Don’t waste your time! I called ahead and made an appointment and send the architectural plans for the job. Spoke with Lorena to make the appointment and she was my “designer” seemed surprised when I showed up for the appointment and clearly had no idea why I was there. I needed help with the design and to purchase and she was extremely dismissive. Would not recommend. If this is how they treat a customer at the beginning, I can’t imagine what it would be like after they have your money! No thank you

Dont be fooled by their few positive reviews, I guarantee you, they had their friends wrote those reviews. Horrible customer service, low quality products. The staff are irresponsible and unprofessional, they kept lying about delivery time again and again which delayed my project and cost me a lot of money. This company is something short of a fraud. Do yourself a favor and stay away !

Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. I replaced my kitchen and bathroom with these cabinets and the cabinets are def worth it as they are solid wood and good quality cabinets. The whole process from sitting down originally to picking up the cabinets and assembly went so smooth. I worked with Peyton and he was awesome and highly recommend him. My only suggestion to the company is to update the instructions to include how to install the self closing drawer tracks. (these are not your typical tracks). Thankfully Peyton took a few photos of the display model and that cleared up the confusion. The cabinets are pretty simple to put together but would suggest taking a look at how the self closing drawers connect to the drawer as the are connected at the bottom not the sides and there are no pre drilled holes on the drawer its self.

Im always been happy with them. Theyre a good company. We needed a couple of soft closing handles that were going bad after owning the cabinet 5 years and they told us to come in and just get some more to replace them and at no cost because they guaranteed for life.

Cabinet are good quality however customer service on the other hand is no good. Desk lady is rude and unwelcoming.I do here to say designer was professional and very helpful.

Absolutely horrible quality and high price. %1000 terrible customer service. They had put used cabinets and charged me brand new price. Much better price and quality is available in other stores. I’ll never buy from them again.

Designers are really helpful, but watch out for the price, I have been shopping here for few years now. They have suddenly increased price by 25%, when I told them about unethical practice of the business, they argued back rudely. I think it’s time for me to find another supplier.

Over all the employees were friendly and the cabinets seem to be of good quality but unfortunately this doesnt make up for incompetence. Rather than going on and on about my circumstance Id rather give some tips and tricks for the next person.- Bring commercial business only (For the time being panda kitchen does sell their cabinets for personal use but with my experience you dont get treated the same simply because youre not repeat business so youre not a priority)- Triple check your order even if the designer says its correct because chances are its not.- Dont call go in person (If you call youll simply be told that theyre too busy and that you have to come in person or theyll say Ill call you back but they never will and even if they do call you back they will tell you that you have to come in person)- Come into the store several times to meet with your designer (Apparently every time you come into the store you get an additional discount off your order. This is a great trick to know but unfortunate if you live far away because traveling to Tampa is no easy task most days)All in all the cabinets are relatively easy to put together and match well with existing cabinets I already have. If you follow these tricks you will most likely have a much better experience than I did. Hope this was helpful. Good luck my friend.

They sell the lowest quality cabinets for tge highest price! They messed up my order and caused me so much issues. I asked to talk to a manager several times, but the managers refused to talk to me. I will never buy from them again!

Not a top choice for specialty hardware unless you absolutely have no other option.Stopped in to see about hinges for a clients project. After 15 minutes of waiting learned that 6 hinges were going to coat $240.00 so I promptly left. After deciding that I could wait a few days, purchased same setup I requested from Amazon for $90.00 for a reputable brand.With that said, if I was looking for an entire kitchen arrangement as a homeowner, they seem to have a grrat setup for 1 on 1 attention with their clients.

I would not recommend this company at all. Stay away! If I could do zero stars I would. I had the come and install cabinets in my kitchen. They were installed incorrectly. Refrigerator and stove would not go where they were supposed to, the pulls on the cabinet were installed crooked, trims were not installed leaving gaps, did not put a shelf in thats was supposed to be installed, and even took an outlet out of the wall that should have stayed. Got a hold of the company finally after phone tag and then after multiple attempts, they finally sent someone to come and fix everything. They fixed most of the issues except they created more while doing it. They left the panel that would go across the top of the refrigerator off after widening the spot for the refrigerator. I went to the hardware store and installed a new one myself. Then to top it off, the scratched my brand new flooring. I bring it to their attention and now they expect me to pay for something they damaged. This company is not worth the hassle. I don’t understand how they are in business with practice like this. Mess up on your install and take even more time from the paying customer and then damage a customers house and expect them to pay for it...

Great price and beautiful products however, I was told installation would take 3 to 4 days. It took over 3 months..mainly due to no show no call days which cost me time from work. Made huge gapping holes in two walls that we had to repair ourselves. Removed or rather covered over the electrical outlets in our island and installed a lazy susan shelf in our corner cabinet which I repeatedly told them I did not want. I ordered shelves because that is what I wanted. Instead, they installed what they wanted and took their sweet time in doing it. The customer service and installation make this a company not to deal with.

Been buying from these guys for years. They make great, high quality cabinets for an affordable price. The reason all these haters have issues, is that Panda sells to contractors, not DIY homeowners. If you arent a professional with a tax ID, they wont even give you pricing. Thanks Panda for protecting the local craftspeople that keep.you in business, you rock..

