I only come to EWC for Kasey, she is the absolute best. I highly recommend booking with her as she does an amazing job. She makes you feel comfortable and is always professional and friendly. Id have to follow her if she ever went somewhere else.

Brooke was AMAZING!! I used to go to Bikini Wax & they would leave my skin raw! I would react badly to the wax used! This place is so friendly! Professional! Quick, they were mindful of my sensitive skin AND did a follow up call to ask how my appointment went! I wish I had come a long time ago! They have a new long time client! Thank you Brooke!

Leona was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt very judged by her and feel unwelcomed to visit this location ever again because of Leona. I unfortunately bought a membership package from her and wish I could give the commission to someone else more deserving. She judged a book by the cover, by saying “if you can’t afford $300 a month for payments, that’s up to you”. Not only did she say this once but she repeated this multiple times. I told her I understand sales, as I also work in sales, she didn’t get the hint to cool it. I didn’t appreciate her aggression however I knew I wanted the package therefore I bought it for my own good and not from her ignorant “sales pitch”. She does not deserve her position, she needs to be trained on the technique of sales and to not judge a book by its cover. Thankfully Kasey, my amazing waxer, works at the Brandon location, I will never return to this location again.

This place was amazing! Waiting area is very small, but very clean! The staff is very very friendly and engaging and loved it. Im terrible with names, but there was a gentleman at the front, I think the owner and the receptionist. Both very helpful. My wax girl was Kasey and she was amazing, so I booked with her again :-)

This is an excellent salon. Ive been to this franchise all over the country over the past 9 years, as well as several in Central FL. This is the best in EWC in FL and is on par with the salon in the Chicago loop Magnificent Mile. I will return to give them my business.

Friendly staff, skilled at their craft. The business is very convenient if you frequent downtown, but a touch run down.Cost is a bit high, however the service is being done by a person with training who is handling some tricky situations.Give it a try, they do one service for free your first time.

I’ve been using this center for more than a few years, I do my Brazilian with ni problems, and last time I went, they told me that they won’t validate my parking ticket anymore because I don’t have the year membership, well I guess I won’t come back either, knowing that they are everywhere. I pay 70 dollars each time I go for 10 minutes of work, and they are not able to validate my parking ticket? That’s terrible!

I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, however I can not. My experience was at the salon was wonderful, the young lady that did my wax was great lovely personality. However when I got home and took a good look at my eyebrows I was very disappointed with what I saw. My eyebrows are going to take weeks if not months to grow back to how they where. They are now thin and misshaped.

Location wise this place works for me, easy to schedule appointments, you are in and out fast! So far have had an amazing experience at this location no matter who I was scheduled with - recall Ebony Recently making the experience as painless as can be - she was fast and a pro at what she does - the wax formula they use really is as painless as possible. Recommend for any waxing service for sure and the only place I trust to wax me.

The European Wax Center was amazing! They gave me a same day appointment and provided exceptional customer service!!! I have never had such a painless and relaxing eyebrow wax. After coming here, I will never go anywhere else. They used so many soothing creams and treatments that made the experience so great. Kenia did my brows and she was amazing. 100% recommended!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and tbh it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. The women at the front desk where super friendly and informative. This is trashiest European wax center I ever went too! Products will give you ingrown hair bumps, don’t buy! I wish I can give zero reviews!

This location is better than another I’ve been to. Parking does suck since located in a busy area of downtown Tampa but if you park in the garage, they will validate your parking. They return phone calls and the manager Ismar is awesome to deal with if any issues. Ebony is hands down the best tech I’ve had. She really pays attention to the heat and getting every last hair. She is very informative.If you are going to run More than nine minutes late but you call ahead to let them know they will try their best to work you in close to that time but you may get a different tech. The only thing I would say with the newer staff recently is that they do not call to confirm your appointment like the old staff used to. However with the new manager everything gets worked out and you leave as a satisfied customer whereas in the past I had issues with the staff and manager and stopped going there for a year.

I scheduled multiple services in one visit but the receptionist did not scheduled them accordingly. They offered me a reschedule for the next morning but not for all the services I had originally scheduled for. The next day, the specialist was not good and seemed frustrated as she was running behind. The receptionist were not wearing their mask appropriately and they were not wiping chairs and handles in between clients. Will not be going to this location ever again.

Ive been going to European wax since they opened in mid 2014. The salon is very professional and modern. The wax that they use is unlike any other that Ive tried. The wax itself is used to pull out the hair with no pull strips, and is very comfortable.Ellie is my gal there and does a wonderful job. This is an awesome downtown Tampa waxing salon worth a try.

I absolutely love this place! I had been to other European Wax Center locations and they had sanitary wipes in the restroom. When I first came to this location, it did not. I mentioned it at the front desk and by my next appointment (3 weeks), they had them! Talk about anticipating my needs! The people are awesome. Kenia is fantastic! I am really picky and she does a great job of making sure Im satisfied. Kyle has such a welcoming and outgoing personality, which is really appreciated! After trying other wax locations in Tampa, this is the only one I will go to!

Excellent Service

I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed with European Wax Center countless times. I find that they typically do a phenomenal service! However, last week I found their wax professional to be one of the worst technicians I have ever had. She was extremely rough, and this is with me having a high pain tolerance. Furthermore, the wax was so hot, she actually burned the middle of my forehead, above and below my eyebrows. Not exactly pleasant, when the purpose of my visit was to get things cleaned up before a first date. Almost a full week later, and my burns have still not fully healed. I refuse to have this technician ever work on me again. But, I would ask that you have a discussion with your staff about this, as again out of all my other outcomes, European Wax Center has done a beautiful job!

Sam was amazing! Kept conversation through out the wax and before I knew it, it was done! What a great staff from the front desk to the specialists! I’ll be back!

The front desk staff is very polite . My wax techican gave me a Brazilian in less than 10 minutes which was surprising. Very quick service. The whole experience including the front desk was less than 15 minutes.

I have been going to this location for almost two years now. On different experiences I have gotten a lot of hair bumps and broken out from their products. It’s sad they don’t accommodate your needs when there is a complaint even when you do purchase the products to help reduce hair bumps. I am in rage because I also have a tattoo where I get my Brazilian wax at and it has damaged my tattoo as well. I will not be returning I would rather shave. Thanks for the horrible customer service.
