This was our first time at this location. We planned to just window shop but we had such a great experience with our salesman Will that we decided to buy today. He was extremely helpful with great input and suggestive without being annoying or pushy…my type of sales person :) I highly recommend Will and the Rooms To Go Patio location. Went to the new location this past weekend as we were looking for some new living room furniture. The new location is great with plenty of options.Rene Santos was our sales rep. He was terrific! Not pushy and was able to answer all of our questions. Very polite and well knowledgable.

From the moment we walked into R2G patio store, I could tell that Larry W. has mad skills when it comes to all of their furniture, including care and function of. We were impressed with his laid-back, yet professional salesmanship. We purchased a section set plus matching chair and a couple of chaise lounge chairs. I called later asking for covers and Larry actually met me near my house so I didnt have to drive from Trinity. Talk about a helpful, great guy. Weve LOVE our furniture and the service weve received has been outstanding. Recently, I called Larry to order a patio dining set. He was off for the day but spoke with me anyway and as soon as R2G opened the next morning, he called and was able to arrange for delivery in just 2 weeks. I have had a pretty great experience with this particular location of Rooms To Go. The staff was very helpful when I first came in to the store. Logan greeted me on the first day that I showed up with color swatches trying to match the colors to the rugs. The second day I came back, Logan recognized me immediately and she helped me out. She reassured me that I could still call to place the order since I live far away but just work nearby. She made the process incredibly easy and let me know I could call her if there were any issues. She also let me know her hours so I could call her with any questions or issues. She was not scheduled to work, so I called the customer service line. The standard customer service call center line left some to be desired. I was hung up on by 1 representative and another gave me bad information regarding whether or not I would have to be present for the delivery since they were to leave it at the door anyways. One of the representatives transferred me back to this stores line since they were unable to help me. Logan was not scheduled to work and Maia was able to help me so quickly and was also very fantastic and helpful! She helped reschedule my delivery since I was unable to be home for the first delivery. This store has really great service in general and I was happy to have a brick and mortar store to shop at with my color swatches with helpful sales representatives instead of hoping the color matches when shopping online. If things dont match it drives me crazy, so I was dreading this entire experience, but Logan and Maia helped make it a great one.

Gigi is an amazing representative. The first time we came in her greeting was so sincere. I purchased quite a bit of stuff from dining to bedroom. I am a person who switches her mind at the drop of a squirrel. She accommodated every single whim! as if she was enjoying it herself. I felt so at home here. Gigi has a way of making you feel like you have just won the lottery in furniture. Gigi is now a friend that I will definitely being buying from again.

Stopped by the Rooms To Go on Dale Mabry to look for some patio furniture on Sunday afternoon. The store is very nice and laid out in a very attractive way. However the best part of our visit was our sales rep Will Sefton in the Patio Department. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and even stayed after hours to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase! Thank you very much for such a pleasant shopping experience! We been Customers of rooms to go for about five years now we came today to pick out new furniture and Cesar help us he was very good very, patient and very polite and very nice. Went to RTG to look at some wall decorations for my outside patio, and we meet Lucas which was very helpful on helping us pick some very nice wall decorations and we also purchased 2 ceramic round tables for the patio lanai. Gigi was wonderful. We had been in the store several times shopping for different items. We truly enjoyed the shopping experience at this location. We do not live in Tampa but made the drive to the Tampa store because of the service we received from the management and the sales staff!! Prices were good and selection was even better. My husband and I are usually hesitant about buying furniture & going into furniture stores because of how pushy sales associates are. This was NOT the case at all. First experience with a Rooms To Go and it was a wonderful buying experience. I met with Pablo Ramirez (sales associate) and explained I was shopping for my companys corporate apartment. He listened carefully and took me all through the store - spending a lot of time with me - to pull together a proposal. I returned 2-weeks later and due to the furniture shipping availability, we basically had to start our furniture selection over (ugh!). Pablo never seemed impatience or bothered and was more than willing to help make suggestions on what furniture we could get in the timeline I was up against. Beware when purchasing furniture from RTG. This is definitely NOThigh end quality furniture. We recently purchased a sleeper sofa from them, upon closer inspection of the sofa after delivery, I discovered that one of the wood frame members was made with an inferior, substandard wood piece that was partially split along about 50% of its length. This should have never passed inspection at the factory. The backing substrate of the sofa was literally light gauge cardboard, lighter gauge than you would see in a typical bankers box. Cardboard of course, is is wonderful food for roaches and insects. So I doubt this sofa will last more than a few years. I am very disappointed in the quality of this piece, and it is the last time I will be buying from RTG. I suspect that RTGs business model is to simply pump out the most visually-appealing, cheapest-made import furniture possible, to as many people as possible, to maximize revenues and profits. To heck with Quality.

