They are facing challenges from their vendors, but they are working hard to get replacements/comparable items for anything that is out of stock.

The sales reps and the staff work with you to help solve any issues and keep the products flowing on schedule. Always available to answer questions. Delivery is prompt and correct. Just a great bunch of people to work with.

Been doing business with the tampa branch for over 10 years. The techs are still the same and have personal and friendly business. They have worked with me through the hardest times and was very helpful when I first started through the end.

Just came from Mac Papers, I am a small business so my orders range around $200 so not that much but important to my growth. Today I went into Mac and they refused to even take my order they said they had a requirement of $150 yet did not even wait to hear what my order was going to be, I needed 200 4 cube boxes and some paper yet they were not interested in helping me at all. I was embarrassed and insulted that my money was not good enough to wast their valuable time with.If you are a small business find somewhere else to spend your dollar.
