I cant say enough good things about the staff at Somnis. George at Countryside was so friendly and so good at helping me select the perfect frame and mattress for my medical needs. What a difference the perfect bed makes! And when I needed some followup after delivery and George wasnt available, Ron in Tampa and Scott the General Manager were right on it. I definitely felt taken care of from the get-go. I feel so lucky that I found this store! Would completely recommend, without hesitation! So happy with my new bed! (So many exclamations points!) :)

Scott helped me with all the different types of pillows they had, even explaining the different pillows that were infused with essential oils. Went to the somnis store at Citrus Park mall, Scott was super helpful and made sure I found the right pillow for me. even allowing me to try several so that I knew I was getting what was best for me. Would definitely recommend for finding the best sleep supplies for you.

The salesman Scott was great on sharing his knowledge on the product. We were desperate looking for comfortable pillows. I bought the most expensive pillows ever, I hope it lives up to tge hype. Well see. But I like this place and they had some really good deals. On beds. When the time comes, Ill probably visit them again for a new mattress.

The salesperson is super hot! Even if you dont buy a bed its worth the trip just to check her out! A must see! Shes a 10! Both intellectually and physically beautiful. I wish I had pictures to share but take my word you will not be disappointed with her professionalism or the quality of the mattresses.

Purchased both of my Master bedroom pillows here. Great hospitality. I couldn’t make up my mind but Scott was very patient with me. Definitely coming here for all my sleep needs.

I have been going to Somnis Citrus Park for a number of years for all of my pillow and bed purchases.Scott has always provided me outstanding service, with his in depth knowledge and professionalism.Highly recommended!

If you need a mattress then this is the place for you. We were helped by Scott. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient we us. The entire transaction went smoothly and if we ever needed another mattress this would be the place.Update: We purchased our mattress with the promise of their comfort guarantee but after the 30 days it wasnt the case. This was important because the mattress we initially wanted to purchase was not in stock. We bought a different mattress that cost more but since it wasnt the exact mattress we wanted, we could get it for the same price. We came back 2 weeks after we purchased the mattress to let them know that we were not satisfied but we were told that we had to wait the 30 days before we could exchange the mattress for something else. Came back exactly 30 days from purchase but this time we were told if we wanted to exchange for the other mattress then we would have to pay for a pick up and deliver charge (we picked up from store the first time) plus about $300 extra for the other mattress. We then tried to return the mattress ( which was covered with a mattress protector the entire time) but was told that wasnt possible either. Now were stuck with a $1500 mattress that hurts both me and my wifes back. Only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because of Scott. He tried his best to help but the owner and Wellsville just doesnt care about their customers. Was recommending people to purchase their mattresses from here along with our future purchases but no longer.

Buyers beware! Do not trust what Scott tells you! I bought a mattress that I chose from their showroom. Before leaving with the mattress, I asked Scott, the salesman, what the return policy is if we do not like it. He told me that if we did not like it we could bring it back for a store credit toward anything in the store. I explained we did not have a truck to.bring it back and once it is out of the box I cant fit it in my car. He told us that he lives in Spring Hill and would pick it up in his truck if needed as long as we waited at least 30-45 days to break it in. The mattress we received felt nothing like the one in the store. It was hard as a rock. We waited as Scott instructed, but it did not change. When I called him he denied ever saying that and told us it would cost us $90 each way to return it and bring a different mattress. I called the finance company, Wells Fargo and explained. The representative told me to send him all my paperwork. He told me if I did not sign anything agreeing to those terms and conditions the store could not hold me to them. THE ONLY PAPER I SIGNED WAS A PAPER ON FINANCING. Written terms and conditions for returns were never given to me. After a lengthy investigation Wells Fargo sided with Somnis, sending me the signed copy of the financial paper and an UNSIGNED copy of the Somnis Terms and Conditions, now claiming, Whether I signed/saw it or not, the store has the right to their own terms.

I throughly enjoyed my visit because he was so patient and kind, because you couldn’t ask for anything better. Also, the Somnis Sleep System that I purchased has been the very thing I needed because of my back problem I have and my wife’s sleeping problems Just p-e-r-f-e-c-t!! Best place to buy a quality mattress from an owner and staff that are extremely knowledgeable in their trade.I bought a mattress from here while I was stationed in Maryland around 5 years ago and the owner was excellent and had the mattress shipped to my apartment up north. (I was down here on leave as I lived down here before military and stumbled upon the store during my 2 week vacation back here, made the arrangements and he hooked me up.)We picked the trinity queen size and its still going strong and have way less back aches when I wake up.The next time I need a mattress (which will be soon we are looking into a king size now) this will be the only place I go.I still remember this store and the manager 5 years later for a reason. Excellent excellent keep doing what your doing guys.

Phil at Somnis Sleep Systems in the Brandon Westfield Mall was wonderful. My husband has multiple issues which make a traditional spring mattress difficult. I was in search of an adjustable bed to help my husbands night and sleep more comfortable.Phil recommended the Arya mattress and Rise adjustable base. He was so right. We could not be happier with our mattress system!If you need a new mattress/bed somnis is the place!

I have had a difficult experience with two other beds that I purchased online so I was extremely cautious about the bed that I purchased and Scott was just great. I was looking for a organic bad and he knew a great deal about OMI Organic beds and I went in there probably 10 times before I finally purchased the bed. Scott. Actually participated in my bed purchasing experience rather than just sitting there watching. The delivery was fast the delivery company was great they were right on time and very professional I just had a great experience with this company.It’s about two years later and I still love my bed

We worked with Phil to get a new bed 3 years ago, We were told a whole bunch promises, but every single one of them failed. The bed broke down and started causing us back pain. The free bed liner didnt project our bed from sweat. The (flimsy) box springs broke down. But the worst of all, when we called to try to get help, Phil and his staff were less than helpful, and pretty much said good luck you are on your own. Would not recommend.
