Nice store. Not to crowded. Nice cashiers. The only problem I had was the expiration dates on the milk and hot dogs. Some expired today. Some had the 27th. I didnt get the hot dogs but I did find a tru moo milk that expires on 11-1. Be careful of the dates if youre shopping at Walters Crossing.

Very large target with so many more options than other Target locations. At first some areas but seem empty but in actuality the area is huge so the items are spread out. They didnt carry a specific item we went in looking for, which online it said they had in store. And they had 2 registers open and the rest self checkout, so the checkout area was filled up and looked like pure chaos.

I’d rather share this directly with the store, but can’t find a way to comment. Target has put the size 32 bras on a very high rack, and doesn’t provide stepstools or grabbers. So if you are petite (the most likely customers for size 32), you cannot reach them. We planned to buy several, but alas. Will have to shop elsewhere.

This is my regular target, and I don’t say that about most places such as this one. Well stocked for an “upstairs” location, and the Starbucks is usually always stocked as well. I would say a Super Target quality kind of experience would be on par with this location, very few times I have to cheat on them for the Gandy location. Yes, I say “cheat,” because Walter’s Crossing always has what I need, and I feel like some workers recognize me 😅 they always have clean checkout lines and shelves, excellent customer service, and the girls who bring my Drive Up orders on a regular basis… are some of the nicest and hardworking girls I’ve seen in the game and I couldn’t give a higher compliment to them. I’ve genuinely never had a problem here, and Covid regulations are taken very seriously as well. There’s no target like your home target, but there’s no target like Walter’s Crossing.

Big Target with a huge selection of groceries, clothes, and other home goods. Staff is friendly and efficient. Deals always great!

We went in looking for bikes and found one for my husband, up on the top rack, 28 inches. But they didn’t have any 26 inch on the floor. We found Damian, he helped us get the bike down off the rack and then offered to look downstairs to see if there were any 26 inch. He came back with a really nice one, and we took it. Because of him you sold a second bike. He was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks!!

Target is on the 2nd floor, it is very clean, neatly set up with a lot of options of things to buy. I love the new mid century line edition. Definitely a must stop!

I just left this location and had an experience that is making me tear up now as I think back. My very young daughter was crying a bit uncontrollably in the check out line and a young man employee not only opened a line for me but put my bags in my stroller and had the absolute sweetest tone that put me at ease. I really wish I got his name but I missed it in the flurry of everything. Tall, light colored hair, seemed in charge of checkout. I am so appreciative and just want to thank him again and again.

Camille at the Target store (Tampa Central Walters crossing 1544 N. Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida). She was outstanding, courteous, informative and helped me find the refrigerators i was looking for.

I order drive up frequently and they are SO fast at this location. Sometimes my order is ready in 10-20 minutes! The employees at this target are always super friendly and helpful.

Aside from the remodel that theyre going through at the time I am posting this the staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on where things have been moved to very rarely have I ever had a problem where they couldnt locate stuff the electronics people are very knowledgeable as is the front end cashiers I cant wait to see what the store looks like when they finish the remodel

The Dale Mabry location was orderly and well tended. When I went to check out, the registers had no more than two customers lined up. I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes and found everything I was looking for by myself.

They always have what I need. The employees are nice and helpful. They are always helpful with helping me find products that I need.

The Target drive up service never disappoints. It is quick, safe, and efficient. You order online, prices are the same as in the store. You pull up, show your code through the window then pop your trunk for them to place the items in. Genius and Covid Safe!

Throughout the pandemic, Target has been amazing at following the safety protocols. Although we dont live with an at-risk person, we dont enjoy putting anyone else at risk. Thank you, Target. We appreciate the wonderful customer service!