Deborah at Rooms to Go is the absolute best!!! She is the sole reason we are still customers. After expertly selling us the perfect couch, we waited over a month for delivery (because everything is backed up) we had an issue with the delivery driver and were not able to get our couch. Deborah saved the day and made sure we got our couch the very next day! Definitely shop with her when you go in! Thanks Deborah!

Had the best experience working with Rene. Originally we were told the couch would be 2 months before it could be delivered. Rene stayed on top of our order and called me to say they could deliver it a month earlier than expected. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. I visited Rooms 2 Go on Dale Mabry on Saturday looking for some new living room furniture. I was met by Gigi as I entered the building with a warm hello and asking if I needed any assistance. I had already researched some items I wanted so we sat down and began to check my list. I was very pleased with her assistance and suggestions. It only took about half an hour before I had everything I came in for and expected delivery dates. I will definitely return for any future shopping needs and make sure I request Gigi.

Shout out to Logan! Shes the sweetest and kindest and most patient sales associate ever. Theres also a manager by the name of Michael (if Im not mistaken) who was very accommodating. My rating is NOT a reflection of them but moreso principle. I was in the market for a house full of new furniture. After much thought and consideration, I decided to purchase for Rooms To Go. However, I think next time I will stick with Ashley Furniture. I say that because Ashley threw in 2 free lamps when I made a major purchase. After, spending what would have been close to 13k here at Rooms to Go, when the female manager was asked of they would throw in a complimentary rug she did not hesitate to say no. Yes, it may sound petty but thats how I feel about it. She said it was because they were offering me a $300 store credit for a 6k mattress as if Mattress Firm down the street is boy offering the same thing🙄. Keep in mind, Ive had a dysfunctional recliner chair delivered, no follow-up phone call from the customer care center to confirm when the tech was going to come out, I left work early on the day of my appointment only to get a call one hour before the tech was apparently scheduled to say hes not coming, part of my urniture that is set to be delivered this month is now on back order(not there fault Im sure) and yet a complimentary rug was not even a thought. This will be my first and last purchase here and I will purchase my mattress from elsewhere🙃

I did price compare the mattress prices and it’s competition at one store was cheaper. Also, they make it hard to get a refund especially the correct amount of a refund. Upon arrival of furniture of end tables, coffee table and entertainment table the delivery folks said they don’t put furniture together. Thankfully, the delivery drivers were willing to put the tables together although they didn’t plan for that.

I am relocating from NY to Tampa. I visited Rooms to Go and began working with Gus Jr. I explained how overwhelmed I felt because I immediately need to furnish an entire apartment. I can honestly say that Gus has alleviated all my stress! He listened to what I wanted and steered my in the right direction in every situation. Since I am now back in NY, he responds immediately to my every question. He is honest and accommodating. Before this experience, I didn’t believe customer service existed at this level! I will update my review once my furniture arrives but for now, I am so grateful that Gus is with me through this process to pay attention to every detail. This guy deserves a raise!

We had an amazing experience buying a couch from Miss Debora at the Tampa RTG. We were so excited for our delivery date, and ended up having an issue with the delivery team. We were very disheartened and disappointed at the whole situation and honestly we were ready to never purchase from RTG again, until Miss Debora came to the rescue.She heard out our situation and immediately went to action to get us our couch as soon as possible. She is absolutely amazing in terms of communication, customer service and action. After spending hours on hold with the 800 # feeling helpless and frustrated, Debora made everything right and we will be returning as a customer because of her!

