We had Weather Tite replace all the windows in our house a few years ago. We were very happy with our first experience with this company so we decided to call them about coming back out to replace our exterior doors. Once again, Ross did a fantastic job explaining the process and showing me all the different options available. It was a pleasure doing business with him again.We are doing a lot of renovations in our house and it has been very difficult finding people to do the jobs - even just to come out and give us a quote. Which wasnt the case with Weather Tite. It was such a relief to deal with a responsive and friendly company. Will always recommend them!

I have to say, I dont like spending money, but with needing new windows, I knew I needed to buy something of quality (saves money in the long run). My friend recommended me to this company and I am forever thankful that I was, this company stands by their warranty. If anything were to go wrong with my windows, I feel secure in that they will be there to help. To me thats important because you can never be too safe given this is Florida. Mr. Chris Rios was very informative and patient with explaining my options. He also did a good job making me feel comfortable with my big expense purchase. Truly felt he cared about not only his job but me, as a person who needed help. Most sales people are pushy, awkward, or that fake professional nice. I didnt get that feeling from Mr. Chris, it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Weathertite Windows, has been to my house 6 different times in the past 14 months to measure/remeasure the failing windows needing to be replaced under warranty and each time they come with the replacement, they send either the wrong size, wrong color, wrong grids, wrong glass, wrong thickness, or a combination of wrongs . Still do not have the windows and have no date for them to be replaced. Each time I miss work for installation and every time I get no windows. On every occasion, I have to reach out for information, and when I ask to speak to management, Tim is out of the office. In addition, I have attempted to reach out to the manufacturer PGT Windows via email, and received no response from them. Weathertite Windows passes all blame of delays or wrongs of the windows on PGT, but they continue to sell their products and they are the people that come out each time to measure. I am not impressed by the cookie mans company at this point, and was told by Allison at the office that he doesnt take customer calls, so I guess customers dont matter at his level.

Very disappointed in this company, .after spending over $16,000 in windows and doors with this company. My house is less than 1600 feet During the sale the salesman shouted to the roof top everything has a life time guarantee. The fact he he was driving a very expensive German sports car probably should have been my first clue to watch out. Heres the rub. I love the windows, they work great. I realized I was paying more than I needed to but in my mind the warranty was everything. I noticed the paint chipping off my front screen door on the inside after about 16 months .No worries the cookie man has a lifetime guarantee on his products. Now these folks sell windows and doors that are advertised as hurricane tough. Well it turns out the products are not even salt water tough. They refused to fix the paint or replace the door because I live in a salt water area of Florida. Well no kidding sherlock. Buyer be very aware here. I guess the honeymoon is over and I can think about my $6000 entry way every time I walk in the house.Update 10/19Weather Tite is currently working with me and the manufacturer to have panel replaced so I have gone from 1 star to 3 and hope to get to 5 very soon.

Had Andrew come to consult and quote for windows and a slider. He gave us a very great detailed explanation of what Weather Tite could do for us and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality, energy-efficiency and lifetime warranty on the windows and work was very appealing. Looking forward to getting our windows and door installed in the near future. We love our new windows! We literally had to cover windows before to keep the heat out. Now, all of our windows are uncovered, bringing tons of light into the house, and bringing the outdoors inside. This is my first experience with Weather Tite and it wasnt a pleasant one.First off I called 2 months ago, they looked up the account and said I would get a call back. Well I never did and I see why now. Called them again today. Windows are 6 years old this month. Was informed that the 15 year warranty doesnt extend beyond original owners. So its not their product the warranty covers, its the purchasers apparently. To make matters worse they wont even fix their own windows out of pocket if youre willing to pay. They refer you to an outside company.Oh and about that product....not at all sure how this happened but we just noticed the window was sluggish when you try to open it and saw these pieces. Its too bad, I like cookies. Hope you have better luck than we did.🚫🍪

