Do not use them! Called a week ago and they set up an appointment for today. 11 am rolled around and no one showed. I called them and they advised me my house was out of their service area. That would have been nice if they would have told me this when I set the appointment. Had to call another franchise and now they are coming out in 2 weeks!

I am very happy with my new blinds from Budget Blinds. Tim and Dan are courteous, friendly, and professional. They delivered a great product on time. A very good experience. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Worked with Terri for curtains for sons nursery and she did a great job recommending good fabric and design choices. She also created a rendering of what the curtains would look like which was very helpful. The order did take a lot longer than expected due to Covid and it was a little difficult scheduling the installation. Installers Don and Brian did a great job though. They were right on time and were friendly and respectful.Would overall recommend if you are not needing windows treatments in a certain time frame.

Although the designs and the architecture of the door and windows of my home were good, but I wanted to make them look stunning. I choose to install composite shutters and contacted these experts for excellent work. My communication with them was positive and got a fair estimation from them. Their team came out on a fixed schedule and worked remarkably. Well-done!!!

It always says its open 9-5 and I have gone 3 times and no one is ever there. I left a message and no return call. I guess they are so busy, they dont care about losing a potential customer. I can only imagine the service you get once they have your money, you cant even contact them to try to give them money. I noticed great reviews years ago and nothing recent. I looked into them because of the great reviews. Maybe a management/owner change or something.
