They had gorgeous dresses on sale, but it was crowded. There was literally no room for anymore customers, so I couldnt buy anything. :(

No one wanted to help me. Even the managers did not acknowledge me and gave the absolute minimum when I asked questions. I even tried to talk about my event (they didnt really ask, I had to bring it up) and they seemed to not care. I asked about online dresses and maybe she didnt hear me but she didnt offer to help me order anything online, something most retailers will do.

Google maps says they close at 9pm it’s 7:30pm drove 30 minutes to find this sign on the door

Terrible service!!! The store was empty and took them a great amount of time to do my check out, the attendant didn’t even look at my face. The attendants seems like they don’t want to be there. Hated!

My daughter and I ALWAYS find the best dresses here for either school dances or birthday outfits. And the staff is ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I also absolutely love their prices and they have a great selection of accessories like all types of jewelry as well as a nice selection of shoes for a one stop shopping experience.

Great store. Go here when I need some new stuff to go out in! Clean, nice staff, and good selection.

I was along for the ride with my granddaughter, but none even acknowledged my presence.

Morgan was fantastic my niece had a military ball and she helped so much find the perfect dress. Lauren on the other hand was rushing us out of the store and was absolutely so unprofessional and rude we almost left without purchasing anything. She was arrogant, and extremely pushy. She made us feel so uncomfortable that Morgan worked twice as hard to keep us happy and it was a bit sad that her co workers made her feel like she could not do her job.

This is my favorite dress store in the Tampa area. My favorite store in this particular mall. It has dresses for all and any occasion. I buy all my dresses there. Theyre great quality.

Awesome prices and beautiful dresses. So many to choose from. Down side is a tight changing rooms.

I don’t hate Windsor stores as a whole just the owner or staff at the Citrus park mall Windsor, I don’t know who she is but it’s the older lady working there, she’s so rude. My daughter went to Windsor to buy a dress and she bought it but later we found a better dress somewhere else and came back to return the Windsor and the lady was just plain rude! She was giving me and my daughter the nastiest looks and overall attitude is unacceptable! Horrible experience

Really rude workers here. I wanted to buy a bathing suit for a friend but I wanted to be able to return it if she did not like it so I asked if I could return it and they said if the hygienic liner was still there so I looked to see if the one I picked had it and it did not so I went to see if another one had it and only 1 out of the five did and they would not let me take the one off the only one that has it and put it on my size. They had a huge attitude and said nope can’t do nothing about it so I just walked out and left.

I just stopped in here at this location for the first time the other day. Usually i have a good experience when i go to any Windsor and the girls that work there are usually very helpful and polite. I don’t get to get out much lately due to a busy schedule and having a younger one with me all the time. I had an upcoming trip i needed a few outfits for so i stopped in here with my 4 year old. As soon as i walked in there was a lady who i assume was the manager (dark hair, glasses, middle aged). Seemed annoyed at my son right away. He wondered around me while i was shopping and she was quick to tell me to keep him next to me and not to let him touch anything so i did. She continued to stare my son down the whole time. He walked towards the door and i went to grab him to bring him in the store and the buzzard went off and she pretty much caused a scene telling me to hand her the clothes and rushed me to get a dressing room right after that before i was even done looking and continued to argue with me about the difference of a romper and a jumper. Obviously she wanted us to leave. On top of that i tried hanging my clothes up before i gave her some sizes that didn’t fit and she questioned me on why i didn’t have the same hanger on certain clothes. I was only trying to help her out in the first place... Didn’t think too much about which hangers are specifically for what clothing item too much. I always end up spending over $200 when i go in this store and will always go to Windsor to shop but this really bothered me and just made me feel uncomfortable. It ruined my experience there for that day and i just felt it was un needed.

Busy but I found I dress I really liked here

As my boyfriend was holding my clothes we happened to misplace a hanger and upon trying to get into the dressing room an associate asked where the hanger was; I told her I didnt know and she proceeded to become very rude telling me that they couldnt be laying around. And that all merchandise must be on a hanger. She had a very accusing tone even though it had been a simple misplacement and we were obviously not trying to steal a hanger or create a caution problem for other customers. I had gone in hoping to get the perfect dress for my 21st birthday needless to say I didnt try on anything else after that ordeal. Found a perfect one for a way better price at charrolette rouse anyways. 👍🏼

Cheap clothes and the whole place is hot and smells like piss. Bonus, employee barged into my fitting unannounced.

The store manager is very rude. Greeted everyone else when they walked in beside my sister & I. When asked her for help with a shirt she just ignored me.

Great shop for special occasion dresses. Always find something here.

I love this shop for dresses for my 14yr old, the prices are very reasonable and the staff outstanding.

2 girls there gossiping about their boyfriends. Never asked if Everything was Okay or if we needed any assistance or help..one of the sales associates, 20 minutes before closing that store told me that if I needed any assistance to let her know because she just had organize the clothes I was looking through. basically told me not to touch anything, I was shocked at what she said and apologized as a natural reaction. And while in the fitting room she yells at the other sales associate telling that she would be in the back cleaning up so they could leave quickly... 20 MINUTES before 9pm.That just ruined the whole experience there. This girl is in the wrong industry and her supervisor was megan and when I complained about it she said she was her supervisor... her apology wasent honest either. I still ended up buying 2 gowns for a wedding. I should have just walked away!

I bought a beautiful dress here and the staff was so helpful with finding what I told them I was looking for.

I was at Windsor’s citrus park with my son today and I asked the older lady with dark hair and glasses for help, I couldn’t get through with my sons stroller. Then she spoke very rudely and got bothered by me asking for help. I ended up leaving right away because it’s the second time ive gone in and that she is rude.

It has all beautiful dress for different occasions

I love windsor as a complete company. I think they can be pricey but the materials are typically durable and hold up so you get what you pay for. As far as this particular Windsor, they are not very friendly. There is an older lady that is typically up in your face as soon as you walk in as though you are going to steal. I think it turns a lot of customers off. Other than that, its a tampa store so it may be a bit picked over but its still wonderful lil Windsor!

We dont have this shop in my state, wish I couldve bought everything and took it home with me! But I settled for a sun hat ;)

Great for formal dresses or just a night out

Older lady with glasses and dark hair was very rude . I was in the dressing room changing and, she had yelled no one is allowed to be in there with you, and no one was with me as I opened the curtain to show her I was alone. She than said no I saw someone go in she must’ve left. She is very rude

Couldnt get any help from the 3 sales people . Tried helping the wife different sizes cause we didnt get any help. Then was told i couldnt be near the dressing. Told the lady if we had help I wouldnt be walking in the dressing area . She just walked away. West shore Windsor park so much bettwr

We were shopping with the kids. One of our kids were sitting there to wait us but unfortunatly this old lady yelled at our kids and tell them to go away. This is nuts, we never had this experience in any stores. Somone needs to take action toward this mean and rudeness from this old lady.