I must admit, I hate home improvement projects. I am not physically able to do them on my own and I am always worried I will get taken advantage of if I get a professional to do it. They may overcharge me, do shoddy work, or both. Well, I needed my front entry door and my back patio door replaced and I wanted to get them both hurricane rated. I wasnt sure of who to call. I ended up calling WEATHER TITE WINDOWS. I always found their commercials funny. From my initial phone contact until the last dust that was swept away, I was totally impressed! If you want quality, thorough, professional work from installers, a salesperson/marketer, receptionist, clerical staff and anyone else...call Weather Tite Windows.Weather Tite fully explained the process from measurements, design options, costs, etc., based on my idea and needs for my home. The company was fully transparent and thorough with the permitting process and handled EVERYTHING by the book. I was given an honest timeline regarding when my doors would arrive. The installers wore UNIFORM SHIRTS. They respected my home and property. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! I was pleased with the price and the work done. My salesperson Patrick even called when the installation was done to be sure I was pleased with everything. Everything that was removed, cut, scratched during the install was put back together like it was when the installers arrived: baseboards, boarders around the doors were properly caulked and spackled where needed and when necessary. Just had Weather Tite Windows come out and complete the second iteration of hurricane windows for our house. We love the windows. Andrew Mallin who was our first sales rep came out the second time and it was like having a family member come and sit at our kitchen table. We have major home construction behind our house and with the addition of our first set of hurricane windows we heard none of the normal banging and hammering that one would associate with new home construction; completely quiet. I strongly recommend Weather Tite windows for your home.

I used Weather Tite Windows back in 2014 to install my sliding glass door and bathroom windows. They did a fantastic job back then so it was a no brainer to have them quote me now on my bedroom windows and front door that I want to have done. Andrew Mallin was the lucky sales person to deal with me. He showed up on time, was very friendly and personable, thoroughly explained everything, answered all our questions, and was honest. He did an excellent job representing the company but because I had used Weather Tite previously, I was really already sold on the company’s quality and service. Initially was very impressed by our salesperson Ryan - he collected over 6K as a deposit and said my 8ft x 10ft triple sliding door would take about 12 weeks..... we were so excited! (Early May)He was the ONLY person good at their job - he got a sale afterall, but we never heard from him again.We were told our job was so expensive as it involved special engineer drawings, a couple of expert measuring people came out, took pictures and precise measurements.Weeks, no months passed and we heard nothing so I called Ryan to find out the cell phone number he had given us was actually just the office. Now we would be dealing with Adrian, she booked all the crews for the jobs - ours was super special and needed a certain crew - so we had to wait.Finally we got the probably 6th call returned and we were given the 2-3 days that the door was going to be installed. My husband took time off work - but they didnt come on the Monday. Mid-Tuesday morning two guys did show up, and said they couldnt install the triple door they had made for us.The manager Ken called my husband and said that they had a very nice double door at their warehouse that his guys could install though....my husband called me at work, and I came home - now losing both our day at work. I spoke to Ken who told me about the 6ft x 8ft double door..... meanwhile the guys wanted to leave for the day having started nothing. These guys did not have the equipment they needed or even the beam they were to install - the next day they were here for almost 4 hours... no wonder the previous job had run late - they were putting in part time hours, I guess.The wonderful much smaller double door was temporarily put in and a much smaller triple door was now ordered. Months later the triple door was installed with the wrong hardware so the doors would not slide over each other..... Door handles you would think would not be that big a deal but 3 weeks later the replacements came out - and were wrong! The 5 minute change out became an all day job! Ken also tried to talk us into a huge plastic surround on the outside - to cover all the needless damage the guys made to the outside - we insisted on stucco.They dont mention all the painting YOU will have to do either!Yes we were given some money off, a 6 x 8 shouldnt cost as much as my 8 x 10, but the run around, mess and damage....GO ELSEWHERE!!

Andrew Mallin showed up on time again we went with him last year and we ended up canceling due to family issues. I called him back this week Andrew came out again on time, punctual! gave me a great price from last year and we’re super excited to join the weather tight family! looking forward to our new windows and doors, they’ve done a lot of work in this building Paradise Towers!! they’re using PGT and we’re super excited about getting the best window and door that’s made in Florida for Florida. we’re looking forward to the install. Whether tights done seven jobs in my building so I’m very confident that they are going to do a fantastic job

First Impressions:(PROS) I met with salesman Justin who scheduled to come to my home for an estimate. And i have to say it was one of the most comfortable and pleasant experiences Ive ever had getting an estimate for work to be done. VERY professional, very knowledgeable of the work and was able to explain the process very well. He was open to questions (even the though ones) and gave honest, straightforward answers. So far, I highly recommend this company.(CONS) The only thing i was a little disappointed about was the expected time frame for installation. However, because this seems to be due to manufacturer (PGT) backlog, it did not merit taking away a star form the initial review. I hope things stay this good as the work progresses. Second impressions coming soon.