Clean and well put together. Great selection for any type of furniture you may be looking for including patio. Enrique was very knowledgeable about the store layout. So much so when we showed him pictures of online sectionals we were interested in he knew exactly the pieces and were they were located in the store. The only downside is the wait to get your purchased items from rooms to go. We were queated September to late October on items we wouldve bought today in early June. We went over to Ashley furniture and were told the latest the items we were interested in would take was 2 weeks.

Cheryl, Larry, and John in the Patio section of RTG are an asset. All 3 were knowledgeable and worked seamlessly as a team to help us select the right furniture for us. In Particular, Cheryl helped with our first visit to the showroom and was patient in allowing us to roam and provided any help with any questions. We we’re impressed so much so with not just the selection and quality RTG Patio has to offer but the fact they were not pushy and provided assistance when needed. We will definitely recommend them to everyone!

I really enjoyed the great customer service experience without feeling pressured to buy anything. I was so delighted that I had a conversation with the out of town management visiting Dale Mabrey store expressing Ron’s Mills great character and humor. Yolanda greeted my mother and I as soon as we entered the store. Despite wearing a mask, you could easily tell she smiled as she she said hello. Having to go to Tampa to find the set in person Ron at store 217 welcomed us warmly and let us look around on our own to review all the bedroom sets to make sure that was the one we wanted. We had been in other stores and made to feel that we were supposed to fit in with their schedule so they could get commission…..whilst they stood around and did nothing!I can’t recommend Tampa Room to Go highly enough and Eduardo was equally helpful

On a whim we stopped in after an all day shopping trip. We identified the couch we were looking for, and our sales rep was not pushy or demanding in any way. He helped us identify a discontinued model we were looking for and helped decide what would be best for our space. Price was what it was. My wife was happy to replace our old couch and futon and we will have nice furniture for another decade or longer.

We drove into Tampa from Sarasota in search of Outdoor Furniture. First to the store: WOW! It is beautiful, specially the Patio section. It is very well lit, letting lots of natural sunshine in. The department was very tidy and I immediately went bananas over the accessories. Then we were welcomed by Cheryl, the sales person in this department. She gave us our space to look and speak amongst ourselves about our decisions and was readily available for when we needed questions answered. What a breath of fresh air she is! Not pushy, extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable about the furniture, which helped us hone in on our decision. She picked up on my love for accessories and introduced me to the Decorator Club. Her explanation was very much to the point and easily understood. Plain and simple: For $60 you become a member. Starting immediately you get 20% off on any of the accessories throughout the entire store, regardless of the item costing $20 or $2,000, for the next 36 months. Does anyone think I could resist? I had to join!! In summary, we purchased a patio set and a very large art piece and left the store utterly happy...why? Because of Cheryl! Ive been to many Rooms To Go and many other Furniture Stores from the very best and high end to the most economical and I have never left smiling. This store is quite the drive for us yet we are willing to make the trek for the rest of our patio furnishings and mostly the experience of having been helped by someone who knows what TRUE customer service means.

Henry at the Dale Mabry location was absolutely awesome!! Met all my needs and expectations! He was very patient and knowledgeable! Great experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Gigi this past weekend...the young woman showed such patience and calm while working with us...the two pickiest people in Tampa. Gigi is very good at her job and knows her stuff...do yourself a favor and go to see Gigi at Rooms to Go.

I went to the Dale Mabry store in Tampa.They have great sales on Items they think they can deliver around December 2nd. We looked at 4 different bedroom sets so it wasnt just an Item out of stock Last time I checked selling something you cant get is fraud. Heres an Idea when you put things on sale how about at most 2 or 3 week lead time. Regardles I went across the street to Ashley Furniture and they will deliver my Items in a few days. I am unlikely to go back to Rooms To Go. You cant sleep on great prices and promises.

I have to talk a moment and brag about Will Sefton, he has gone above and beyond to make our purchase at Rooms to Go patios on Dale Mabry an easy one. Though we had issues in the past, Will promised us a stress free experience. He has gone above and beyond to keep his promise. Thank you Will!!
