I highly recommend StorQuest for your self storage needs. The facility is very clean and their staff was always pleasant and helpful. The unit I had was in a temperature controlled area that was dry and a comfortable temperature for my family ‘treasures’. I never worried about my belongings the 5yrs they were stored. Reasonable rates and peace of mind that my items were well card for was one less thing for me to be concerned about.

Cathy was amazing helping me get set up. She even went out of her way to make sure I was okay moving things into my unit. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much.

Process to get a storage unit was seamless. Began online where most of the paperwork was completed and ended with me presenting my identification and putting my ink signature on paperwork. Then I received my access code and it worked like magic. Thanks to the professionals at StorQuest I now have my unit ready for storage next week. Easy breezy!

I literally would drive all the way across town just to store my belongings here if I ever needed storage space again. Ms. Terri Gavins and Ms. Kathy are godsend. They both were a tremendous help to me and my family after we experienced an unexpected house fire and I will always be eternally grateful to them for that. The trucks and units are always clean. Really appreciated the staffs cordial and accommodating customer service. Due to damage from Hurricane Michael, we had to move household goods from Panama City to Tallahassee, for storage, while our home was being repaired. The staff, (only remember Cathy...sorry) understood the numerous challenges and assisted to ensure we had adequate storage space.

Customer service was great and everything was explained up front. The facility in clean and security minded.Just a follow up: I recently moved into my new home and no longer needed the unit. They day I moved my items out and cancelled the unit I notified the front desk and they reviewed my bill. I had just auto paid for the month the day before and they credited my account back. StorQuest was under no obligation to do this as they could have charged me for the entire month or pro-rated the bill, but they chose to credit me for the entire month. This is outstanding customer service and was definitely unexpected. I appreciate their commitment to the customers and will do business with them in the future if needed and will overwhelmingly recommend StorQuest to my friends and colleagues.

Hello Corp. I posted a review about my experience with your company. No where in my review did I ever say the Manger on duty, Cathy was the problem. I was very angry with your company and I took it out on this very nice woman. She stayed professional throughout my anger fit and served my needs. I feel bad about it and have apologized to her. Your company problem is ...**.your customer service representatives on the phone (they are not located or work at the actual site), LIE to make a sale. Then when you go to the storage site the price is different. ..A LOT DIFFERENT much more then I was willing to spend . I could have gone to a storage company that was less cost if I had known before driving 1000 miles and no sleep . I would like you (corp) to give that manage (Cathy) a pat on the back for being professional and pleasant . She did absolutely nothing wrong. Your customer service representatives are the problem. Get your company on the same page, get organized, train your phone staff to not lie to customers just to make make a sale. Once you (Corp) get your act together Ill leave a good review. Thank you . StorQuest storage facility is top notch. I have rented with this company a total of two different sized units over the past year and a half. I highly recommend this facility for their consistency, adherence to their advertisements (i.e. consistent air controlled units, cleanliness, etc.), and quality customer service.

Terry is the best! My son is in college and for two consecutive years Terry has gone far and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable in assuring my son will receive everything he needed for storage and renting a U-Haul van. Excellent facility...clean, easily accessible, moving supplies and use of dollies, well lit, convenient hours, easy payment methods....I could go on and on! Great customer service from the ladies in the office....overall a great experience when we needed storage space in a pinch! Wish we couldve gotten a better deal with pricing, but thats what happens when you do things last minute...2021--Ive been using this facility for the last 3 years to store my sons college belongings over the summer. Service is still excellent and highly recommended. Price may be more than other facilities, but definitely worth it.

Teri and Cheryl at this Storquest location are amazing. They made this the easiest part of our move and transition time in between houses. We had to very suddenly find a storage unit, actually two, while we waited for the new house we were moving to to be completed as it was about six weeks behind schedule. Getting our stuff into Storquest was incredibly easy to set up over the phone and both Teri and Cheryl were so helpful and available if we needed any help. I highly recommend this Storquest for any storage needs you have.

Terri made the rental process fast and easy. The units are super clean and the facilities are very secure. I haversack ted units in S FL from a different company and that place was a dump. I was happily surprised after I rented at Storquest online sight unseen. When I arrived to move my stuff in, the front office ladies were friendly and helpful. I have been renting for 6 months now and I always feel safe there and my unit is definitely temperature controlled. I have been in the unit in August and December- not too hot- not too cold.Would definitely recommend. I recently moved down to a smaller unit and the process was super easy. Terri was extremely helpful with helping me get a perfect sized unit.

With limited availability in the area, Ronnie went above and beyond to assure us he would reach out when a unit we needed became available. He has great customer service skills and managed to juggle three customers in a timely manner. Ronnie is very attentive and detailed. I initially visited this location because its proximity to my house and because it offers climate-controlled storage. I rented a unit from them because their facility is incredibly clean, the prices are reasonable/good, and the customer service is AMAZING. Ive only been with them for a month so far, but theyve been awesome.

Great prices with large units, climate controlled and regular. Staff is very friendly, always available, and very accomodating! The hours are great when you need to stop by during the evening and dont have to worry about any gate being locked. Also, I always felt that my belongings were safe. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

I spoke to Cathy Godwin about possibly renting a storage unit for my grandmother. My grandfather just passed away and we need to store her items because she will be moving in with a family member.