His presentation was not the typical hype up your product and overinflate your boss in a saccharine, fake way. This guy truly loves his job and it showed every step of the way. Ive had my new windows for about a month and am thrilled with them! Josh was involved in the process from start to finish - keeping me updated on the process, quick to respond and checked in throughout the install. I just have to share what a lovely experience it was to have our windows installed by WeatherTite Windows. The crew took such good care of our house and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with their service. I know production of our windows took far longer than planned due to supply chains, but Tom kept his promise and called me every week with updates. Please make sure if you order you give yourself more than 6 months to get your windows. Right now, things are taking far longer than planned to get materials. I wish I knew that going in, but can’t complain about the level of service I received during installation. The crews were fantastic and the windows look so good!

We just had 2 sliding glass doors replaced. The crew that came out were awesome. They put plastic on anything that could be damaged by dust, placed tarps down to protect all the surrounding area in the work space, wore protective coverings on their shoes. After finishing up the installation they meticulously cleaned up everything. Just one word of warning there is an extremely long wait for the product at no fault of Weathertite just a shortage of material and production so if you are looking for something soon don’t wait to contact them

My husband and I just had all our single-hung windows replaced with PGT Wingard slider windows. Our salesman, Freddy Carvalho was terrific and really took time to explain to us the various products available. He accepted all our phone calls graciously and helped us get the answers to our questions about delivery and installation. Our installation crew Carlos Ramos, Julio & Ray did an excellent job and left no trace when they were finished. Our home is quiet and secure and because we took Freddys advice to switch to slider windows we have a much nicer view of our surroundings.

We had a great experience with Weather Tite. We met with Andrew Malin to discuss our purchase last year. He is great at communicating and was very up front with everything. They gave us the best offer on a 20+ window install, including a sliding glass door. It took about 6 months from purchase to install (thanks to Covid), and another 1-2 months to fix a few small problems. Josh and Jared did superb install work. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Josh, and about the quality of his craftsmanship. Weve had a few communication hiccups, but this has been a difficult season for everyone, so its understandable. Overall were really happy with the windows and would definitely work with them again.

Dont believe the installation timeline they provide you if you are ordering windows. A Weather Tite salesman, Freddy Carvalho, gave me a 16 week estimate when I signed back in February 2021. My installation date estimate has since been moved to end of September 2021. I would recommend looking for a company that makes the windows themselves so they cant pass the buck on to their supplier even though they are the ones who sold me on a BS timeline.

Called 908 0131 this guy answered and at first I thought I had the wrong number but after a few unprofessional words I did and he confirmed I had the correct number but his disinterest about what I was calling about turned me off from acquiring a quote or even to do business with this company.. very unprofessional

Just had Andrew from Weather Tite windows out to my house for stage 2 of our window replacement. The first time out they did the windows on the front of our house which included the master bath. The difference is incredible! Our towels actually dry in the bathroom now :). We are now doing the rest of the house! Andrew has been awesome through both stages! Thanks Weather Tite!!

Very happy with my new window order so far. We just purchased 17 beautiful PGT windows. Andrew was very helpful, in setting up our new windows, he let us know that it will take up to 25 weeks to get our windows in but I can’t wait to see them against the new Marble sills they will also be installing for us. I’ll keep you all posted on the progress of our windows as they happen.

We ordered the doors in the fall of 2020. We promptly had a visit from a measurement technician. We were introduced to two installers, and these men worked hard and professionally for 10 hours to get the doors properly erected. The one issue with this experience is the lack of communication from the home office. The weeks passed, but no news about the doors came. Pro tip, when your products dont come when promised, write a good long message about how you feel abandoned.

We would like to give a shout out to Justin as he was a pleasure to work with during our search for new windows. He provided some very good advice for our situation regarding our home design, and we loved the honest outsiders point of view. After several other companies that had come out for estimates, Weather Tite definitely made the top of the list. If your in the market for new windows, we would definitely recommend giving them a call. 🇺🇸

5 years ago we had Ross Mallin from Weather Tite Windows come to our residence to discuss having new window installed. After a complete explanation of how the windows were made and installed, we agreed to have them do the work. A few weeks later, all of the windows were installed in just 2 days. The installers were professional all the way. The first thing we noticed was the reduction of outside noise in the house. During fireworks celebrations, only the big booms were heard. We also noticed that our electric bill had lowered and our AC unit wasnt running as much as it had. When it came time to have new entrance doors, Weather Tite was our first choice. One call to Ross took care of everything. 3 doors were installed with no problems. All the windows and doors look great and are low maintenance. Weather Tite Windows has supplied us with quality materials, expert installation, and above service. The warranty for the windows and doors is superior. I would recommend Weather Tite Windows to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Andrew was polite, professional, and informative. He came to give an estimate, and was upfront in regards to replacing our windows. There is about a 25-30 week waiting period but am excited to see the work to completion. If you are looking to upgrade or replace your windows and/or doors Window Tite Windows is the way to go to . I will be writing a follow up review after the windows are installed. And no we did not have cookies but we did have an extra homemade stuffed pepper.

