Dropping returns from an online purchase, I paid $1.29 for an envelope, it’s my first time doing it and didn’t know, 🤪, but it was a quick drop, thanks to the associate who assisted me. Time: 12:50noon on a Thursday.

Excellent customer service! I came in with a last minute/rush job on a Wednesday morning and was greeted by Michael, who was very interested in my project and offered several solutions. Since my project was not ready to go to production he said that I could bring it back after lunch and meet with Matt from their production team to start production. I did not make it back until much later in the day, but that did not matter to Michael and Matt, they were extremely understanding and both jumped in to make sure my proposal was beautifully produced, packaged up and ready to ship. I can not tell you how grateful I am to the team, especially Matt and Michael, at the Tallahassee location (TLHKK). Thank you both for going above and beyond, and for showing me that you cared for this project as much as I did. I will be back!

Mitchell was extremely helpful the 2 times we came in to pickup large packages. We appreciate his courteous and prompt service.

Although this location is very busy, this is definitely the best location. The crew is all very friendly and helpful.

Fed Ex:A return requires that I ship by Fed Ex 😩nooo!!Once again… I waited, holding a heavy package while listening to two people in the office door BS.How do I know it was BS? The conversation was audible to the two representatives and the rest of the customers.UPS:A visit the day before, in the same time frame:All representatives were efficient, polite and helpful. There were three times as many customers in there as when I was in FedEx and I spent a quarter of the time.

Service is ALWAYS great at this location. Fast, efficient, and friendly customer service!

I love this place!!! Devon was so helpful towards me! I come here all the time since I’m a student, but I also come in for character POPs, I have a small collection and am always checking for new ones. Devon was nice enough to go and check in the back for more once I explained my obsession with them and I bought 10!!!!! Lol thanks Devon.

I stopped in to ask about getting several posters laminated. I walked up to the counter that said full service printing as my only other choice was pack and ship. I waited while 2 employees helped 1 customer at pack and ship. While waiting another customer walked in. Before acknowledging or helping me, one customer service rep took him, while the other rep took packages to the back. Another customer came in. The rep took her. Yet another customer came in and the rep took her. Feeling frustrated and invisible, I walked out and went to Office Depot Which was less than a mile away. At Office Depot, I was promptly assisted with my laminating. Hey Fed Ex—there are many other businesses that replicate your services. If you want to stay in business, maybe try acknowledging your customers!

I do a lot of business at this place, having both digital and paper copies of plans made, as well as all of my Fedex shipping. It is close to my office and convenient. Typically, I can get service and get things done fairly quickly. Today when I visited at around 1:30, I was the only customer at the counter, with 3 female employees behind the counter. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged even while standing there, as the three employees thought it was more important to discuss their personal issues loudly. I decided to see how long they would continue to ignore me while I stood in plain view with my documents on the counter. After a few minutes, and realizing that they were not going to finish their conversation in a timely manner, I decided to use a scanner/copier machine in order to email somelarge documents that my office printer was unable to accommodate. That was a few hours ago, and none of the emails have yet made their way to any of the destinations. I was only charged $3.56, so I feel the price was fair for the purported service. When I called a few minutes ago, at approximately 4:45, then 4:50, then 4:55 and finally 5:00 (the numerous phone calls being made because the phone went in answered for 5 minute stretches), someone finally answered the phone. I explained what had happened, and asked how long it usually takes an email to arrive at a destination. She explained that it is usually immediate, but I could come in and try it again. I explained that it wasn’t really convenient since I was across town, but could she possibly check and see if there was a glitch, or if the machine was in a holding pattern, etc. She was extremely uninterested in anything other than getting me off the phone.I’ll now drive across town to do business with ANYONE else, regardless of the inconvenience. The service here has been dwindling of late (other than two employees who are very helpful), so thanks for making the decision for me!

The gentleman working the closing shift a few nights ago was a champ! Not sure why he was the only one working the counter, but he handled the 6 of us or so really professionally and courteously, even though it was closing time. He was extremely helpful when we were having printing issues, and was more than understanding.

Some of the worst customer service for a simple package. Based on time I had no other choice. Wish I knew the persons name to go along with the bad service and attitude

I was in to ship a laptop. The team member greeted me right away; made me aware that the laptop shipping box was on sale. She packaged it up really well and her service was both friendly and efficient!

The self serve kiosks have become so slow. 2-4 minutes in between clicks. In total it took me over 15 minutes to print a document from Google drive. Im giving it two stars because at one point this place used to be quick and I was in and out.

Just left my Fedex store in Tallahassee. Kisha was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I will definitely return to do my business there.

Was greeted by very friendly staff! Kisha & Tsa were wonderful! I left Staples to come here and will be coming back. They had my job completed the same day!!

Went in just before close to do some next day shipping. Was assisted by a mister Jun (pronounced June). Very helpful. Especially considering I made a mistake and had to come back in 10 min later to redo the zip code. Guys a life saver.

Went there at 9:50 PM on Thursday 02/06/2020 but it was close when the sign says they close at 10pm..thats exactly how you do business!!! I needed something done tonight but I got screwed by this ppl

Horrible customer service. I asked the representative a question and the answer was no before I could finish my question. Shipped packages there a few days ago and the rep didnt even say hello. She just took the packages, handed me a receipt and went back to what she was doing. These reps need serious coaching/training on customer service and phone etiquette. For everyone else, simply try a different location and maybe you will have better luck.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I arrived at 1:40 pm to pick up a package, then spent 15 minutes standing at the deck with the woman trying to find it. Some other people had walked in after me, then the woman returned and asked me to wait while she served the other customers before finding my package saying their transactions would be simpler. Now she cant find two of the other individuals packages, it is past close, and I have been here for 30 minutes. I still do not have my package. Will Not be using this FedEx location again.

Needed some stuff laminated. They laminated it for me. It was very expensive to do so Ill be shopping around before I come back here. I paid $3 a square foot and later that day I found it for $2 a square foot. Not necessarily the friendliest folks, but the job got done with no mistakes.

One of the worst place to be in Tallahassee in terms of competency, speed and customer service. I use this place only because its the closest one from my house (& when the other copy stores are closed). Every single time I come here and use their service, its either super slow because they are not paying attention and mess up or super rude and not attentive. How difficult is it to coil bind? It took 3 mistakes and 15 minutes to do a simple binding for 3 small scores. One time they screwed up the whole thing (upside down and cut off at the bottom) and didnt even apologize. FedEx needs to retrain everybody who works here. Its really hard to be this incompetent at anything.

I have a lot more respect for these people after trying Office Depot. The folks at FedEx helped me get my copying completed even so I wasnt sure what I was doing.

The Asian that worked the morning shift 9/12/2018 was so unfriendly and unhelpful. I got the info I needed on my own. I remembered why I stick to UPS.

I go to this office to ship and drop off packages several times a week for over 5 years now. They are always polite and I have never had a problem.

It was okay long line but the employees were friendly and they had everything you could need for shipping a package.