I had a huge issue with this Target just yesterday and had to escalate it to corporate.I had a gift card but unfortunately the cashier chose not to use my gift card thst I physically hand it to him, instead and he put it all of my purchases on my Target red card debit card. ...Unfortunately him doing that caused my debit card to go into the negative balance and my bank charged me $35!!!I physically handed the cashier the gift card and told him to make sure my purchases are put on the gift card but he chose to ignore it. Now I am out $35 in bank service fees!I called management and their manager Brandon could give a f--- and never even offered an apology.Therefore I had to escalate the call to corporate and thankfully I had a wonderful client relation expert who reached out to the clueless manager named Brandon at the Tampa ( Walters crossing location location) and had she had to educate him to what all happened as he was clueless about what happens when you charge a debit card when i did NOT have enough funds in my bank account.That is why i specifically asked for it to go on a gift card!Thankfully to the wonderful customer relations representative in corporate she reprimanded him and made forced him to do the right thing unfortunately my bank account still reflects - $35 in overdraft fees but I was offered a gift card in conversation. I told them I dont ever plan on shopping at Target ever again in my life because this is not the first incident Ive had with Target.So I will guess gift the $35 gift card to someone else as I stand by my boycotting Target forever!By time I exerted all that energy having to deal with the screw up at Target I was in complete tears over the phone with the Proactiv customer relations expert and I so appreciate her and she heard my concerns and I can hear the empathy and her voice regarding everything I had to endure simply because of the cashier was lazy and did not listen and hear my request as a customer.I was LITERALLY CRYING OVER THE PHONE WITH THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXPERT DUE THE STRESS OF THIS SITUATION, AS WELL AS CAUSING ME FINANCIAL STRESS WITH MY BANK!!!Not to mention their cloths USED to be good but now even in any size Department? the colors and choices are hideous.I dont think anyone ever looks good in mustard brown or green khaki shirts. The cloths look like they are distressed washed too which even makes it more of a horrible presentation, as I like to look appropriately put together not like I bought my things at Salvation Army.Actually thats a great place to find some unique items so I am choosing to go to thrift shops and consignment shops at this point since Target cannot seem to get their act together.*** the other major issue with the target at Walters Crossing in Tampa, Florida is the fact that it is a very challenging store for disabled person to even attempt to shop there.You have to go into a parking garage and there are very few handicap spots, so you are forced to find any parking spot you still have to walk a pretty far distance, then get on an elevator to go to the third floor and then walk even further just to enter the store.Again another reason why I will never be shopping at Target again, especially atthe Walters Crossing location in TampaFL because they clearly do NOT take into consideration how inconvenient this is for disabled people!Also they have magnets on their shopping carts so you can NOT take your purchases to your car using the shopping cart. You have to carry everything.I they are more concerned about the cost of a shopping cart NOT making it convenient for their customers!At that point I was exhausted and its just not worth my time and energy to even bother going back to that location nor any other Target again. I told them to cancel My Target Redcard as well.#DONEWITHTARGET

I absolutely love this target. So clean and such a great atmosphere. I will get a coffee at the Starbucks and just walk around the store for over an hour spending WAY more money than I need. I just love it!!

I usually shop here twice a week. The staff is always friendly and Ive only had a few minor issues here and there over the years.

Went to the Starbucks and Antonia and Jaquanita were super nice and remade a drink for me even though I didn’t get it from here

I still can get used to the rearranging departments. The layout isnt exactly ready to figure out sometimes. Getting in and out of there is a nightmare.

Some child working electronics told me I could come pick up a tv this morning that was on sale and it didnt arrive on the truck and no one has any idea about it. This tv is now no longer on sale and I wasted my morning driving to Target because no one would pick up the phone to check the stock(they have an auto message saying they will not check stock also) Ill buy my electronics from Best Buy across the street from now on. Sure its more expensive but it seems like a better option for customers that want to actually receive items and know whats going on with shipping.

I like Target, what can I say. This is an upstairs location still great brands and shopping.

Organized clean store

Target is my single favorite store. Period. For many reasons that include, organization, cleanliness, attention to detail, price points and amazing product lines. An added bonus are the fine men and women that Target employs.

Perfect location to stroll around, spend some time and discover interesting stuff and clothes. This location is pretty big, has also a relatively good assorted supermarket in it. Good for singles, couples and families.

This was the only location that had the item in stock that I wanted to buy. Service was outstanding making the 15 mile drive well worth it.

We always have a great experience at Target! It’s easy to get in and out and find what we need. My kid always loves the toy section and we stocked up on Christmas decor. It’s one of my favorite stores for all kinds of items!

I am rating a one because they do not have a negative 10 or 100. I was literally verbally attached, harassed and followed around a store by a team member. !! I called another team member for help that I felt threatend and fear for my safety. He came over and ignored me. The second employee did the same as the member literally followed me to the other side of store!!! I took a video, finally got a manger. I fear for my life !!! I will be reporting to corporate and considering filing a law suite !

Honestly, Im just glad that an employee was able to find what I wanted for my birthday. And when I asked if they had a USB for iphones, he checked and politely told me they didnt. It was clean inside, and I was suprised when I saw that the bathrooms were clean. The employee doing that for me honestly made my day a whole lot better. Nothing but the best Target in Tampa. I should know, I’ve been to all of them here. You got a Whole Foods on the lower level and a nice parking garage to chill in. My only complaint is they were out of the kitty litter I buy. Cat will be ok for another day though.

