From the start, Mike and his team were extremely accommodating and were willing to go above and beyond to create an oasis in our small backyard. We previously met with 7 other pool companies who were unwilling to work around a large oak tree in our neighbors yard, but Mike not only took it on, but knocked it out of the park. His team created several incredible options for us, and ultimately we were able to build the backyard of our dreams. As expected in the current market, there were a few delays to contend with, but overall I felt the pace of the project was fantastic and they did everything in their power to get the job done efficiently and with the highest quality. Mike Loomis, Owner of Landscape Fusion is very creative and honest since day one of our pool project. We have a very small backyard with a city protected 136 year old Grand Oak tree in the middle of it. Mike essentially had to create a Swiss watch type of design to have every part of the project fit and integrated in such a tight space. We wanted Adult pool area with rainfall, fireplace and Spa, Cantilevered Pergola (without posts), Kids splash area with fountains and sheer waterfall, all within 55x15 space and covered by Aluminum framed Screen enclosure. To have all of these features come alive with a press of button on an Iphone took intricate planning with serious creativity, design engineering and construction. He also has a formidable design and construction team and a project manager, Jo, who made this project not only possible but painless. Both of them worked seamlessly and aware of whats happening at all times. I truly believe this kind of project at this caliber would not have been possible without the sharp attention of these two individuals. Every single person whove visited our backyard has been truly impressed and mentioned that s/he has never seen anything like this in Tampa; its truly unique and provides resort inspired ambiance.

Landscape Fusion took so long to start my project that I refined the requirement to expedite it, but it then became too small/insignificant for them to bother with. They kept my deposit and told me to go to another company unless I expanded the scope of the project. I gave up and eventually went with Jakes Lawncare Service and got exactly what I wanted...expeditiously and cost effectively! In dealing with Mike and his team I always felt like they didnt listen to me and kept trying to raise the cost of the project. Conversely, Jake listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for, finding a way to keep the cost reasonable and still achieve the end-state I wanted!

Project next door resulted in Fusion Landscape trucks hitting my mailbox causing damage. I now have a “wobbly” mailbox. Sent pics with note to project manager. No response or apology. Very unprofessional and lack of respect to not correct their mistakes to property during a job.

Im going to save you A LOT of time and money by giving Landscape Fusion the review they deserve. It will take them several meetings to understand what you need (no matter how simple it is) and it will take several meetings to get a price quote. When you finally get the price it is outrageous. I had to go line by line with Mike on the estimate. He lowered it quite a bit after him finally understanding what I wanted. When the work was started (which didnt take long after I put down the deposit) it was never right. I was/am still very disappointed in the service Landscape Fusion provided.

Landscape Fusion is the company for all your outdoor living needs, but especially if you are looking for someone to take on a complete project. They did all the things you would expect and much more like transplant mature trees, fix sinking pavers, build custom features, and more. From the collaborative design process, project management, and even post-project follow up, Landscape Fusion always exceeded expectations. Communication was always prompt and friendly from everyone including Mike the owner, Kim and Marija in the office, and Jo the project manager. And every single person on the team always greeted us with a hello and smile. The project also remained within the budget even though obstacles were experienced. We waited to give this review to see how the company did on post-project support and follow through which is very important to us. After 6 months we have experienced issues like plants needing warranty replacement, city water issues, and irrigation adjustments and Landscape Fusion was right on top of all of them. We are so happy we had Landscape Fusion improve our outdoor living space and highly encourage everyone to consider them for their outdoor living needs.

I guess my project wasnt big enough for them to even bother with. I was told Id get a drawing and a quote but never received it.
