Friendly and HelpfulStarted coming here almost 9 months ago. Haven’t felt the need to go anywhere else since then. Always friendly and ready to help. Sometimes there is one person working and they are helping someone else. I don’t mind waiting because they give the same attention to each customer who has questions. Most importantly honest about different products and what I would be most happy with. Not random stuff to spend a lot of $$$ on.

Stopped in last weekend during a sale they were having and had the best customer service. He even threw in a protein bar for free and had great conversation- I will be switching my biweekly trip to this store after such a great interaction.

These guys are great always super helpful and always in a good mood.

Excellent customer service from Danny as well as the Franchise Owner. I’ve never had such a thorough consult and the information given was more than any personal trainer has ever provided. Super nice and knowledgeable staff!! The onsite body measurement machine was so quick to do. I highly recommend this GNC location in Tampa. I’ve been a GNC customer for over 10yrs and have never had this level of service. Thank you!!!!

Unfortunately it is not open when it says it will be. Walked up at 9:08am and no one is to be found. No signage posted elsewhere that would indicate special holiday hours.

Went in there looking for a specific product and Dan helped me out tremendously. He gave me multiple options and broke it down to which one would work best for my goals. He was both knowledgeable and resourceful. Provided the customer service that someone deserves.

The GNC at Britton Plaza is a family owned and operated store with friendly staff and a full selection of nutritional and health supplements. The quality of their products is unquestioned. The staff is extremely knowledgeable so they are able to help you choose the product best suited for your lifestyle and health goals. I use a wide array of their products including the Mega Mens 50+ multivitamin and 1700 testosterone support supplements.

This is the best GNC in South tampa! They actually know a lot about nutrition and gave me a good price on my favorite protein powder.