Now that the windows are installed, they look great and help with noise so much more than I expected. The installation got pushed back a while due to COVID delays, but weathertite had no control of that and now that its done I can say it was worth the wait. Shout outs to Pat and Christy who went over and above to keep us happy. I would highly recommend weathertite. Just have a little patience and youll be happy in the end.

We had Weather Tite replace our old metal framed windows and Josh, our sales consultant was incredible, especially compared to the other companies we vetted. There was no traditional sales pitch in our house, where he wouldnt leave or where he called his manager to get approvals on pricing. Josh just came in, asked thoughtful questions about what we liked and needed and gave us an honest quote which was 20%+ under what the competition quoted us.On the install, Paulo and his crew were awesome and did an incredible job. They were on time arriving on both days and finished the job ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend using Paulo and team in the future.

Absolutely awesome experience! Chris came out to do the initial sale and was very knowledgeable. Windows were on a 12 week lead time and through the entire time weather tite office kept in touch and kept me posted on progress. Once windows arrived, installation was scheduled. Install crew was nothing but pleasant, courteous and fast! Crew demoed old windows and installed one picture window and 2 regular windows in a matter of about 3 hours! I had Weather Tite PGT windows installed in the back of my home last year. Andrew Mallin came to our home and completely explained the whole product and process. WE LOVE THEM! The windows were installed November last year. Major construction is going on right behind our home and, when the windows are closed, we dont hear a thing! Our experience with Weather Tite Windows was above and beyond!We received quotes from several different companies and ultimately decided to go with Weather Tite because of their competitive pricing. Originally, we planned to replace 11 windows but while waiting for the manufacture to have the windows ready we experienced a leak one of the windows on our first level. Our sales representative, Freddy, was able to have this window added to our order. We had 11 windows replaced on our second level and 1 on the first level of our home. Our installers, Ramon and his crew were amazing, they spent two and a half days in our home and each day when they left, aside from the new upgraded windows, you would never know they were here. Each day they arrived on time and got started right away, when their work for the day was done, they cleaned everything and went as far as vacuuming any dust created from cutting out our old windows. We had discussed our concern with needing to cut our patio screen to replace the three windows on the back of our home, they completed these replacements from the inside and avoided the original need to cut the screen. We were so impressed by the product and level of service that we are eager to move forward with replacing the remaining windows on our first level.

Bryan provided a very detailed presentation of the advantages for upgrading our windows. What was important to me was the quality of workmanship with the window installation. All of our questions were answered and the price was great. I highly recommend Weather Tite Windows !

Excellent product - super customer service. We bought 2 sliding doors several years ago, and I called for some minor repairs...and discovered these terrific windows have a lifetime warranty. Lee came to my house today and adjusted both doors....wish I had called sooner. These heavy doors keep the noise out, the heat in (when chilly) and the house cool when hot. Awesome service. Andrew showed up on time and even called to let me know when he was a half hour away. He was able to explain the process from beginning to completion, including that they use PGT windows and doors which was a great plus for me. He was up front that it will take around 28 weeks to complete the entire process, but they will do all the permitting and assist with what I need for my HOA.. So glad I decided to go with this highly rated company.

My sliding glass door had just shattered and I had no idea how to go about fixing this or how expensive this was going to be. I spoke with Ross who was very knowledgeable about the situation. Although he wasn’t able to directly help with our door, Ross did recommend us to another business that was more specific to our problem. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely do business with WTW if/when another situation arises.

