Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She educated my husband and I on the difference between a steel and plywood box spring which was really cool because I had no idea! She was also very personable and welcoming. Its so nice to meet a sales person that makes you want to buy a product just by how well they know the product and how they come across. We bought our mattress today with the upgraded box spring that Tiffany suggested and I know that we are going to love it!

Went mattress shopping and wasnt really sure what I was looking for. Well, I originally came in just to checkout mattresses, but Fernando was awesome. He didnt try to sell me at all. He just taught me about matching my sleeping style with the firmness, gave me options, and let me decide for myself. Plus, he gave me a great deal and I didnt have to haggle!! If I could give Mattress Firm a 0 star I would. This has been by far the worst store I have ever purchased a mattress from! The salesperson didn’t even give me the one on one help and told me based on the issues I was having I NEEDED to go to a DreamBed Lux...which by the way was discontinued only a few months after purchased. After only having it two months we noticed it sagged on one side of the bed. Called the store and customer service and was told we were past our warranty. Funny we have a 10 year warranty. Filed a claim online and submitted photos of everything showing the sag in the mattress. Now 7 months after owning the mattress and paying on it they only want to offer a 20% discount on A NEW PURCHASE! So we will lose all the money put into this and start a new lease! Unbelievable...I will tell everyone not to ever go here!

Let me say first the service in-store is quite nice. The salesman arent pushy; they are patient and knowledgable. I seemed to have gotten a good deal of mattress and free adjustable base, and my mattress is very comfortable once I got it.Delivery was scheduled for a Saturday, didnt show up. I called the next day and Evan said hed look into it and get back to me, followed up with a new delivery date of Tuesday. I said okay just as long as I get the delivery fee refunded since thats their policy as it said on the receipt in front of me. Evan said Well since the truck didnt even attempt to deliver it on your scheduled delivery date, we cant refund you, because we didnt even try to deliver it for the date we agreed to have it delivered on And he actually debated this for a few minutes. He said If I refund you that fee wed basically be going negative on any profit LOL. He was sticking to it until he realized that the adjustable base I was supposed to get couldnt be delivered until a month later than the purchase date because their trucks were broken down. Got the adjustable base today, finally, but Im still yet to get the shipping fee refunded.

Ive had an excellent experience in Sarasota. Not here. I came back and we bought a temperpedic breeze adjustable bed California king for 6,000. And a warranty for 5 years. Omg. We split and so did the bed and my half which is 2 twin beds. I cant get warranty bc the bed split up too. Its got the factory stickers and information. I have all the information from delivery address. Name. Location bought. Last 4 of social security number, etc, wasnt enough seriously.We wont honor it unless you contact the guy who held a gun to my chest a foot away. No. Not going to happen and he financed it so they weasel their way out of the warranty they sell you and abandoned any responsiblity nordoing the right thing is a scam. Do you seriously think everyone will keep 2 twin beds worth 3,000 a piece would not separate sometimes is ludacris and attorney (known for 33 years now)told me- ohhhhhh Mattress Firm with complete negativity was a problem with no resolve nor are they known for their attributes from the 3rd leading collection law firm in the country says it all. Yes. Lets call a person who abused me bc you are incapable of reading a label on the metal bed with a broken vibration that reminds me of a hotel motor massaging bed and is loud enough that you cant hear the TV.Sucks! So much for their customer service/warranty they sell you and trying to help whatsoever for a bed that was $6,000? Forget the warranty bc they apparantly dont honor many warranties with excuses per someone Ive known personally and an attorney for 33 years says everything!
