My first time in a FL Costco...lots of parking, great deals on clothes and food. This store was kept clean and organized.

Things are back to normal! At least more like normal.The tables are back so that I can enjoy my hot dog and drink. Masks are not mandatory for vaccinated. Limited sample stations are starting back.Absolutely love heading here to get samples as snacks, a hot dog for lunch, and to do any necessary shopping.After today, I feel like I can go back to my regular schedule. That makes me.very happy.

Costco cares. Was always thoughtful with mask policies. Made us feel safer as a family

Absolutely love Costco! Store is amazingly clean. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Isles are set up so appealing. You just have to take one of each! Only negative is that my bill is never under $500😱

Me and my wife already did our research for it’s membership to come check it out . The lady at the membership counter was taking no for an answer on offering a higher tier membership (we are new to this place) when all we wanted was just the basic membership and was communicated to her we were NOT interested in paying more several times. We even had our cards out to pay for it. You guys drive new customers away without trying…. I’ll stick to sams, at least they shut up and not argue.

Wow, this is better than a Sams Club to me because it has a lot more electronics... One of my main interest!Plus, unlike the Sams Club in the Tampa area, you can actually get into the restaurant and get something to eat!Costco set up their eating area the right way... Plenty of tables and people working behind the counter that know what theyre doing!Overall, Costco was a great experience!

All this place needs is a nicer employee at the entrance, someone that actually greet costumers, definitely not this lady with a face and bad attitude towards shoppers, picture wont let me lie

Leaving Costco HIGHLY OFFENDED. I have been a member of Costco for years and have never encountered an issue. I felt as if I was racially profiled by the TIRE CENTER MANAGER SARAH. I was being helped by a very kind gentlemen who assisted me with the purchase of 4 new tires. I forgot my Costco card. I was able to walk into Costco and tell them I forgot my card however I have an appointment for new tires. They let me in with NO PROBLEM. They just told me to give my number to the tire agent. I gave my number to the tire agent and he said he has to get a manager override. When his manager comes she looks me UP AND DOWN and proceeds to say she won’t be helped if she does not have a physical Costco card. I told her my card is home. She told me to go home and get it. Not to go to customer service, but to go home and get it. As If I was lying about being a Costco member. I spend thousands at Costco on a yearly basis and I have never felt so belittled, embarrassed and disrespected in my life. Even the tire agent looked embarrassed for his managers behavior. I would just like to be treated as a regular paying customer and to not be profiled when I am spending money at a business. I will be calling corporate in the morning and if I don’t get an apology. I will be canceling my Costco membership . I worked too hard to spend money at an establishment that is profiling people on the color of their skin. Cause SARAH needs a ethics check in how to treat people. By the way, customer service was able to give me a temporary card by looking up the same phone number I gave the tire agent. So the issue is Sarah.

The guys at the Tire Center are awesome! Perry, was able to squeeze me in for a quick tire patch. He was super nice, informative and was able to answer any questions I had. He also told me filling up my tires was free and to come back anytime! Great experience, will be back.

The chicken was delicious. The customer service provided by at the area chickens was excellent. The gentleman who was cooking the chickens was very intelligent and respectful. I asked them if someday they would do duck in the rotisserie like the chickens. He said he liked duck me.

Having been a member of all 3 big box stores, Costco is by far the best. More of the products I want, greater selection and high quality product for the most part...just dont buy the cooked wings.

I bought a new membership card and was pleased with the customer service I received. With gasoline savings and being able to buy bulk products at more reasonable prices its kinda hard not to love this place. Just have to remember to buy what you can use, store or share at any particular time. Not every household can use 15 pounds of potatoes before they start getting spoiled. Toilet paper and paper towels will always get used.

Much better selection and much cleaner than any Costco in Miami.

How could you not love this store?! I mean you think you would have to pay much more but actually youre not you can find some excellent deais some excellent deals and its great if youre buying a bulk because you have a family the family. There is some phenomenal items in the store and some wonderful deals you just have to keep your eye out. Its one of those things where if you see it get it because its not gonna be there when you go back more than likely! Love love love this store ....we just need more organic items

Absolutely horrible. After being told on the phone that we would be able to shop on a guest pass, drove all the way there, spent 25 minutes browsing and shopping, only to find out theres no gas pass. Goodbye Costco Ill never get that 45 minutes back.

Clean store... Friendly and helpful staff... Well stocked... Tire Department was very helpful, professional, accomodating and quick!!!.... Gas prices were comparatively low... Pleasant and pleasurable shopping experience!!!

The lives moved really quick, all of the staff was super helpful, and they had 99% of what I was looking for. Considering thats not always true even for smaller stores, I was definitely very happy.

OMG! The variety the food is so wonderful. Always something new in display. Love the chicken salad. Love the samples. Staff is so nice. Worth the drive. Love you Costco.

Always find what I need and a little cheaper

I had a difficult time finding out where things were. Not everything is logically placed together, even in the grocery section. Definitely not a quick trip shipping place.

