I Love this place! The store is always very clean, the employees are very nice, polite & will always help you the best they can. I have purchased several items from this store such as games, movies, game consoles, a TV & the best laptop Ive ever had 😁 & they also have a great selection of very nice jewelry. Business doesn’t follow its own return policies on merchandise. Half of their reviews are paid for reviews and the owner is the rudest business owner I’ve met. Plenty of other dignified pawn shops in the area to choose from, stay clear of this one.

Three words for this place “Clean, fear and quality”. We all know pawn shops are not the cleanest places out there; this place doesn’t look like that. I was surprise to see how clean their merchandise is and how friendly their staff are. I purchased a Pandora bracelet which included the original box in very good shape (hard to find) and the charms were almost like new for way below retail price. The manager worked with me and gave me a fear deal and their workers don’t suffocate you asking annoying questions. Definitely will be back.

If your going through a rough time and need some quick cash this is not the place. I took in all my valuables today electronics tv a Kenneth Cole watch a WW2 relic and loose accent diamonds! Freaking diamonds. Every item i showed them all the could do is come up with excuses as to why they wont buy them. I had to walk out with everything and without a dollar.Pickiest damn pawn shop in town save your time and money and just go somewhere else. Worse experience ever.

I like the service but around this time change your time online it’s making us drive over thinking it’s open until 4 which it’s not you are closed on weekends.

First off, Sergio and the lady that works there are both wonderful. The owner (Tony, I believe) is the most rudest individual I have ever met. I recently took a friend over to pawn her watch. He not only gave her the biggest attitude, but was very snappy when she didnt have the links to her Michael Kors watch. We rushed to her house to grab it (before they closed at 7) and when we got back, he didnt allow us in and flat out said Im done trying to help you in which- he didnt help anything. I recommended this place and because of the fact that he was having a bad day- he took it out on us. I do NOT recommend this place unless its Sergio whom youd be dealing with. Worst customers service ever! I will never go back!!!!

I want every to be aware of the experience I had at this pawn shop today. I am a part time reseller and I routinely visit pawn shops, flea markets and thrift stores to source fine rings I believe I can resell at a profit. Providing fine affordable rings is something I enjoy providing to my customers.I visited this pawn shop in response to the multiple invitations and ads I found on Craigslist purporting the “deals” and fine rings they had advertised available to the general public at substantial discounts.When I arrived at this pawn shop, I was professional greeting by “Stuart” who introduced himself to me as an “assistant manager to the owner” of the pawn shop. He was friendly and affable. I told him I was a reseller and that I saw their Craigslist ads and I decided to stop in to see what I could find to flip for a profit. Stuart and I talked about our shared experiences as resellers. He shared with me his wife’s ability to flip IPads from eBay to Amazon for a profit. Stuart was telling me of the good fortune he has had at other pawn shops such as Cash America type chain stores. Stuart took time to show me the the collection of fine rings in the “Under $100” cabinet in the front of the store, right where you walk in. Stuart told me they were happy to sell to a reseller and he agreed to honor my resale certificate. He told me the owner of the pawn shop does all of the jewelry repairs or modifications along with some outsourcing to the “Watch Doctor”. Stuart and I took some time to go thru the available rings. I checked the ring with my electronic gem and electronic diamond testers.I did find one ring with a loose stone. One ring was even showing up as “glass” according to my electronic gem detector. No big deal, I only buy fine rings I can verify as being real gold and real gemstones.I did find one diamond solitaire ring I agreed to buy. The store tag said it was “10K” gold and it was also marked on the same store tag as “14K” gold. I was about to perform an industry standard “acid test” to verify what it was one way or the other.Just before this, the owner pulled into the parking lot. Stuart told me “The owner just pulled in”. I said, “Good! I would like to meet him too”. I did not think about it at the time, but Stuart told me, “Oh, that might not be good news!”.At any rate, shortly after arriving, the owner abruptly dismissed Stuart for “lunch” (at almost 3:00 - Really??). The owner then immediately stopped me from testing the ring I was going to purchase. He had the nerve to tell me “We are not here to help your business!”. I explained to him Stuart was aware of what I am doing and what I was looking for and he said I was invited to look and test. The owner told me “Stuart was wrong!” or words to that effect. He expressed his dissatisfaction that I “set up in his shop” i (I was at the counter were the discounted rings were?). He said that the gold proof was “on the receipt” they give.Needless to say, I immediately packed up, and left.Now what should I think?Does this place seem crooked or what?Do they not let people like me who can not stand for long sit down on the small stool I have to relieve my legs?What does it mean that “We are not here to help your business!”?Does he mean, “We are ripping people off and you have caught me?Would a reasonable person think he is selling rings that are not the “gold K” as advertised?I already found one stone that tested as “glass”, not a gemstone.Is it the owner’s intention to only sell alleged “gold” to buyers who do not know any better and do not ask questions or test for authenticity?I can’t help but feel that something shady and crooked is going on there! Why else would a jewelry pawn store owner act this way?BUYER, AND ESPECIALLY RESELLERS AND ANYONE WHO ASKS QUESTIONS OR TESTS FOR TRUE GOLD CONTENT - BEWARE OF THIS PAWN SHOP!

WORST PAWN SHOP EVER!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF EMPLOYEES THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BUYING AND SELLING, HE WOULD ONLY OFFER 30$ ON A WATCH THAT WAS PURCHASED LESS THAN A MONTH AGO I HAD THE RECEIPT IN HAND, THE WATCH RETAILS AT $300.00 AND HE SAID HE COULD FIND THEM ONLINE FOR $60 WHAT AN IDIOT!!!

Went to pawn a tv didnt have the remote after the boss checked the tv nade sure it worked said best he could do for a vizio smart tv was 50 if i brought the remote i said let me get the remote he said no problem we close at 7 i drove all the way home came back an he said the tv smells funny somehow my tv picked up a smell from the 15 min drive home an back then he wouldnt take it waste of time an money all he had to do was tell me he couldnt accept the first time i was told this guy was the boss that did this

This place and everyone working in it is absolutely horrible, the owner is beyond rude and was very unprofessional. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone, do not waste your time bringing your gold or any of your items, its a complete waste of time. They always give you the lowest offers. My recommendation is do your research before bringing anything here.
