I would like the district mangers number to this location they are rude sat at driveway 10 minutes before being acknowledged then when I gave them my order they didn’t even listen then got mad when I yelled at them that the customer service was poor when I called they wouldn’t give me managers name this place is ran by children and all staff needs to be REPLACED .. I would give them 0 stars

Why on earth does it say it’s open 24 hours?? Drove 18 mins to get my son some ice cream at 9pm and was closed!

Went to this location at 7pm on a Sat and the lobby was closed! My son wanted ice cream so I went to drive through. I waited for 2 min and no one came on speaker. I asked if they were open and they said yes..just wait. So I sat there for another 2 min. Then they asked what do I want. I asked if they were serving ice cream and he said yes. He named the ice cream off to me, thats why I gave one star.. after I got to the window and gave her money, she said she cant give me change and stared at me. Then she asked what do I want to do? I said I would like my change. She went in tip jar and gave it to me. Something fishy going on in there, they never even opened register 🤔.

Very bad customer service, placed closed at 9pm and I went to drive through at 830pm 30mins before closed, and they tell me emergency shutdown totally unacceptable. To me it sounds like you got people working there that are lazy and dont appreciate a paycheck

Great service, very friendly and professional young lady served me. I am not just a coffee drinker. I like to have it made just so. And my server has once again made me feel like I am always welcome. She seemed to be happy with her job, smiling and greeting folks. It was night when I went there, yet my coffee was fresh and delicious.

Love the flavor of the month each month. Staff friendly and always get our ice cream out quickly. Lots of places to sit inside.

This is one of the cleaner locations. Food was not fresh. Coffee was great. Staff is congenial at best.

Love this place, great customer service! Everytime I order for myself and my job they know exactly who I am(drive through) and what I want, which means they take time to remember and learn faithful customers! Nothing like an ice coffee with whipped cream with a shot of Turbo to start your day of dealing with 30 to 50 children for 11 hours a day! Thank you Dunkin Donuts East Hillsborough Avenue.

I tried the jamoca & strawberry cheesecake it was delicious😋😋 customer service was great she gave us samples of the ice cream, very polite bubbly.

Arrived at 8:50 pm on Saturday night and the lady working the window said Im sorry, Baskin Robbins closes at 8:00. Yet, it is advertised as 24 hours online and I know for a fact Ive bought ice cream from the same location as late as 10pm in the last 2 months.

I went here late night at 1:30am. They remade my order twice and still got it wrong and then had the audacity to be rude. Who eats a banana split with oreo and Reese ice cream. Disgusting. Just doesent make since.. I just gave up and left. People make their job more complicated then what it really is.

They lie about their “Baskin Robbins” hours. Made us waste a trip just to say that Baskin closed at 8, we called other locations and they said that’s not true or how it works 😒 The staff is clearly rude and incompetent.

I order hot fudge sundae not chocolate syrup. The didnt know what anything was.needs retraining.