This is a review on the gentleman working the food section. I ordered a pizza and had asked the young man working there if he can cut the pizza in pieces (so my two small children can share a slice) he seemed bothered and said “ we have some plastic utensils right over there” in my mind I am very much aware of that. But what does it cost for your employee to use the pizza roller to slice the pizza? He took my plate, placed the pizza on the table and sliced the pizza. He did it with such disgrace came back and slid the plate back to me. If being a kind employee and going above and beyond in your work place bothers you then you shouldn’t work there.

Have been a Costco customer for years now. They have the best staff and more superior products than other wholesale clubs. I appreciate all they do for events to help out their communities.

I wasnt impressed. Use to be a member years ago. 2 in household we would not benefit and nothing great about the clothing, buy them anywhere sports clothes...

I actually was able to find a few things that was not on my list. It was really good and my check out was just a few minutes on line through the convenient self check out.

I love this Costco. Perfectly honest, I love all Costcos. Loved them since they were Price Club. Dont know why everyone is but a member.

This has to be the cleanest and well stocked Costcos I have ever shopped encountered. Even found items no longer at Brandon. This will be my go to store.

Costco? I love this place. Security on our cards is so awesome.We recently moved from Illinois to Florida and they declined my card, sent me an email to confirm it was really us and then all was solid. Like a retailer who watches your back. That and a great bottle of vodka for $13.00, who could ask for more?

Love this location. So convenient to get gas, some bags of fresh veggies, and paper products. Then pop in Aldi next door and hop right on the Expressway home. I try to go mid-week because weekends are super crowded.

The store is clean and organized. Some non-perishable products tend to sell out. Check out is fairly quick except on some weekends and before holidays. Ample parking. Staff is helpful. Traffic in area can be heavy.

As always best gas prices especially because I have to use high test gas in my Audi. However if you dont like crowds you better find out there off peak hours.

I like this location since its close to the veterans express way. It was a bit crowded but they have a very smooth and efficient way of getting everyone checked out. Parking was easy. And even their Gas was set up efficiently.

That place is always busy no matter what time of the day you go. They are always stocked and have great stuff.

Westly chapel is great. The one in Clearwater would get a zero stars from us.

Stay away from Cosco Hearing Aid Center!!! They may be cheaper but they do break according to their workers there when you dont even have it a year. When they do break it takes 7-10 business days to get in a new one. Cosco does not care about inconvenience for customer service! Horrible place. Not worth the savings

One Costco is like any other, except for one element. There are Great people working at this Costco. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Sometimes things get moved around and everyone I’ve asked has been so happy and helpful. From the deli guy who assures me that my chicken noodle soup is better than theirs (ha!) to Jimmy checking my cart at the exit, I enjoy shopping here because of the stellar associates.

Great clean place with cheapest gas around. Best cooked chicken. Closes too early on weekends. Plenty of parking. Gas station is large and open, easy to get in and out of. Feels more like a store than a warehouse, patron comfort seems to be important. Nice produce and meat section.

Terrible service, staff are very rude, especially the self check out people, couldnt be more unhappy. Wont go there again.

No doubt I love this Costco location, but Id like to see more gluten free/organic options than Ive seen recently, more brand options, and definitely more cashiers on the weekends.More importantly, Id like to see the app updated to a more user friendly option and provide curb side pick-up. With that said, if youre a strong, able bodied individual, its a great workout! 😊

Id go to Cosco a lot more if they had Scan n Go. They check out line was all the way down past the frozen food section!

I never had an issue in any other cosco. I went to this twice, and the cashier Ray P. She is rud, like to throw the groceries ans she really love to argue. On top that we pay $120 a year to buy here we get the same threatment as Walmart. This is so far the only cosco i have ever had an issue. They should look at the others and get to standar. Because people pay to buy there.

Its a work in progress. Seems like Sams Club has a better handle on faster checkouts. Still think its not necessary to have a photo id to get a membership. I mean, its not a credit card. Just getting out information. Too much personal information.

Amazing deal on a High Quality - 6 chair dinning set. This was my wifes dream dinning set for many years. It comes with a hide away center leaf. Compare the quality and weight to any higher priced exclusive furniture store... we feel blessed.

Costco doesnt like U.S. Veterans!!! They dont give VETERANS discounts!!! This is the last time that I shop at Costco!! I spend too much money there.

This place is a nightmare. Greeters are rude. Checkout is a garbage fire. Lines back up to the aisles and theres no direction, just customers getting heated because everyone is selfish. Self Checkout isnt really by yourself, its essentially cashiers doing it for you and having only 2 other lanes being worked for non self checkout. Associates are obviously miserable.

Less crowded then the Brandon location typically. Full spectrum of costco services with the exception of propane but I only know of one spot in Florida, Orlando, that has that. Super nice staff.

Costco is aligning with the cancel culture mob and using their corporate power to discontinue products owned or created by people who have publicly expressed their conservative values. I will never support a company that gives in to a mob that wants to make it impossible for people like myself to function in society.

Linebaugh/West Chase location is not up to Costco standards with customer service. Only a couple of registers open, long lines. No organization in the self checkout area. At other locations, Ive seen staff directing customers to the next open checkout, seem to be short staffed. Rude staff, period!
