love their selections and the variety!
He is very polite and very good store, you get most of the indian products, if you request store manager to get something specific and which is not available in store, he will try to get and deliver. Thanks
They are going thru a little construction outside of the store but business is going strong inside and the prices keep you coming back.
They have a large selection of items, including vegetables.
Their selection of spices is AMAZING. Their prices are even better. Awesome place.
Got some great deals on spices for when I cook.
Great store with everything I need to make delicious curries.
You will get all the Indian grocery but fresh vegetables are limited
Reasonable prices. Fresh samosas are amazing
Old store. Not many customers. Cleaner stores elsewhere.
