At A&J they really know what they are doing, and they will tell you what really needs to be done. They will not try to scam you and their work is good. I took my mkv gli to them because I was having some issues with the brakes and coolant leaking and they found some major issues I hadnt noticed that saved me from having a bigger repair later down the road. They do not charge nearly as much as the dealer would, which is really nice to see. I will definitely be back if I have anymore major issues. They are a small, busy business though, so you will definitely need an appointment.

These gents are great. Took a car I was looking to buy for an inspection. They found some red flags about the car that were not disclosed by the dealer. Thus, save me a lot of money and headaches with repairs.

New go to place for window tints and car paint protection. I had several cars over the years and different places that tinted them. Found this place through google and have not been disappointed. Josue was very professional, explained what was available and keeps a tidy shop. Got my vehicle back clean and the ceramic tints installed great. I also chose to add the paint protection film for my front bumper and headlights to protect it from road debris chips and to keep the lights looking new for several years. Husband came along and he was impressed enough to want to treat his 5 year old truck headlights and get them looking new along with the film to protect them. Way better than a dealership would provide with a spray on that only lasts a year. Highly recommend.

Alex and Jogan are absolutely amazing. They know their stuff like no other, honest and fair, just really great guys who do great work. The big stealership down the road told me I needed so much unnecessary work, these guys could have agreed and charged a little less, they didnt. They told me what I actually needed and fixed for a fraction of the price. Only place Ill bring my cars from now on. Thank you guys!

I’m from out of town, in Tampa for the summer. Ran over a curb with my BMW and didn’t want to pay the crazy price at dealerships. Found A&J via google and told them my situation. They inspected my car and showed me exactly what is broken and what needs to be fixed. They also gave me a very detailed estimate with a very reasonable price. They even offered me student discount on top of that. Did a great job fixing my car. Very professional and friendly service! Would recommend this shop to anyone with a German car. It won’t hurt to give them a call and ask what they can do for you.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service - IN A GREAT WAY. My sunroof was stuck wide open and gave these guys a call at 5:10 PM on a Friday. They closed at 5. The gentleman on the phone told me to still come on in and he would try to get it closed for me. When I arrived he was able to get the sunroof closed for me and then told me IT WAS ON THE HOUSE. He insisted I didnt owe him anything after he stayed open AFTER HOURS just to help me out. These guys are the real deal and extremely honest and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. YOU SAVED MY WEEKEND!!!

Great ppl ....reasonable pricing ...takes time to return calls or never returns them 3 star for previous services but requested other services and either doesnt want to work on my bmw or doesnt have the knowledge to fix it. If you dont want to work on a car you should say it honestly and done. Ive been waiting for the call for my quote since 2020. But I guess actions speak louder than words. Thanks anyways.

They refuse to install OE parts that you provide, they only install aftermarket junk from Autozone and advance. I would not recommend this place if you want something done correctly.

Wow... Unbelievably poor customer service. I enquired about an estimate to get work done on my Audi and was told very rudely to just go to the dealer or do the work myself. How a shop cant figure out shop hours on a specific job and then be blatantly rude about not wanting to do the work. Thats fine, Ill take my money elsewhere. I would not suggest anyone go here for getting work done on their import cars.

Brought my TDI in to their shop for some timing belt work and I will never bring my car to another German shop. Their work was fast and their prices were unbeatable compared to other shops and the dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will be spreading the word! Thanks A&J! I look forward to future visits!

Its a small shop but they get the work done at a reasonable price and they are very honest. Ive taken my Porsche 911 and BMW 330xi to them for repairs in the past year and Im extremely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this shop.

This is what an auto repair shop should be in my mind. No BS or fancy waiting rooms that drive up the overhead and your repair bill. I had some damage to the front end of my older GTI and they were able to get it fixed without overcharging me and just throwing parts at it. These guys know what they are doing.

This place is as honest as they come. They dont overlook a problem so you will have to come back. They give it to you straight. They dont skimp on parts. They get you the best part for your money. They are OCD when it comes to doing the job right. I wouldnt trust my car to anybody else. The guy is from Germany and that is where he learned his trade, it doesnt get any more authentic.

Call to advise TPM light is coming on and wanted the system checked since I had just installed new sensors with custom wheels. They initially called and said I had no sensors then learned I did have them. They kept car overnight to take to another shop because didnt have the equipment to test sensors. Tire Kingdom had already tested the sensors for FREE yet these guys charged $200 only to recommend installing new BMW sensors to see IF that would resolve the issue. The TPM system was never checked.

As a retired auto mechanic (GM) I have been restoring a vintage VW vanagon Westfalia camper. A bit out of my experience but it has been fun. Complete powertrain overhaul along with many other upgrades. The last thing is the AC. Pumped it down, charged it and no compressor engagement. Hot wired the compressor and it cooled fine. Tracing the wiring in my manual I had an inkling of what it was. I stopped into A & J and the owner was very helpful, looking at wiring diagrams and giving me his opinion. He even looked up the part number that we figured was the suspect part. I went back home and hit the wiring diagram manual again backtracking and troubleshooting circuits.That was it! He was very helpful and gracious. Definitely customer friendly. Thanks again!

Great mechanic for German engineered cars. I bring my VW Jetta TDI here and have always been satisfied with their work and price. I just had the EGR cooler assembly replaced in my Jetta, and they did a great job with this tough repair. Highly recommend these German auto mechanics. They know their stuff.

Very rude person who answered the phone and quoted me an arm and leg for a service that does not cost more than $150... actually something I could do myself (if I had the time to).

This is my first Mercedes Benz, and I have been told horror stories about repair costs, etc. I am so glad I found these guys. I had a clogged sunroof drain (which they dont talk about in any of the service manuals, but can turn your headliner into a stained mess if it backs up). I took it in and they cleared out the lines, water tested it and sent me on my way. So glad I have a mechanic now that I can bring my car to for other repairs and maintenance.

Basically he doesnt want to work. Took my Mercedes in he did a couple things then told me the the car was in bad shape and he wouldnt advise me to repair. What???? Who does that?? So I think the shop is just a hobby or maybe??????
