I purchased a refurbished chromebook 3rd party through Walmart.com and if I could leave 0 stars I would opt for that. I was sent a chromebook that did not charge. The touchscreen (mousepad square - that is necessary to use the device) did not work and it wouldnt connect to any wifi network. Im returning asap, they literally sent me an unfurbished broken junk unit. Shameful taking advantage of parents during this time.

Im going to leave a one star in hopes that I get my problem fixed. I ordered a laptop from here it arrived locked. I called the school it came from just in case to make sure it wasnt a stolen computer. Of I dont hear back I will find a way to report this company. There is no way to get a hold of anyone and Ive been sent to james twice now with no help.

Bought a laptop from Tampa Laptops a year ago. Laptop sent was better than advertised, the customer service was phenomenal. Needed another hard drive and charger a few weeks ago and they offered the best price on both. Prompt shipping, great products, and customer service lacks nothing. Will never buy a laptop from anywhere else.

I purchased a dell i5 from this company and it literally overheated on start up. Then I noticed the battery doesnt even charge and the laptop doesnt even register that the battery is connected. I tried contacting the company by phone at 3 PM on a Tuesday and they didnt answer. Seems a little sketchy.

I received a refurbished computer from Amazon, and ended up returning it the very next morning. Had the computer plugged in all night and the computer did not hold a charge. I could not download ANY apps. I did receive a full refund, so Im leaving a rating of 3 stars for the inconvenience.

I purchased a refurbished Dell several months ago. I had a few issues with the laptop when I received it. I notified Tampa-Laptops, and I immediately had a call from support to help fix my problem. My laptop is out of warranty now and the hard drive crashed. I contacted them again. They immediately took care of my problem, sent me a new hard drive ready to go at a drastically discounted price. I contacted them on a Wednesday afternoon, and I received my replacement part in the mail on Friday! I am not an IT person, so I have had to contact them via email several times, and they always get right back to me and really want to help. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from them in the future. The customer service is exceptional!

This was about 2 months ago so I havent had to use their customer service (although I am not in the United States) but its looks like I wont have to. Purchased a dell 6400 series, began to overheat immediately, have to agree w/ mr Keisler on this one, would seem to me at least one thing to inspect and replace would be the fan, missed this one, the owner responce to mr keislers comments dont hold water either, tried for two wks ( through the wk, not wk ends) during normal business hrs never a responce, my experience was w/ laptop experience, owned by same owner

Even though they are mainly an online operation, my crew went down with a bad laptop charger, for an older lenovo thinkpad. I called them and they met my guys outside with an oem replacement at a reasonable price. Saved the day and hundreds of bucks in down time. Do not buy refurbished units form this reseller!First let me give you a little background on myself, I am a Lenovo authorized field service provider for think-pad laptops, what this means is I have passed the training to preform warranty repairs on even brand new systems on behalf of lenovo.I purchased a refurbished T410 form Tampa laptops via amazon It arrived with numerous signs of wear and tear on parts that are typically replaced when a system is refurnished such as the keyboard and trackpad. Upon further inspection I found the Ethernet jack is broken, But the wort part was when I wen to replace the palm rest bezel and keyboard I found the wiring harness for the track-pad and Bluetooth module was held together with scotch tape!I have never seen such a poor quality refurnishing job, to the best of my knowledge all that was done to this unit was the insides were cleaned and windows was installed. I was overcharged fo this unit given its condition upon arrival (this unit was closer to a used condition) and I needed to spend an additional $100 on parts to restore the unit to an acceptable condition.Avoid doing business with this comapny
