Spoke with Jordan, he was very straightforward and informative with my questions. I came in with an older cannondale mtb headshock issue that could not be fixed easily and it was better to upgrade. Couple days later I bought a really nice Kona MTB from his store at a great price. If you have questions about your bike at a minimum just give them a call.

Excellent shop - knowledgeable, helpful, and able staff. Jordan went out of his way to find a set of brakes for my vintage road bike, a fix which now works beautifully. Definitely take your bike here. You will be very satisfied.

I had a tune up done for my 20 year old metal Fuji - I had tune ups done before at other shops and although my bike rode better afterwards, it felt still used.After VeloChamp did the tune up, it feels like new - smooth ride and gear changes and great breaking. The price was higher than the prior stores, but the difference is astounding. I can highly recommend it!

**UPDATE**Their new shop location and space is awesome, currently a work in progress but it already is looking great. High ceilings, plenty of floor space and large backyard what a great presence in Seminole Heights.Jordan totally hooked me up on a chromo fork I needed for an mtb single speed conversion. Took his time with me and worked through what would most likely work the best.BTW, this shop has one of the best selections of city bikes to get around. Check them out before you buy because you will be impressed.

My bike betrayed me this last weekend. My chain got pinched somehow causing it to basically sieze up and toss me to the ground. I sent a message to the shop on fb and received a reply almost instantly. I didnt tell him anything more than my chain fell off. I tried putting the chain on myself but it was no use. He told me to head in. On my lunch break I showed up and he went to work on my bike. He explained to me exactly why my bike threw me. It made a lot of sense. He didnt know I needed my bike fixed immediately and that I had a charity event to ride in however he fixed it in less then 20 mins. The mans name is Jordan and he not only is professional but hes like a friend. He remembered me from 9 years earlier in another customer transaction in another business, Impressive. I wanted to believe I could fix my bike myself but a friend said to me, your bike and chain saw hold the two most important chains in your life. You wouldnt take chances with your chainsaw, dont take chances with your road bike. So I went to the professional and am confident my chain and bike are safe to use.

Working with Jordan was a pleasure both times I came in. He was genuinely interested in solving some problems with my cx bike and when time came to build up my touring bike he worked around my budget and did an incredibly good job, down the the smallest nuts and bolts. Highly recommend this shop not only for its great inventory but also for its customer service.

Came by the shop on the way riding back home because my back tire suddenly had an issue while out riding with no money in hand the person there I believe his name was Jordan helped us out with no issue at all and did not request any money and not meaning he does free service but he saved the day because if not I probably would have to be walking miles home with a bad back tire as well as he actually got us back on the road to continue our afternoon ride. Highly recommended the shop is pretty cool looking too.

Great service, accommodating and competitive prices!

It is by far the best shop Ive been to and Ive been to at least 7 in this area over the past 17m. Not university or haskins; who service suck; terrible at best. Now Velo on the other hand on there off day there were still available and they are open when all the others are closed. Jordan and his mom helped me so much! They deserve the title!

Dropped off a bike to be put together and the guy told me he could get to it tomorrow. Five days later it still wasnt done. Awful looking store as well. Definitely not a good place to go to.
