Love Bath and body works me and my partner go here all the time. Candles are our favorites but the hand lotions, soaps and hand sanitizers are great too! The staff are very helpful if you have questions or looking for something specific.

Great sale. I love their lotions. Theyre super smooth and hydrating. The soap scents last a long time after youve washed your hands. This store has a sink to try out products or wash them off.

Always clean and organized in this store. The staff always greet customers quickly and friendly. I always go to this particular store because of always having a good experience.

Got there “Buy 2 Get 2 Free” online and they canceled 2 of my candles... CHARGED ME FULL PRICE.. for the other two. I come in and wanted to get the promised two free. Manager told me I couldn’t do it that way and I get get the sale in store. I didn’t think it was fair that they expected me to pay for an additional two when THEY are the reason the free ones were taken off my account. I’m upset.... DONT USE ONLINE ORDER. Seems like that’s a tactic they have to make you pay full price. Ugh.

In my last visit I got a present for my birthday. The new fragrances are delicious.

Who doesn’t love Bath & Body Works!! This location has a large selection of scents and options. The mini hand sanitizers went up in price, now they are 5 for $8. The employees were friendly, helpful and maintained a clean environment.

Ive been to this store in the International Mall countless times, never was I treated so rudely by an employee before ( Assistant Manager). Understandably, we were asked to wait until 2 people exited the store. She ordered us to move to a designated area further away. My 82 year old mother had difficulty walking, so we moved away from the walkway, but still in complete view of the assistant manager. No one else was waiting with us. After at least 10 minutes of standing there, another person walked straight up to her and she allowed her in. I immediately went up to her and asked why was that person allowed in without waiting behind us, she said we werent standing in the right place. I told her the person allowed entrance, never waited for one second. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the Assistant Manager. We decided we would just leave, I will never return to that store again. RUDE!!!

Went in here not really knowing what I need. As I’m sure most guys can understand that. But I was greeted by Ryan, who was a really cool guy! He helped me through the men’s scents and was very honest with ones he liked and/or didn’t like that much. He was very knowledgeable of how to describe the scents. I was impressed actually. But he gave me my space and let me do my own thing. But checked in to see if I was still finding what I wanted. Ended up with a men’s cologne and showers gels. Ryan was very relaxed and funny. Made me feel like I wasn’t being pressured. So hats off to him.. he did a great job. Will be going back with family to holiday shop very soon!

Super awesome store!my favourite BBW to go! They always have a sale and the employees are always nice and always ask if you need any assistance with anything at all! I always go to this store for the newest smells in perfume and creams, because the same strawberry or coconut smell gets tiring after a while. They always change scents every season too to match with the holidays! And if you are sensitive to any specific chemicals, some scents dont have any harsh chemicals( I like those ones the most since theyre usually soft smelling!)With the pandemic happening, youll have to wait in a small line before entering the store. But at the very maximum there is a 5 minute wait time!

Store not that busy but I never received any help with questions I had. Every time I was about to be approached and helped another customer would rudely jump in front of me. Sorry but I am not about to get into a bar room brawl over hand lotions and scented candles. Had I been able to talk to someone I would have definitely spent more 💰. So I guess I should say thank you B&BW. Thank you.

A great place to visit.

Before leaving the store it is best to double check youre receipt the cashier lady said she put in the coupon and turns out she wasnt honest so always check youre receipt because the employees here arent always truthful. As for the store nothing special this location hasnt been remodeled like most stores but as for the International Plaza store wasnt good so other locations would choose elsewhere.

Great store for all of your wonderful fragrance nreds. Candles are also the best!!!! Many different fragrances. Staff will help with everything.

I often wander in and sniff stuff, but seldom buy. I like the stuff, I like the bottles and the look of them, but not much of it suits me. I have bought the citrus scented stuff, as it is the least cloying. Its a fun shop and the hand sanitisers are great. They do have incredible offers every so often where you can buy three and get three, something like that. I enjoy the browse.

I love bath and body works. I went in today to check out the sale, and was rushed by two separate VERY aggressive sales people who made me very uncomfortable. I left immediately. Its funny, because I had every intention of buying product for myself and my sister... but in their desperation to make a sale, they actually lost one and cost themselves money. The product speaks for itself, guys. People come in because they already love it. Maybe back off and quit hounding your employees to scare customers away with their high pressure sales. Its a soap store, not a dealership.

Not as big a fan as I used to be. They have phased out the C.O. Bigelow stuff that I used to get. Now that I will have to order it on Amazon or direct from C.O. Bigelow I will most likely rarely be back

I needed to buy hand sanitizer and wall flower refills. When I presented my coupon for 20% off on my phone, the young man said oh you need the paper copy in order to get the discount very matter if factly. I told him that I have always used my phone app for discounts but he ignored me. I proceeded with the transaction but will never shop there again. They need to be more helpful and certainly better trained. Poor customer service

They are always friendly greeting me when I come in. I love their hand soaps and candles. If you give them your email they send you coupons and deals!

A very good place especially for women who like fragrances like my wife, for example, who can be very comfortable between colognes and creams, often make price reductions making shopping easier

I have been to this place very seldom because it is always very busy. I usually purchase online from them several times per year. I went because someone had told me about the one day sale of the air freshener plug-in refills. They were at a great buy plus with coupons and free stuff you could not go wrong. They were extremely busy, stocking shelves as customers bought the air fresheners and candles. Their service is great online. I have never had a problem with them. I heard this person asking a sales clerk, Why are the plugin refills not at the sale price? She responded you needed to bring the Email coupon with you. This poor couple was old. She just dismissed them to answer another customers question. I told them to tell the manager what had happened and they forgot their coupon. I later saw them checking out and when they were walking out they thanked me. They did receive it at the sale price. Evidently, the cashiers have the coupon at the register to scan. I understand it was busy and the clerk was busy working. This person has been there for years too. Other than that I prefer shopping online and only going to the store if absolutely necessary to check out a new fragrance etc. Their sales are always good. The candles las too. The employees are always pleasant and eager to assist in picking a fragrance or suggesting one.
