SOS is one the most transparent and honest auto mechanic shops Ive ever encountered. They provide quick service and Ive never experienced fear mongering like I typically would with other auto mechanics. They are good people.

Kind people but I dont they are so honest or just dont what they are doing. Brought my vehicle in 3 times for the same problem but it never got fixed after the bill totals were $600 when all was said and done, I had to sell the vehicle for less than it was worth. So yeah, 😡, bet your service I am

It is SO nice to have a place to bring all of our vehicles where we NEVER worry about the mechanic being dishonest or padding estimates. SOS has been our mechanic for over 15 years, and as long as they stay open, well keep coming. Fair estimates, great service, stellar and clear communication - you cant go wrong.

I needed a flat tire fixed quickly, and they were able to get me in right away first thing in the morning. They were really friendly and helpful and charged a very reasonable price. Unfortunately I had a second small hole in the tire that they missed and I ended up having to take it to another place near where I had driven the next day. Not SOS’ fault to be fair. I’d definitely go back to these guys if I needed repairs again.

First time trying SOS out we had a leaky tire needing repair. Mechanics can be very overwhelming especially for a female they where so friendly. As a bonus if you like chocolate chip cookies they have tons of them for you to dip in your coffee while you wait. Entire team was professional, kind and helpful.

SOS demonstrated there integrity and honest again when I took 328I in with break system code failure on an estimate was given for pads and sensor replacement-front and/or rear but the exact requirements would be determined upon inspection the next day. I left the vehicle the next morning and later received call stating breaks were not require? After pickup the tech was called in to explain why no break job. It turned out the pads were barely used and the sensor was malfunctioning- which was reset trigger at 40 % remaining. My bill was for half an hour labor! Nothing more to say but highly recommended!

SOS is the best. Cheapest mount and balance out there and will stand by their work. Had a wheel scratched by them(a new employee) and the owner had it completely refinished for no cost. GREAT shop! A+

They are the most honest mechanic I have ever met. The first time I took my vehicle in they quoted me about 350.00. When I went back the next day to pick up my vehicle, Theresa the owner said I have good news, I was able to get the parts cheaper than what I had thought and it will be 50.00 less than what I quoted you. This is the only place that has been honest enough to tell me when I asked them to check my brakes - they look good, just a little dirty. They are good till your next oil change at least. WOW

Great honest place to have your car service

Get a second opinion on any costly repair before AND after they do any work. Have them take a pic of the problem area before and after any repairs. Sloppy work at best and no full disclosure.

Replaced my calipers and pads and its sounds like metal on metal grinding when I brake. Took it back and they had a look and cleaned the pads it sounds the same. Had a bad experience with tires I bought there. Very cheap, noisy tires. Complained, but there was nothing they would do since I drove on them. The time it takes to take my car back to have them not fix it correctly makes it no longer worth it for me to go there. Nice people for sure, but I think I will move on.
