Im shocked that Hernandez Granite is rated at 3.6. They are 5.0 in my opinion. Take a look at these pictures. I bought this place for $65,000. a few years ago. We just sold it for $227,000.00. l sold the property thru a Company called Flat Fee Reality. I paid them $49.00 for everything. However l had to show the property.I received tons of compliments. However I got the most compliments on the Granite work which the Hernandez did. See pics attachedThese people are AMAZING !!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They did some shoddy work which failed and when I called to have them come back and do the repair fix (per their bogus WRITTEN Lifetime Guarantee which I still have in hand and is shown below in the attached pic) they screened my calls and refused to call me back. I eventually did catch up with the lady and she promised to follow up with me and of course, never did. I then managed to reach a man, who told me to text him my address, which I did...but of course - no reply. Stay FAR AWAY from these crooks!! They take your hard earned money and do very poor work and then screen you out and will avoid you at all costs! Just HORRIBLE!

(Edit) Finally was able to get the lady on the phone and I barely had enough time to get my name out before she hung the phone up in face and refused to answer when we immediately called back.Had this company come out and install some granite for us a few years back and was offered a lifetime warranty on their work and now that we have contacted them to come back and fix faulty work on their behalf they have consistently ignored our calls as well as text messages. Called them from a number that we hadn’t used before and they picked up and was ready to do new business. Terrible business practices and even worse human behavior. Don’t offer lifetime warranty (IN WRITING) if you know that you have no intentions on coming back to fix your work.We have had multiple other contractors come out to assess the damage and all of them came to the conclusion that it was the installer’s fault and not anything that we have done. We also have supplied this company pictures of the issue and still nothing. Avoid this company and their faulty business practices!!

Work was to my expectations. Delivered on time as promised. Would recommend 👌. The clean up was excellent. Prices are the best.

I now use them exclusively because their work is superior to anyone else in the area and their prices cant be beat. Its a family-owned and operated company and they treat you like family. They are kind and considerate and theyre conscious of your job and their work. Im so happy with their work. THE BEST.

Hernandez Granite did a fantastic job on my bathroom counter top. Not only was the quality outstanding the entire process was amazing. Darlene did a wonderful job of providing communication on when they would be out, the cost of project, and when the install would occur. Mateo and his team were professional and provided quality work during the install. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Hernandez Granite did an awesome job installing granite countertops in a house we are renovating in St. Pete. They were fast, installing the tops the day after taking measurements. No other granite installer we have used has been that fast, and speed is of the essence when remodeling homes for resale. Mateo and Darlene were courteous and professional, the price was very reasonable and the granite looks great. We will definitely use them again!

Hernandez granite did an excellent job they did our entire home. The kitchen, the island, all the bathrooms and installed new sinks. The fabrication work was done to perfection! They were punctual, professional and they didnt leave out any detail. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and clients.

They ruined two of my cabinets during the install and tried to claim that it was not them despite using a sawzall exactly where the cabinet face is damaged. They also knocked the texture off the columns on either side of the island, we had to have the drywall-er come back to fix the damage. Whatever savings we had before the damage from the install more than ate up. We tried to contact the sales lady and have yet to receive a response. Go with a more professional company.
