Best experience I could have asked for! Everyone at Stone Kraft was amazing. Sam and his staff are down to earth, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Sam is customer focused. The price beat out 3 other quotes by several hundred dollars. I am absolutely in love with my stone. Leathered fantasy brown. The installers were crazy good. You can tell they know what they are doing. Less than 3 hours and they were done. Template was perfect. Bookmatched slabs were perfect. Seam is perfect. I am elated. THANK YOU SAM!

Remodeling our kitchen and decided to stop in and see what type of granite slabs they had. So glad we did, we found the same granite for a lesser amount than what we were previously quoted at another location. Working with Chris was a great experience, he is so knowledgeable and caring, kept me informed every step of the way from selection to installation and beyond. I will definitely be back when it’s time for the bathrooms!!

We are very happy with all aspects of our experience with Stone-Kraft. Our salesperson, Elizabeth, was very helpful during the initial purchase of the new kitchen quartz counter top and Chris came by to template the tops. The quality of the quartz counter was worth the price. The demo crew (Chris & Kevin) were very neat in removal of our old counter and then the installation team took their time and did a masterful job. We are a very satisfied customer and will return next year to do the 2 bathroom counters. Thanks to all at Stone-Kraft!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen! We stumbled across Stone Kraft while just talking about redoing out countertops. Meeting Fantasy has been heaven sent. She has made the process so easy! She understood our vision and made it come to life. Our kitchen wasnt a huge job, but she did not make you feel like you were any less important. She was very professional, and very knowledgeable! Not to mention always a pleasure talking to. She made the entire process altogether less stressful from recommendations to advising what to stay away from. The gentlemen who can to install were always friendly and very clean, they made sure to clean up after themselves when they were finished and you could tell they took pride in the work they were doing for us. I would recommend Stone Kraft to everyone interested in remodeling. They would be so amazed by the end result! I know I am!

**UPDATE** 5/7/21.So the initial reason why I did this review was because I was sent an email by this company asking if I would provided a review and upon completion I would receive 1 of 2 free gifts. News flash they never provided anything for my positive review, so Im updating my review to reflect. At this point I could really care less about the granite sealer that I was promised its the principal.Stone Kraft is an awesome company. They were able to help.me select the perfect piece of granite for kitchen remodel.

Quick turn around time from slab picked to date installed. Installers did an excellent job and were very thorough. Would definitely do business again.

They have good cabinet, but unfortunately they arent good at what they say they are. I have been waiting for them to do my kitchen cabinet for a year and 6 months. I dont think that they handle things professionally. I never got a call back or an update on my cabinets now all they want to refund me is 50% for my total balance that i paid them. I will never return here nor let anyone i know come here and get the treatment that I got.

Sam at Stone Kraft is unbelievable, his knowledge of granite and cabinets and customer service is impeccable and way above the rest. They did my kitchen & bathroom overhaul, countertops, sinks & cabinets. They were very punctual, and professional & they cleaned up after themselves ( hard find in Tampa Bay). The price was at least 25% cheaper than anyone else and much more of superior quality. I extremely urge anyone that wants quality work to give them a chance, you wont be disappointed!

We meant to write this review months ago, but its even more meaningful now that weve have our new kitchen for 7-8 months. Great service from start to finish! An amazing design team, project manager was great he was very diligent in checking in as the job was progressing The construction crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up before leaving, and finished the job right on schedule. They were very considerate and professional We love our new kitchen! Stone Kraft team was wonderful. Sam helped us through the planning phase and the project cost less than we had anticipated. We are also having our Master bath remodeled in March and are very much looking forward to working with the Stone kraft team again. highly recommended!

We bought granite countertops for our kitchen remodel at a great price. They scheduled to measure everything a day or two after we were at the store, and once the pieces were cut and everything was ready a week or two later, they delivered and installed it on the same day. Very easy, great price. Ask for Chris, he was very helpful and kept open communication with us the whole time.

We used this business to install cabinets for new construction of our entire home over a year ago. The entire process was a horror show. I felt like I was in a novella. The staff fought with each other, they gossiped behind each other’s backs to me (a customer), they were obtuse, unprepared - you name it. To my surprise, my cabinets turned out amazing. The paramount issue with this business is Sam, the owner. He over-charged me for a surplus of cabinet pulls his staff ordered without my permission (he also tried to convince me that I was the one who asked for that amount, as if I’m the one with expert knowledge of cabinets.) I agreed to keep some of the extra pulls for back ups. I went to Stone Kraft three separate times to pick them up myself and there was always an excuse as to why they were not there. Following this, Sam promised to deliver the extra pulls personally to my home. To this date, I haven’t heard from Sam or his business. They have ignored all of my attempts to reach out. At this point a refund would be the right thing to do. I would definitely consider this an “as is” cabinet store. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend. Insultingly unprofessional.

I had my a small kitchen done, they really did a great job. Great company with amazing people! Fantasy helped me pick the stone and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made sure what I got fitted my needs. Sam was very helpful with making sure that the job was done on time and worked with me during the whole installation process. Chris and his brother came and did the install, wonderful guys! Very professional and knew their trade well. Great representation of the company. Thanks for the install.

No stars if I could. After 2 months and repeated phone calls, I am still waiting for a refund of $3762.38 that was promised to me because the tile I ordered was not available. I cancelled the order that was paid for in full when I placed it. The manager agreed to refund me my money, but its been 2 months and I still have not been refunded. I am a senior citizen on a limited income and $3762.38 is a painful loss.

Sam and Trina were fantastic! There was no pressure selling or product pushing. It was a pleasant environment and they were both creative and super friendly. Sam learned of the quartz we wanted and found some slabs at a great price. He was evening willing to store it for us until we could pick it up! Trina provided great and budget conscious ideas. They have beautiful products at reasonable prices. We will definitely be recommending Stone Kraft Tiles and Cabinetry to everyone!

What a wonderful surprise Stone Kraft was! They have a great selection of cabinets, countertops and tile, and the staff were amazing! Working with designer Jeanette was like working with a good friend - her focus was always to make sure I was happy with my kitchen, and boy am I! I now have my dream kitchen, with top quality cabinets and stunning quartz countertops, all for an amazing price! Even all the guys on the install team were great, going above and beyond to make it all happen. Many thanks to owner Sam for overcoming some minor hiccups to keep my project on track with no hassle or dickering. I will not hesitate to come back to Stone Kraft for my next kitchen!

Horrible experience and poor service. They installed countertops and left an incomplete job. After signing a contract they continued to charge extras that they forgot to include. At the time of installation they forgot the back splash and said they would come back later to finish. I had to be the one to call them and let them know they forgot the back splash. They let me know it was a mistake on their end. They did not show up when we were told they would come back to finish the job and Ive been the one to call a ask why they are not showing up. I never received a call when they forgot the back splash or when they said they would come back to finish.
