We received bids from 3 companies to replace and install 4 windows upstairs. Carrollwood Window and Door was less expensive than the rest with same product. Great group of guys. They were on time, cleaned up any mess and were extremely professional. Would recommend them over anyone else in the area. We were previously ripped off by one window company and another one failed to even show up for a quote. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are the real deal.

Forget the cookies, go with these guys instead. We ordered PGT windows in January, they didnt arrive until June which is pretty normal for windows. What a difference in quality from our old original windows. Yes, they’re expensive but the quote was reasonable compared to the other estimates we got. Installation was quick and customer service was excellent.

By far one of the most professional groups we have dealt with. The Salesperson Shawn was able to point us to the right direction and replace our old windows with the Cadillac of windows. We got a couple of doors too. The install team was very professional and some of the coolest guys. They were clean, organized, and fast. No Issues at all and would 13/10 recommend

Absolutely the best experience when buying windows and exterior doors. I’ve gotten windows from another contractor that was far less in every aspect from what this company provides. Much quicker in their process from quote to close. Top notch quality products and service. I received my order for PGT triple pane impact resistant windows and French doors in far less time than the previous company. All the people that worked there were wonderful. We ordered the window months back with a 50% deposit. Arrived there the other day with cash for the remaining balance. It must be a great working environment for the employees, one of them bring a dog to work with them. & not a tiny dog this is a tall, white about 40 to 50 lbs maybe a poodle of some sort. Very well behaved dog. Then, my window was brought safely on a cushioned hand dolly then placed in my car. Everyone was just so sweet & nice. Appreciated everyones help

These people were extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. First, they got our window order incorrect. Second, the owner Randy is pompous and treats customers like dirt. He went so far as to curse out my husband, calling him an “f’er” and threatened us. We will NEVER use this company again and please I’m writing this for other customers, go elsewhere for windows - there are other companies that are far more professional and fair. It’s not worth giving your money to people who lack in customer service and interpersonal skills.

Our new front doors are beautiful! We chose this company because the representative who came to measure, Chris, was so helpful! I was very indecisive and had lots of questions. He was patient and gave us great options based on what I envisioned and what our budget was. After the sale, he always answered phone calls and texts promptly, and answered my questions thoroughly! Im righting this review to warn anyone who may be wanting a company to install widows or doors.Do not pick Carrollwood windows and Doors. After installing 15k of sliding glass doors and now need a service call they have informed me that they do not service there customers. They would not order the part or have anyone that they could recommend for the repair. The problem is there is no one that does repairs on a PGT slider door in Hillsborough county. This is the worst customer service I have in countered with any company ever. If you are in need of windows and doors, please pick a company that also will service them after they are install.

It was a pleasure working with Carrollwood Window & Doors. After getting estimates from Home Depot and Lowe’s, and hearing how great they are and ones better than the other... I called Carrollwood and Shawn Therrien came out and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did not try and sell me products that I didn’t need or want, he just wanted to make sure we received a high quality product at a great price.Not only was the sales process professional, the installation team was great. They replace 14 windows from 1972 in less than a day. They explained every step of the process and checked every window with me to make sure they operate properly. Highly recommend Carrollwood Windows - we had Chris for our salesperson, very responsive and helpful. From the installers to the managers (Bruce was wonderful - really nice to see the respect with which he treats his people) everyone had a great attitude. Little problems happen with construction projects, the important thing is how they are handled - and we cant say enough good things about the way Carrollwood Windows did that for us. Matt, our technician who took care of the details at the end of the installation process, was a pleasure. Replaced 8 windows and two doors. Carrollwood delivered ahead of schedule and completed the install in one day as promised. Caleb did an amazing job installing a hurricane side door with full glass. He was neat, courteous and job came out better than I could have imagined. Had a contractor for other projects remark on how good the installation was. Full glass allows north lighting into my small paint studio along with the security of impact resistance.

Carrollwood windows recently installed 2 doors and replaced all 10 windows for my house and I have to say that the experience was great. They were very detailed and clear about my requirements and what to expect as I wait for windows to be made and the inspection process after. After the job was done they were even so nice to send me an email very organized and simple to send to TECO for a energy refund. The scheduling agents were very nice listened to all my concerns. The installers were professional and worked quickly as to not impact our life to much, and of course to get to their next job. Nevertheless they were skilled to get the job done quickly. I had one window frame a little bit off and the scheduler was very patient and scheduled an installer to adjust window to my liking. I am very happy with the experience. I will be using them again to replace some more doors on my house in the future. Thanks to all that helped make my home more efficient and modern looking.