I always use Panda. Great quality and prices. All sides of every cabinet is 9 ply 3/4 inch plywood. Most cabinets are 1/2 inch press board. Quality is everything. Have them installed by their professionals. Youll be glad you did.

Guess they don’t need the business!Went here with my wife with 2 full sets of design plans in our hands. One for a kitchen reno of an investment property and another for a full reno of a primary 2 BR 2 bath including flooring throughout.Multiple signs on the front door warning about the Wuhan virus etc saying to drop off plans with a designer and they will get back to us. OK, we get it. Take precautions to protect your employees etc. fine. Let us drop off our stuff and go from there regarding finish choices and personal contact. However, the doors were locked and when I peered inside I saw 2 girls behind a desk not a foot apart from each other no mask or anything mind you. Not even walking to the door to explain anything to us, one made a “call us” gesture with her hand to her face with as little effort as she could muster. Well, no, not gonna do that. We drove a good way to get there because they were open and I wanted to do exactly as the sign said. Drop off completed plans and have them bid it. They are not the only supply company and I’m not jumping through silly hoops to give them my money. We took our plans to the 3 other supply joints within 15-20 minutes of this place and all were open, staffed and happy and willing to work for our business. Everyone survived the risky interactions and we are on our way to our renovations less the condescension. The shutdown hurt a lot of businesses and employees. Some apparently did well enough they don’t need the support. Hope they all stay healthy and safe.

Today I had my subcontractor go to pick up cabinets.The unprofessional treatment he has received from this company is unbelievable the loading crew treated him with no respect or dignity we spend on cabinets over 500k a year we have been buying from them for years this will stop moving forward from today including 4-5 other companies that buy from them they will stop from this point the problem is when you treat people like trash you don’t deserve the local company or community to sport you and we will make sure we spread the word we have been in the local area over 40yr . Thanks again a upset customer.

WORST PLACE EVER!, It is not cheap and customer service+designs is just TERRIBLE. My order needed to be changed four times!, measurements were incorrect, cabinets were missing, and they wanted me to pay for every cabinets (their mistake) every time. Justus was the designer and Sandra the assistant manager.GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!

Quality of cabinets leaves less to be desired. You must put the. Together and 1/3 boxes have warped and misaligned pieces which means that they aren’t ever going to be straight then you put them together. 1/5 boxes there are pieces damaged on the inside. Definitely will would reconsider this place if I had known. Nontheless I definitely recommend 30 minutes a cabinet and then the ability to shim properly since a lot of the cabinets are warped.

Have been trying to get estimate for cabinets for three weeks now, no result, every time I call they say they’ll have it by the end of the day which never happens. Don’t promise what you can’t accomplish.

I have bought several entire kitchen cabinet sets from Panda. If doing yourself they do have to be put together but they are solid cabinets . 3/4 inch plywood all around soft close doors and drawers. Yes I have had a few drawer track turn up bad but they happily replaced the defective part. I do several kitchens a year and love these cabinets . They do have at this time four colors, white, grey, dark and light wood. I went with a cabinet maker for my personal home and sorry I did . Not as nice as the Pandas . I have swapped out some of my High end cabinets since because maker did not fix issues and I put the Pandas in their place and no one can tell the difference and the pandas are not breaking . Cheaper, better go figure .

This was the strangest kitchen cabinet show room I have ever been in! You have to make an appointment if you want to meet with a designer. If you just walk in they make you wait in the lobby and have their show room behind closed doors like trying to build up the excitement I guess? Then when they do let you in there is like a whole 4 kitchen set ups and some vanities?? Spend 5 minutes in there and you have seen everything 3 times or more! It seems to me this places prices will be way on the high end. They even have on site security? Has someone tried to steel a kitchen before? Bizarre

These are the same cabinets that contractors & cabinet installers use 9 ply ply wood & lots of colors, trim, and moldings on site in their huge warehouse. They also connected me with someone did a fantastic job on our granite I used a Sandra for our project & she was Great to deal with & extremely knowledgeable.

If I could give no stars I would...has been months and still have not fixed our kitchen cabinets..No one will call me back, has been 2 weeks. Horrible customer service.. the installer gave me white pen and told me to touch up cabinets myself, he had bigger more important jobs to do. The owner answered the phone with a yeah has done nothing for us and Ive complained twice.. Their building and property looks like its abandoned...if I was you and looking for cabinets, I would pay more money for better product and service else where

Very limited selection of lower end cabinets and counters. Sales staff was very nice, helpful, and followed up with a call. They just didnt have the high end finishes I wanted for.my kitchen.

Very poor communication. I took time from work so they can measure for cabinets, and didnt find out till 3pm when i called because they hadnt arrived yet that their tech was sick and took the day off. Waste of an entire day.

I found the website on Google. It said they were open on Saturdays 9a-6p so we showed up at 4:10p the place looked like an abandoned building. There were a few guys hanging around outside looking a hot mess.We get out and start to walk in and an older women comes out. My husband asks her if they are open, she had an attitude and said actually no we are not. He then told her we seen on the website your open till 6p. She shrugged her shoulders and said with an attitude again well I dont control the website. With that being said, I will not be going to purchase anything from them.

If I could give no star I would!! This is the WORST and most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with in my life. I WISH I could take it all back and go with another company.
