My keyboard went out on my HP after only owning it a year and a half I purchased it brand new from a large electronic store. HP wanted nearly $500 to fix it and a month to get it back to me. Tim was fantastic he ordered the part had it in within a matter of days & told me it would take 24 hours to fix it. 4 hours later he called me it was done! I will never take a computer for repair to anywhere else but here!

These folks are awesome!! I ruined my mother board by accident. Brought it into I S O R M Computers Monday, Tim said he’d order a new motherboard, It came in that Thursday. Called me and advised me of the progress. Called me again Monday, said it was ready, recommended a solid state drive. Had it installed, works great, much faster. I got my PC fixed up here a couple days ago. This is an excellent service and comes highly recommended. Tim was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated with me every step of the way. He had my PC running better than it ever has within a few hours and was kind enough to iron out some unanticipated kinks along the way.

I just had Matt build my 3rd PC. The first one he built for me was back in 2007. That PC still works perfect, never had any problems, its just old technology. The second one was built 2012 and running like a champ, never had any problems with it either. These computers are built to last for sure.

Great staff with expert knowledge. Have been using them for years. Most recently I had them build a custom video processing workstation. I am very happy with the build.

Recently had them replace the hard drive in my nearly 7 year old laptop with a solid state drive (SSD). Work was done quickly and now it runs like a new machine. Very happy with their service.

Tim and crew have been splendid every time weve taken our computers there. Things come back fixed right the first time, and prices are so reasonable Ralph Nader would have LOVED them. My last visit, it was clear that my very old monitor was fried out. One of the guys went online, found a replacement monitor at Staples AND a discount coupon! We arranged for pickup at a nearby store. It took Tims co-worker 5 minutes. It would have taken me an hour.So in short, service is aces, prices are reasonable, the staff is knowledgeable. I love em.

Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding old and new computers. Not afraid to share experiences with different devices, good or bad. Provide detailed information regarding repairs. I ordered a custom PC for my sons graduation and it was completed within a week of placing the order.

These guys are not very outgoing or personable, but they always get our PC up and running. The routine tune up is a reasonable flat fee. Never any surprises. They do not try to sell up unless the PC is really old, outdated and slow. The facility, however, needs some attention by the buildings owner. Not ISORMs fault.

ISORM Computers and Repair helped me fix my laptop that had died from a virus. My normal tech helper/friend couldnt revive my computer so I took it here, and so glad I did. Patient, knowledgeable and fair! After trying to figure out why my fiances computer will not work, asking friends and googling answers, we came here for a second opinion with a custom built gaming computer. The first guy we brought it to was firing the parts cannon telling my fiance to buy ram, buy a new board and buy a new power supply. Just by looking at the gaming setup ISORM told us right away that things were out of place and needed to be fixed and got the computer working after a few days! they told us exactly what we needed to buy and was up front with the cost of repair. did not push us to spend hundreds more dollars to get the perfect setup. i assure you, what theyre charging to diagnose and fix the computer is TIME SAVING and WORTH EVERY PENNY! this place will be the go to for anything computer related.

Wow! Ive dealt with more than one computer store. Its the same as going to an auto mechanic. Were at their mercy. My computer wouldnt display on my monitors. Its old! I didnt have a clue what our was going too cost me to fix our. The gentleman repaired it, replacing two memory cards, updated my drivers, cleaned a hidden virus and the charge was extremely reasonable!

Took my laptop to them and they installed a new hard drive and operating system got it taken care of in one day the price was very reasonable!

I switched to shopping at ISORM computers about 5 years ago (I was a Dell customer) and have nothing but great interactions with them coupled with solid service. Their tech support staff is knowledgable and helpful. Ive purchased several machines as well as peripherals and upgrades from them and never excperienced poor to fair anything. This place is useless. First off, they do not repair major problems like the motherboard (which was the problem I had). Second, they dont repair HPs. What is this? How can you be a computer repair shop when you dont fix one of the major brands of laptops OR one of its most critical parts? Thats like saying Yeah I repair all cars except Hondas, and oh yeah I do not fix engine problems either, how can I help you? I guess if you have minor problems then theyre okay but besides that, thumbs down.
