They explain things to me if a problem isn’t the problem I thought it was they literally break it down and show me what’s going on. This place was amazing! My ABS module went out on my car. My old mechanic told me that the new module has to programmed to my car, and they couldnt do it. They recommended taking it to the dealership. Dealership quoted me $1100. Seeing as Im not made out of money, I called a few different shops. Speedy Lube did the job for half the cost of the dealership. And the people at the shop are so friendly! They just earned a lifelong customer!

I came to this Shoppe for the first time 2 weeks ago, my truck was making a loud noise when trying to start it and and would not crank up. I was told that it was the starter after much repeated effort to get them to look at my vehicle. When they finially worked on my truck, they did what they said they would and replaced my starter, after I paid them nearly $200 as soon as I drove my truck off the shop 20 minutes later I had to come back because the starter was failing and didnt work. So I had to leave my truck there for another 2 days because they just procrastinate, after going to get my truck for the 2nd time, it worked for 3 days before it broke down again. Taking it back to them for a third time and having to pay out of pocket to get it towed there, I chose to stay while they worked on my vehicle. I was told the starter wasnt staying in place, so the mechanic bolted it on again supposably, and the manager had the nerve to try and charge me another $65 and refused to give me my truck until I paid. After a heated exchange he see I wasnt playing with him and he made the wise decision to give me back my truck. 2 days later same issue. I finally took it somewhere else, they put on a new starter and the missing pieces, and properly put the starter on. I have not had any issue since. The problem was they was sabotaging my truck, the bolts they used to hold the starter in place was COMPLETELY WRONG! It was missing needed pieces to hold it in place, and it was a used starter. The other shop charged me $215 to do a simple starter replacement, and it worked great. Speedy auto Care changed me $195 for a used starter and couldnt even do it right, costing me lost time at work and almost damaging other parts of my truck. Mind you I have a 1995 F150, very easy to work on. I dont recommend anyone ever take their car here, not if you value your car and money. I also witness them almost dropped a BMW off a car lift, if I could give less than one star I would. Take my advice, GO ELSEWHERE! I posted a picture on here to show yall the starter they put on my truck, looks very used to me.

Update 08/30/21: So after months of trying to get the issue resolved my vehicle was still not repaired.I will commend the shop owner for definitely making a good effort in trying to repair the issue, on 3 separate occasions I had to take the vehicle to the shop, luckily I only had to pay once.I do however feel that the timeframe was not appropriate. If it was my only vehicle I would be in a bad way as far as getting to work and taking care of my kids.All in all. Customer service from the owner was great. Effort in resolution of the issue was 5 star. But the time frame affected my overall rating.

This business is owned and ran by a bunch of crooks and frauds. They are not honest people and they will break parts on your car just to get money from you. They are liars. Do not take your vehicle to them. They will scam you, trust me they broke my vehicle and I have footage to prove it.

Bad business. I put my trust and money in this place to get an engine put in and nice that was supposed to be done he told me to come pick up the car that it was ready and when I got there it was smoking, leaking oil, and water so the owner said he was going to check it and then call me back and said he has to get a new engine and he was going to pay out his pocket but why would I have to pay again when I had paid and never took the car out of the shop. Then a month in 1/2 later I go pick up the car and still was having problems and not even 2 months later I take it to the dealership and they tells me I have a blown head and it never show any signs until that one day and the inspector said that the engine was severely fried that did not come from 1 day. The owner refuse to help. So I’m suing him and his business. That’s just the short version.

I have been a long time customer at this shop however today is my last day! After changing my rear tire sensor (a day later) it read bad so I went back. Mind you they never told me which one was bad, not even on the receipt. Over a course of 3 months I’ve been trying to get it fixed but always got an excuse. I went back today.... the manager who’s hardly there tested it again and got the same results as he did in the beginning. His employee verified after taking back tires off that the sensors were the same then later changed his story and when I got upset because he lied, he tried to fight me. Manager tells me “my” sensors are custom and that the one they put on would decipher that, but to our findings both back sensors were the same. He then tries to check the other sensors which were fine and that were never touched. He ultimately tells me he’s not fixing it and that they put the sensor on the wrong tire but couldn’t show me on his surveillance the actual tire his worker fixed. This is not the first time this shop has done something like this and not correcting it. They haven’t even fixed my side of my car from when they changed my head light. I usually have to wait about 1h 45 min for a oil changed after my car is already lifted. I am disgusted!! I will never receive services from this shop again!!! I try to let people fix their errors because things happen but I’ve had enough!

I had to find a new mechanic when I got a Volkswagen because my old one didnt work on VWs for some reason. I am so glad I found Speedy Lube and Auto Care Inc. There are two kinds of mechanics: ones that just want your money and are willing to treat you like youre disposable because they feel like you need them more than they need you, and ones that try to earn your business by being honest, caring and affordable. Speedy Lube and Auto Care Inc. is the latter and they are working SO HARD in this heat with their masks on to keep us safe. You may have to call a few times for updates but they do good work and you can trust them which is what matters! I have taken my car to them for more work than Ive ever had done on a vehicle ever. And Ill definitely be back!

I came in thinking the noise my car was making was my muffler/exhaust system, but Kamal and crew quickly and expertly diagnosed that it was the rear drivers side wheel bearings. He quoted a good price for the job, but it ended up being $30 cheaper than the original quote! Very few, if any, shops would have done this job in such a short turnaround time and at such a great price! Ill be back again soon!

Paid the $31 for supposedly the best oil change and full-service like check tires brakes make sure everything is topped off the only thing that was done properly was my oil change but who knows if I got the right type of oil and my brakes were not checked the next day my brakes have been squeaking I was told that I need to change my brakes from someone from auto parts store and also my vehicle is now overheating for some reason definitely will not be going back

Place is horrible. Had them check out my muffler. The did and started another job that came after me. They never did anything after me sitting there for 2hr . Took it to Domestic and Foreign and They put the part on in 10 min. Smh

Speedy Lube worked on my car and charged me $800.00 and less then 15 days of going to them and telling them over and over that my car is not working properly after they so called fixed it. There is a bigger problem that they looked over and now my car is not working right and the part they so called fixed is now damaged, but Im the one to blame but their the so called experienced technician that use a computer to help resolve issues but somehow with all the technology and so called knowledge, they overlooked the most important thing that caused the main issues. Right, then Im told I need to pay them more money! Right! They couldnt even fix my car the first time!!! Some other negative things transpired during trips to this place; just know they can never touch my car again!!!! I cant trust them!!!