I was very satisfied with the service that Carrollwood Window & Door provided. I had an entry door, 2 large sliding doors and 2 windows replaced in my home. The entire process was smooth, NO ISSUES, the prices are much lower than the quotes I received from other, larger companies. My wife and I have nothing good things and high praises for this company. We have used them 3 times in the last 3 years and every time the quality of their working has been impeccable from beginning to end. It started with Chris who knows his craft, very straight forward, tells exactly what you need to know, provides recommendation based on his experience, and will give you options to meet your budget. When your order arrives at the store, you will quickly receive a call from the installation manager to schedule a date at your convenience. The installation crew was here on time, did the work, the stucco repairman, if needed, will come in a day or two, followed by Kevin with a post inspection to repair minor infractions if required. He will make your doors look great. One of our doors had a glass pane with lines on it that appeared to be a manufacturing flaw. Kevin found it, reported in and a new pane was placed on order and soon to be delivered and installed. They will schedule the county inspector for you and provide all the paperwork required for the inspection. We have never had a job failed because of an installation. As a matter of fact, the inspector said he ...have never seen work like this. Shortly after, they will send all the post papers, e.g. warranty info, rebate documentation and guidance how to submit. Lawreen promptly makes all this happen. Homeowners dont replace windows and doors maybe once in a lifetime so you are planning to do it soon, go see Carrollwood Windows and Doors and very customer friendly. They are truly the best in the business.

I have called this company twice in the last 2 weeks to get a quote on replacing my patio sliding door with a high impact sliding door. I provided the measurements and was told I would receive an email by the next day. I waited several days and did not get the promised email or even a returned phone call. So I called again and told the woman what happened. She apologized profusely, said this never happens and promised someone would get back to me ASAP. That was last Friday and still no one has called me back. If this is how they do business then the reviews I read must all be fake. So very disappointing.

When I was collecting quotes a competitor directly told me they could never beat Carrolwoods price. They also told me that Carrolwood was an amazing company and would do the job right. Outstanding customer service, professionalism and attention to detail from all at the company, including showroom personnel, installers, etc. Double front door install went very smoothly, even though space was slightly smaller than the doors, install was completed with excellent result. Hinges sent by factory were wrong color but service manager returned after inspection to change out the hinges, showed up on time and that went well too. Carmen and Frank were recommended by Carrollwood Window and Door to do the painting and they did an excellent job as well.

Very good experience. Saleaman was on time, very helpful, even suggested I could fix a window rather than replace it, we replaced it. Installers were courtesy, worked steadily, cleaned up well after finished, and finished very close to the estimated time they told me at the beginning. Very satisfiedwill our new door and window.

I recently purchased from and had installed by Carrollwood Window & Door two sliding glass doors. The work was completed as scheduled on January 14th by three technicians. After the inspection was completed the trim work was completed on January 22th. My wife and I are extremely happy with the hurricane-resistant, dual-pane glass doors. They are beautiful. The technicians did an expert job as did the person who completed the trim work. I purchased and had installed nine dual-pane windows from Carrollwood Window & Door back in 2014 and was very pleased with their work so they were the first company I contacted for my sliding glass door replacements. They came out the same day I called to remove a baby proofing item that became stuck in between door panels. Very helpful and nice! Great customer service!

Carrollwood Window and Door is average. They did what I paid them to do, nothing more. The clean up after the job was fair to poor. I had a triple slider which required a bit of extra work... which I paid for, and consequently the clean up from that was non- existent. A couple of tarps on the patio floor was all that was needed to prevent a mess. I did not bother to complain about it. It took them 2 trips to correct a manufacturing defect, but they did get it corrected. I also spent a fair amount of time cleaning up dust from the install. I expected better from them based on these reviews. Product is good, so far so good on the installation, but this is not a 5 star company.Poor clean up and poor attention to detail. Sales person was friendly, installers were courteous, Dan was responsive to my concern over the factory defects.

The window installers are employees of Carrollwood Window and Door and therefore are very experienced and take pride in working for the company.Their price for the PGT windows was more reasonable than the other 3 companies I called on for estimates. I would highly recommend CW&D on many levels including not only their product, but their service and very attentive office staff.

