Fantastic Customer Service - I want to commend Miguel for your customer service. He really went the extra mile. When I had an issue with my Dell computer warranty, Miguel took the time to help me resolve the issue. His follow up is fantastic. It is a breath of fresh air to receive great customer service, and I truly do appreciate it. Thank you for going the extra mile.

They ran a virus check on my computer and found nothing, however, I was still charged 30$ for labor costs. Total scam.
