Beautiful store. Well designed to show their gorgeous pieces. Didnt buy there as it was just a bit pricey for me. Trust me if I could I would have bought a lot from there.

Ballard Designs at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to shop for all things quality furniture and home items in one place. I really like their selection and all of the different items and styles that they have available here. I have been happy with the purchases made from here.

5-15-21 David, their rep, was very helpful. He explained the various styles of kitchen curio/workstation options. He advised us on an upcoming sale to consider. Good advice, pleasant, helpful demeanor. Were also considering a couch and chair. Great choices in fabrics and colors.

This store has such beautiful stuff! On probably our 3rd visit my husband and I finally decided to purchase some pendant lights to hang over our kitchen island. They’re absolutely stunning and the quality is great! The associate who helped us, Linda, was really nice. They did not have the lights in stock in the store so she ordered them for us and comped the shipping charges to our home. They arrived in just a few days and we love them! To top it off a week later I saw that the lights were 20% off on the website so I called the store and they’re matching the online promotion for us! Amazing customer service! Thank you and we will be returning!

I bought (2) four drawer Office Cabinets MO531, I asked Ballards, Colette Young, who is their Brand Services Product Specialist, if the drawers are soft close, she indicated that they were. Well, she lied. So now I will have to buy soft closers and install them myself. Plus the drawers rattle and are loosely fit. Very disappointed!

I am updating my review due to my last 2 experiences I have had with my purchases here. I have been pleased with the customer service of the employees at the store as well as the delivery. Josh is the best. He is competent, professional, personable and goes out of his way to please the customers. I will continue to give them an opportunity to improve all the way to 5 stars.Terrible service! I am no longer purchasing anything from this store. The Tampa store staff, the representatives (including supervisors) at the customer service 1-800 number, the shipping service, and especially the credit card company that manages their accounts are all awful. The products are well made and stylish, but not worth all the hassle. Every time I have made a purchase, there is ALWAYS something wrong. Nobody ever apologizes or attempts to remedy the situation. Save yourself some aggravation and DO NOT give them your business. Perhaps they will be forced to make some changes to how they operate.

I have purchased a number of items from this store. As a guy with no decorating sense, the staff has been extremely helpful, and, more importantly, patient. My home is beautiful thanks to their spot on recommendations. Theyve even told me when not to buy something. Thank you!

My favorite furniture store around!

Kind of my dream store and a bit pricey, but I have bought some very nice pieces of furniture there and they always feel like good investments. The quality and timeless elegance of the products makes them worth the price. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable and make shopping very pleasant. And be sure to sign up for email because they have really good sales!

Really nice store with lots of beautiful home furnishings. Its a bit pricey, but if youve got the money, youre getting quality furnishings. There are a couple of pieces I liked, however they only had them in one color. They were unable to tell me if they would get them in any other color or even if they were offered in anything other than white. The sales staff is always on hand ready to help. Overall I had a good experience in this store.

Great selection and service. Everyone was helpful, offered service and let me look on my own, answered questions when I had them. No one was pushy. Items arrived on time and delivered professionally.

Ive had a good experience so far, using Ballards Design Services team. Suzanne spent and hour and a half showing me fabric options for their custom banquettes. She listened as I showed her what I had in mind for our new kitchen space and patiently gathered fabric samples and pricing for me. She priced out multiple options and even emailed me a summary of it. Suzanne was very kind and easy to work with, adding good suggestions based on my needs.

Great catalog; nice people. Sadly, thats about as far as it goes. Theres not much follow through on actual delivery if youre ordering custom furniture. My sofa and two chairs missed their estimated delivery date by three weeks ( and the party they were ordered for! ). Then the delivery people at JB Hunt told me theyd be there sometime that day and that Id need to be there to sign for it! If customer service is important, dont even- pause here at Ballard.

Spacious store with ample opportunities to try furniture and accessories. Valarie was particularly helpful in explaining fabric differences. I dont feel that Ballard has evolved much style-wise over the past 10+ years. Quality has declined as well. Pick up any metal accessory and imagine yourself in Target, paying less. I was very disappointed in the scrawny, thin cushions on their mediocre, overpriced patio furniture.

Had to help my Aunt with a huge mess up by there billing dept. Item did not ship and was difficult to get the refund corrected because the converted cash to one of their gift cards and once used gift card was discarded. Surprise refund was applied to the gift card that they threw away when used during purchase. Ugh
