They offer great value, flexibility, and knowledge for small businesses that cannot afford an in-house IT staff person. Working with Boring is like having an IT person on staff though. I absolutely LOVE our Boring Team in Tampa! We have had the service for over a year now and I cannot see us using anyone else. The customer service and price itself blows the competition away. The staff are very supportive and responsive to our IT needs.

We are still dealing with this over 5 months of bills that we have not received any service. We contacted Boring systems in regards to a phone system for our business hoping to receive better customer service and more benefits to expand our business than our previous provider. Our monthly phone bill went from $170 to over $800/month plus never having ported our other phone. So we were paying for our old services as well. Paid over $500 for installation, plus $450 for the phones that are only assigned to them. We then contacted the representative to cancel the service as it was not as promised and nearly 4 times what we previously paid. Our service is still being billed over $500/month for a canceled service that Zultys is saying we did not cancel. We are currently at $4,000 in charges for a phone system we have not been able to use and was never ported. Im upset as this was supposed to be a superior service than what we had. If you are looking for a good business phone system, I would suggest looking around as it seems nothing but bills and no phone service comes with Boring Systems.