Huge shout out to Antonio who disinfects the carts in the front when you come in. During Covid-19, he’s a blast of fresh air: all smiles and humor during a pretty grim period. We all need people like him, especially now. Give him a promotion!

Just had to rub in real quick for a few things. Had to grab board shorts, tums, toothpaste and some ginger ale. Didnt even have to try to look for anything, legit everything was right in our line of site it was the craziest thing. Customer service was great, very polite and courteous. Other customers were also very polite. Pretty great Target in my opinion. If were ever back in TB well definitely be coming back here.

I like the new set up they have going on. It confuses me a bit but it looks nice. Never had a problem at this store. Bathrooms are always clean and I can always find what I need (sometimes more). Cashiers are pretty nice as well.

Went there today for needed supplies. Under the current circumstances, pretty well stocked. Someone was at the entrance to wipe down the handle of your cart. Staff very courteous and helpful. Social distancing was practiced by all in store.

What a horrible experience. My friend came to return shorts and exchange them for a pj set. The woman stole her $19 gift card and then charged her extra for the PJs. When we asked someone to check what happened, Armando (?) declined to return the gift card. He tried to give my friend a $5 gift card to make up for it. Dont shop here, theyll rob you in broad daylight.

Great Target, except your family room is never open, placing 100% of the burden of changing my babys diaper on me, limiting my ability to try on clothes, etc, because my husband cant change the babys diaper while I try on clothes. For seeming so family and baby friendly Im shocked that your family room is never available for use. Please open it always.

Great quality of customer service and also ability to locate items

My favorite target in all of Tampa Bay. This store is perfectly located from my house and because of the parking garage, this is always easy to access and stay dry on a rainy day. I shop at this store several times a month because it has the products I need to feed my pets. I make sure to feed them a refrigerated “fresh pet” brand of raw food for their health. This store always carries the product and the experience is always a clean fun one!

I love my local Target. So much better quality in their products and wonderful service employees unlike Walmart. This store is great and just did some renovations. Whole Foods right below it so a one stop shop here.

Love Target. I could just spend hours walking around Target. This is my go to store for anything. I love the fact that I can also order online and pick up at the store. Orders are processed fast and typically ready within an hour. They also have the drive up service now which Ive used once and like that too. You check in and leave your car description via the app and an associate will bring out your order and load into your car. Target is always clean and the associates are always friendly. I still have to get used to the new layout of the store and hate the brightness of the makeup section. But that wont deter me from shopping here.

First time ordering and I was supposed to go inside and the attendant said it was fine, went inside and grabbed my order anyway. Excellent customer service.

A great target with nice cashiers and about everything you could want out of a target. It was very clean and staff was nice. Best part is you dont have to worry about parking because there is a 3 floor parking garage for it. Also right next to some other stores to go shop at.

Big and well stocked but the service was awful and unhelpful. I was told that staff only helps African Americans as everyone else needs to deal with their privilege.

Sales associates that assisted me were kind, friendly, quick and very efficient at their jobs. I had lost my Redcard and they very quickly and effectively assisted me in telling me what I needed to do to resolve this matter. Everyone from people outside gathering carts when I walked in store were smiling and greeting me. Everyone on phone when I called this store and Brandon store very helpful on phone and resolved my problems. Told me it was a pleasure to help me. Just a very welcoming experience unlike anything I have seen in a while. Will start shopping at Target now. Found many things there and purchased them like Zulily carries but Target’s were of better quality. Very Happy! Husband liked everything I purchased and quality of things so didn’t complain about me spending so much money! LOL 🤣

Target is a very nice place to shop and the one in Tampa was no different. Parking was easy and the building was clean. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that the clearance area was a mess.

I had the worst experience at this Target location. I had two separate transactions so I headed towards self checkout. As I am completing my first transaction, the self checkout attendant comes up to me and asked me if I forgot about the gallon of water that was at the bottom of my cart. I responded no I have two transactions and he walked away. While I am gathering the items from my first transaction to place in my cart, the attendant comes up to me again and asks if I forgot about the water at the bottom of my cart (mind you, it has only been 2 minutes since he first asked). At this point I am extremely annoyed so I answer I told you I had two separate transactions. The attendant then proceeds to stand over me so he can watch me scan the 95¢ gallon of water that he assumes I want to steal, not mention invade my space and cause my toddler to start a tantrum. I understand the reason for attendants but honestly, his persistence caused me to feel profiled as I was one of the few minorities here. It was only a gallon of water and he already reminded me once. To go the extent of standing next to me until I scanned the water was excessive. I am extremely upset and will report this to corporate.

