Prompt, courteous, expert installation, superb integrity. While conducting in-home measurement for window glass inserts Mark (owner)told me that doors were in excellent shape and to purchase glass inserts only. Saved me over 50% in total cost. Also, small problem after final installation and again, Mark took care of it right away. Will always use Door Pro when I have new door requirements.

The customer service was great, they were able to tell me everything about their product and the differences of door (impact, non-impact, etc.). Location was clean, and they came out the next day to get measurements for my door.

We arrived and start looking around the doors, they have a lot of nice styles and variety. The down side is the attention to the customer. We walked around the store for about 30 minutes. We patiently waited for any of the 2 employees to be available for us. When they were available, they passed by us, but not even once the personnel at the site told us that they will be with us soon.

First time in a long time. LOTS of options between what I would call already made salads and plenty of choices to build your own. Multiple soups to select from, baked sweet & regular potato with many toppings. Mac & cheese was good, I added bacon bits to it. Theres more there plus soft serve ice cream with 6-8 toppings. I didnt have any, full from everything else. Service was okay. Enjoy!

We recently moved into a new home and decided to upgrade our front door. We checked out the big box stores and were not impressed with their inventory. A neighbor suggested we try The Glass Door Store. The selection was incredible. The prices were amazing! And the service beyond compare. All of this in a family owned business. You wont be disappointed

Horrible company. Called them almost 2 weeks ago for quote on front door. Was a standard door just needed about 1/4 shaved off bottom as it was bit tight on threshold. Tells me door price on phone says 2 weeks out making new doors and says will come measure. Comes to measure several days later. Several days go by and no quote emailed like he said. Called them and they said will be sending soon just be patient. Several more days go by and I call again and say I need quote to approve so can get this made ASAP old one is in bad shape. At this point they call me back and say they cant do it. Excuses about code and other non sense. Now I already have painters scheduled for the house and new door less than a week away and they just wasted 2 weeks I could have had it made elsewhere. Total idiots and unprofessional be warned. I rarely do reviews I don’t have time but these guys really pisses me off.

In looking to replace the frames around the glass in my front door, I called several other door companies, all of which told me that there is no replacement frames available and I needed to buy a new door.I ran across an ad for DoorPro, called and actually got to speak with the owner! He was not only very helpful and patient (while I measured the frame) but truly knowledgeable and only sold me the frame I needed. The frame was ordered and I was told that it would take about 5 days to receive - 5 days later I received a call to say that the frame arrived. When I came to pick it up, he removed it from the box to show me how to install it....WOW! Service like this is soooo uncommon today! Installation was simple (now that he showed me) and I would highly recommend DoorPro of Tampa...

Great place to get your doors they got a wide selection that keep you from having to drive all over the place they got good catalog that you can look through pretty much pricing is a little bit maybe more than normal but probably worth it the installers are awesome do a great job

I would not chose them again: they dont stick to their lengthy timetable and mislead as to whether you receive a fully painted door. They dont tell you, some paint may void the warranty.