Everything about this company has been above and beyond. Every step of the process from sales to install to final inspection has gone smooth. The customer service this company provides is excellent and they care more about my satisfaction then they do about cashing my check. What a truly amazing experience dealing with this company.First the salesman, Chris was a true gentleman and professional.The Office Staff, Thank you for your timely scheduling and updates all during the process from order to completion.Installers, Brandon and Marcus. From removal of old and install of new they could not have been more thorough.Once completed they pointed out that inspection (for permit) would be scheduled after which time the service team would come to place the caps over the screws and make any necessary adjustments. Also, during the install a small bit of stucco was damaged (common issue and I had been informed that this was possibly going to happen). They scheduled stucco person to touch up damaged area. He arrived the following morning after install....Awesome.Timing, city inspector finally showed 6 days after install. Spoke to Lauren (office) she scheduled Kevin (service tech) who came following afternoon (great) to complete finishing touches and adjustments.There was an issue with one sash that Kevin recommended get sent through to PGT service as it was a factory issue. Lauren contacted PGT and me and PGT service called me the following morning, arrived and repaired that day.... Sash repaired and everything Perfect.So, after all this, I have nothing but praise for this company. Price, best quote for 5 windows (same exact window) of any company in the Tampa area by almost 2k...(insane). Installers, office staff, Stucco repair, Service tech. First, these guys are the best. And, they were THOUSDANDS OF DOLLARS LESS (23 thousand less in one instance) than every other estimate for the SAME windows. They dont try to up sell you on some BS warranty which you will most likely never need. They did an excellent job for the BEST price. We could not be happier with the results... We had all PGT impact windows done and they look amazing. The installed all of our windows in one day, passed inspection a few days later without a problem. Get estimates! (we got 6). Carrollwood was far by the best choice for us. No high pressure sales pitch either. They have a showroom as well where you can see the product. Dont fall for a high pressure sale at a inflated price. TERRIBLE company!! Do not use!! Management Lauren and Dan are very rude and not helpful!! They installed our windows and doors and now we have leaks. They refuse to do anything about it and pretty much say it’s our problem not theirs. Lauren argued and yelled at me the whole time, would not let me talk and then hung up on me. No customer service at all!!!

My windows would not longer stay open after only a few years. Cannot find parts to fix now.

Rude and unprofessional service. I scheduled appointments with 3 door companies for the installation of my french door. This company is one of them. Since they didnt have appointment for the week I called which I totally understand so they scheduled it for the following week. Another company showed up the next day and offered a good quote so I decided to hire that company. I wanted Carrollwood window and door company to save a trip so I called them to cancel the appointment. The lady answered the phone first accused me of scheduling an appointment and cancelled, then made another appointment and going to cancel again, I said whoever you referred to, it wasnt me because I only made one appointment. Before I could even apologize, she decided to hang up on me. That does NOT leave me a good impression with this company and Im glad that I didnt proceed with them.

DO NOT USE. They threatened to sue me and had their attorney email me a threatening email allegedly due to complaining about their poor service:1. Threatened to sue me allegedly because I told them I wrote about my negative experience with them online including filing a complaint with the BBB.2. Unprofessional and rude. We took many photographs and sent them detailed measurements. It took them over 2 weeks to respond and I had to follow up numerous times. Then once we determined the estimate was acceptable they came out in person (why they didnt feel it was necessary to come out the first time is beyond me as we had no issue with this) and then they said it would be 50% more than the $9k original quote due to wood hardy board siding which was utter nonsense and an attempted con artist ripoff. I said it was BS and knew it was profit taking and called the owner who instead of listening to the customer proceeded to berate me as being difficult since I wouldnt put up with their nonsense and actually followed up and expected them to respond. The fact they operate this way makes me wonder how they stay in business. Avoid at all costs.

Today completed a two year project to replace all windows and sliding glass doors in my home. It was a very expensive project but so well worth it. Carrolwood Window and Door were so professional throughout the entire process. Marcus, Dave and Brandon arrived this morning, ontime, worked neatly and efficiently and did a wonderful job installing the final 8 windows. Choosing Carrolwood Window and Door and PGT windows was the best decision I could have made. Talk with other companies but if you are looking for quality windows built in Florida for Florida homes and professionally installed you can not find a better company. Thank you Shaun for always answering my phone calls quickly and for all of your help over the past 2 years.

About three weeks ago my husband and I scheduled an appointment in order to change the sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai to French doors. Chris came out and took measurements and told my husband that hed be in touch that evening with an estimate. He never called. Very unprofessional!

The employees driving North on 75 in the white truck almost hit us 3 times and then preceeded to flip us off.
