Steve, along with the whole team at Akita has given us excellent service over all these years.Steve, though, just gave us such exceptional service, I wanted to write about it. We were in the production mode Saturday afternoon (May 28)...preparing our monthly Newsletter for our residents. About 38 copies in (for a population of 222 units).....we ran out of toner.....and we had no backup cartridge.I left Steve a message regarding ordering replacement cartridges for first thing on Tuesday (May 31...after the Memorial Day Holiday weekend).He responded within hours....that he would personally bring a new cartridge by first thing Tuesday morning. This action on his part.....literally saved us at least two days...that we would have had to wait to receive the cartridge in the mail....if it had been called into Tampa. His bringing the cartridge by this morning.....allowed us to get our Newsletter out on time for our residents. We appreciate his efforts on our behalf!This is the type of service we have consistently received over the years from Akita and Steve.
