Ordered our doors, of course we had to wait 6 months, doors were delivered defective! We had to wait another 3 months, doors were delivered defective again! Almost 10 months from the time we placed our order now they are saying they received the new doors and they are still defective. Not worth the money or the wait time! This company has no clue how to do business the right way and manufacture their product! Buyer beware!

I received defective doors. 3 for almost $10,000. They leak through several areas. The double pane glass fills with water. Finished with hardware on. I ordered Admiral blue and you can see white paint everywhere. Finally hired lawyer. Cannot get anyone from Advisar to cone look at doors. Sent warranty guy that would not address all the issues.

In March 2020, currently August 2020, we had impact windows and Advisar (Masonite) impact rated doors and glass. The three french doors are clear full lite glass. The windows are crystal clear. The french doors glass are distorted around the perimeter of the glass opening and give and illusion of a fish bowl. For the about 12k I paid for the french doors, this is a daily problem. I have brought the problem to the attention of the contractor and he is arranging to have a sales rep from Advisar come by and inspect. The virus has delayed this process. Really too bad, excellent install to have it ruined by faulty product. Also, Advisar does not manufacture doors to fit opening, just standard door sizes, beware.

On a scale of 1 - 5 star, they are minus 12 stars. They delivered a defective product, that was only visible after installation. It took them close to 10 days to send a warranty company out there who said there is nothing wrong with it. meanwhile 4 other contractors, including our own, all said the door is defective. Try to get in touch with this company and you cannot speak to a real person and they do not call back. Trust me, my husband left over 20 messages. They finally admitted it was defective (the sales rep did) and they would send a new one but would not pay for the door to be installed again. This door cost $6,000. I declined and since we do not use it that often, it will just have to do as I am out of money and there is nothing to say that the second one would not also be defective and my contractor cannot install for free, and I do not blame him. It would have cost another $2,000. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are thieves and while the door is beautiful, what good is that when defective.