The women (Daley I think) that helped is truly went above and beyond to help us complete our transaction. We experienced some complications using giftcards to pay for our order and thanks to her tenacity and experience we were able to work out the problems and complete the sale.

Love Target and when recently out of town this is where I went to get supplies for the week.Location is around 4 miles from the airport. The store is on the second floor, so stairs or elevator is required. Parking is in an adjacent garage.My visit on a Tuesday around an hour before close. They had business, but by no means busy. I saw nothing out of the ordinary and I could have been transported to any Target USA and never known the difference. The store was neat in appearance.After getting swim supplies of Gatorade, snacks and milk we were pretty much done. There was one particular protein bar my son and I could not locate. A staffer walked us to it and was happy to help.Checkout was slow with only two registers. Unfortunately the self checkout was available but I had over the amount of items. When finally helped the clerk was meh. No issues with processing my credit card. Items were bagged and I was on my way.For a first time visit A OK. 3.5 rounding down.

I’m a struggling single mother and this store has everything I could be offered. This is my first time in a target as I moved from the mid west, this is an amazing store and I bought my young boy a beautiful toy and we got groceries for cheap.😄👍

I go here quite often and always find stuff I want and its usually lipstick! They have nice cosmetics and good clothing and underwear. I like a lot of their own brand foods and clothes too. They are a good branch of one of my favourite stores.

I love this Target! Sammy in soft lines has helped me on multiple occasions. She’s very kind, helpful, and charismatic. She always goes out of her way to help me and other customers. Even though this is absolutely my favorite target in the Tampa/St Pete area for its size and larger variety of products offered, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I even the two out to a three rating.

A huge shout out to this target and its management team, led by Drew. Moving our daughter from NJ to the Unviersity of Tampa, we were short one item in our order from another target store. Checking the online inventory, this target store had the item we needed. However, and this is the huge win for target, their internet was down, so they had no access to their payment system. This is when drew took over. After hearing this was the last item we needed to move our daughter in and he could see we were stressed enough, he came up with a work around for.us to complete our purchase and finalize our daughters list.Thank you drew

I was just at this target and left with out buying a single thing. I was in the middle of shopping when I see a security guard named Heaven approach two girls chatting. I overheard their conversation and they were harmless. One girl had a basket full of stuff and the other had a toddler in the cart with her purchases. Just catching up. Heaven was going on and on within ear shot of many customers about their policies, asking them if they were making purchases (obviously they were), and mentioning the amount of time they had been spending there and that it was against Target’s policy. One girl apologized, said she didn’t realize that was a policy, and that she often times likes to sit out the rush hour traffic while poking around and shopping. He then again said how “it” was their policy and again asked if they needed help finding anything. They both were looking at him like he had two heads and ensured him that they were fine. I then saw Heaven again while leaving and asked what that was all about. His response: “Do we really need to go there?”. First of all, get over yourself! Second of all, so rude and unprofessional. If you had an issue, you could have been slightly more discreet. Third, if you have a policy that you expect people with free will to have to follow, you should probably post it. And last, your store is under renovation!! It is impossible to find anything! It’s no wonder people are spending extra time there when they are used to the previous set up. This is a great opportunity for Heaven to learn how to treat people with respect. If anything good comes out of this, that will be the lesson.

I had a terrible customer service experience today at this Target in Dale Mabry, Tampa. I went to get some bed sheets for my daughter and we found this stand marked as discounted with the sheets at 18.00. The stand was full with the same discount written on all the levels. We went to pay and the scanner said 54. The cashier called a manager, Amauri, who dismissed us by saying it may had been a customer who left the merchandise in the wrong place. When we showed the picture we took of the stand filled with the same sheets/ labels, this Amauri acted in a very rude manner and said that it was not his problem and walked away from me. He may need to be sent back to training. His attitude is far from what we expect while shopping at Target.

Love shopping at this Target! Plenty of parking, always stocked with what Im looking for, and theres barely ever a wait to check-out!This location has self check-outs and it open until 11pm.

The Target Store in Dale mabry does not worry about the health of its customers or employees, today we notify its employees and manager in charge that their soda machine has mildew and did not take any action. Here I attach the photos since a technician said he had nothing. Judge you, if it is on the outside, I do not want to see inside. And I take the time to write it because they did not close or clean the machine in all the time we were there. Very disappoint.

This is my local Target. I love the new makeover. I usually find all of the things they Im looking for & more products/brands that tends to jump in my cart LOL.

Just because the cleanliness is god awful. When you walk in, it smells like straight poop because the bathrooms are by the entrance. The dressing rooms smell like feet and look like haven’t been cleaned in weeks.