To be honest I never thought Id be buying windows. A few years back our house sustained some heavy damage after Hurricane Irma. Something small hit our window and next thing I know wind is coming in and shattering and flooding everything in sight. After calling various companies and asking around -- it seemed like Weather Tite was the place to call. My experience with them has been nothing short of the best customer service Ive ever had in my life with any home improvement project. Im not even the type to write reviews, but seriously -- having Chris Rios and other installers handle my concerns in a professional and educational manner left me and my wife at ease knowing well be covered now. I even feel somewhat of a windows expert now after having asked Chris a million questions.I recommend this company for anyone in the market for windows and doors. If youre anything like me, either companies are overcharging or offering cheapened untested services with gimmicks. Thats not the case with Weather Tite. Oh -- and the cookie thing is real. Pretty decent cookies hahaha

I dont write too many reviews but this whole process with Weathertite haS BEEN outstanding. From the young lady Lauren Rooney from the office who set my appiontment to Andrew Mallin, the marketing director, I just called him the sales guy+ the installers who showed up in Weathertite Shirts and worked so hard in this florida heat to install my new 4 Sliding Glass Doors and all 10 of my new PGT Winguard windows. While the investment was a very costly one just under 50k and the process took almost 9 months from start to finish, i couldnt be happier with the outcome. thank you so much Weathertite cookie mike and Lauren and Andrew. thank you!!!!!

Justin has been a pleasure to work with during our search for impact windows. During our visit to the Weather Tite Windows showroom, he was very knowledgeable of the product’s. He took the time to listen to our situation, explained which products could support our needs and provided pro’s and con’s for each option. He ensured that we understood the process from measuring our windows to how long it would take for the windows to be manufactured and ready for installation. Justin has never been pushy or overbearing during the process. After going through the process of getting quotes from 04 other companies, we highly recommend Weather Tite Windows. We are completely pleased with both the product and the people. From the salesman who came and helped us make the best choices for our home (they were not the most expensive choices either, but ones that fit the style of the home), to the installation team, everything was professional. Our first electric bill after installation was a delight- the lowest we have had in the twenty years living here, and outside noise is barely noticeable now.

Wanted to share my great experience with Weather Tite. I had 4 bids for this particular project. In my eyes, Weather Tite wasnt the cheapest, but they deliver on the quality of the product and types of warranty.The salesman, Michael Beckwith, was absolutely awesome. He was very friendly, cordial, and super professional. The installation team was also very friendly, punctual, and easy to work with.The turnaround time to receive the product was a bit high - since it was around corona times. But the installation took 2 days for 12 windows and 2 doors.Great job, and I definitely recommend Weather Tite. Hence giving 5 stars.My only recommendation to Weather Tite Windows would be to have sales instruct the customer on having the inspection from the power company to test the efficiency of the windows prior to installation. Most people dont know your electricity company may gift you with an x amount of dollar per sq. inch of new energy efficient windows. However, the dollar reward is only applicable when one has the inspection done before the installation of new windows, and afterwards.Thank you Mike Beckwith & Weather Tite.

We had a excellent experience with Weather Tite from beginning to the very end. We thrilled with our new impact sliding glass doors. Our old ones were very dated and let lots of air through, not to mention the annoying grinding noise everytime you would try to open it. Our sales rep Freddy was extremely kind and knew his product. I had them redo all my windows 2 years ago & love them! Now we are enclosing our lanai using Weather Tite windows. We have to wait a bit longer for them because of COVID but so worth the wait. Andrew Mallin was our Marketing Director on both projects and was just awesome to work with! Weather Tite is absolutely the best company to do your project. Some other companies may be a little less expensive but they do not have the same quality or guarantee this company has. You can’t go wrong with Weather Tite.

Weather Tite recently installed new windows in my Lanai. It was a complicated job because we were going from screen to glass and the Lanai and supporting structures literally had to be rebuilt to install glass. I have to say that from the very outset of my interactions with Weather Tite, they have been nothing short of outstanding. Our sales person Freddy was personable and worked very hard to develop a plan that met both our design ideas and our budget. The Engineering department with Ken was great to work with and provided all the answers to my questions about the structural design and even provided some design ideas that turned out perfectly. The scheduler Adrienne was so flexible in helping to schedule the installation and was very accommodating working around my schedule. Lastly our installers were awesome...Steve and Julius were friendly, conscientious and very good to work with. They really took their time and did a fabulous job! Overall, I would highly recommend Weather Tite if you are considering new windows.... I give them an A+.

He was honest/transparent about everything from the beginning, and he set the proper expectations from the beginning. Everything went smoothly from the purchase to the installation, and I couldnt be happier with the French doors.

I normally dont post reviews but I felt like I had too. I recently replaced 14 single pane windows on my home in Wesley Chapel. I purchased the vinyl impact and Wow what a difference. The outside noises are quite and inside temp stays cool (lower electric bill). Not to mention with Hurricane ETA, I slept like a baby knowing we were safe. My windows were installed on time and no issues. If youre thinking about replacing windows, dont hesitate. Weather Tite Windows are the best from beginning to end.P.S.
