I got to Sherwin-Williams 20 minutes before they closed And waited in line the entire 20 minutes with only one customer ahead of me… Then when they finally left at 6 o’clock, the clerk told me they could not help me… Even though I arrived well before the store closed …… If it were my business, I would’ve worked the extra 10 minutes to make a happy customer and set a good reputation for the business … I expected better from Sherwin Wiliams…

Excellent service! I went in there with a very old label from a can of paint somebody else had painted with years ago. The label was pretty damaged but the associate was able to get the color and the type of paint and everything I needed from it. It made what I thought was going to be a difficult color match to a very simple transaction.

Service we good but didnt know where to park. They need signs up to tell customs its ok to park in the back of the store.

Customer service is great. They are quick and friendly. Only complaint is they have a very strong and fragrant air freshener that made me think twice about going in again.

Walked in on a Saturday, the two associates were very helpful and were able to recreate two custom paints I had not used in 3 years. The formulations apparently changed but the two individuals were able to recreate the colors to perfection. Was able to touch up all the nicks in my place!

The Hyde Park store is my favorite store because they treat me like family always remember my name and are very helpful when I need it.

They have great paint, products and prices. I had a great time with everyone who works there except for one worker who will remain under. She made me wait 3 days for a product that was already in the store the entire time (Confirmed by one of her co workers) and never called me on the third day. Her co worker also informed me that they have not been to busy to do it nor ever out of the particular product she was just not “feeling” like going through the hassle to do it. Anyway, when I went back to the store to complain and they had the product she said would take DAYS to make done within 5-10 minutes.Sherwin-Williams is great. But don’t go to this store I would recommend the store on Kennedy BLVD.

Sherwin-Williams has a great selection of colors. They keep their color selection for a long time which is helpful when you have a color that you just love and want to touch up.

The store is clean, parking is easy, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I highly wouldnt recommend to buy paint for delivery at this location. Ordered the paint day before for delivery next day at 9:00 am but received it after 12:00 pm. Called several times and talked to 3 different representative and none of them could give solid explanation what happened with the paint. I have painters crew waiting on the paint over 3 hours and fall behind with this project. This was one of my worst experience at SW location.
