Mike was extremely helpful from the get go. The facility is well-maintained and access is straightforward. I actually ended up using a different storage facility when it was all said and done because the one I bought from Seaport Storage ended up being too small to fit all of my things. Mike immediately reached out to corporate and was able to refund my money. A class-A business which can be difficult to find these days. 100% recommend.

Must have changed management from some of the other reviews. They were very accommodating. Mike and the home office jumped through some hoops to help with initial access late on a FRI so I could move on SAT. Mike is more than helpful setting up the account, payments etc. Carts are always available. Clean, well lit, and climate controlled. Even if we move from Bell well keep our storage here.

SO CONVENIENT to have a storage facility at the top of your apartment building! A neighbor called it an extra bedroom when I ran into him moving my stuff in! The staff both on the phone and in person were super accommodating, and met the internet price, even though I was booking over the phone. Mike, the supervisor on site, made sure to take me through the options, and made sure I understood everything fully! Definitely recommend!

I just got my unit last week and Mike was wonderful! He explained the terms and we found a unit that fits my needs. He showed me up to the unit and made sure there was a cart left for me knowing that I would be moving over the weekend while his office was closed. Ive only been with Seaport Storage for about a week now....but so far have had a great experience! Thanks Mike!

Weve been a customer of Seaport Storage for years. Brian was the best! He was so attentive and truly a great guy. However, he left. And the place is under new horrible management. The place has really gone down hill. There are never any dollies available when you need them. Items were stolen from someone else moving out when we were there.Beware old members! They changed the cancellation terms of the contract with the new management (in terms of the number of days needed to notify of move out), and tried to charge us an extra month. We showed them our original contract and they still charged us! To top it off the manager said he would get in contact with us and has yet to return our call.Such a shame. This place used to be great.

The facility is clean, well organized and in a great location for the downtown area. The management was friendly and very experienced and made the stressful moving situation much more tolerable. I feel very confident my belongings will be well taken care of

My wife and I moved to Tampa back in March and finally got the last of our personal items here and desperately needed A storage room as fast as possible close to home here in Channelsyde I was referred to go see Mike at Seaport storage inside Bell Channelside and Mike was great help he had helped me out as fast as possible got me up and going within 30 minutes with a nice room in a very clean atmosphere was very happy and would highly recommend seaport to Anyone that is looking for a pleasant experience and a great storage room thank you Seaport storage

Several issues. Call center you reach is not the office so while they told me the office would be open until 5:30pm the person staffing the office left early. Next, there is no signage. Even the call center person said that while looking on Google maps he could not see any indication of where their site was located. He couldn’t reach the on site office because they left as previously mentioned. I live 2 blocks away and was unaware they were there. You have to know to park in the apartments guest spaces and walk to the leasing office! All without a single sign! Wasted time...I signed up with extra space a few blocks away!

Customer Service excellent and very efficient. Storage units space very clean and more than willing to help if you have questions or arent sure about something. Prices are very good. Good location from local colleges that are nearby.

It was seamless, painless, competitive rates, you can access 24/7, flat cart available, air conditioned......I can keep going. Mike is friendly, accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend if you live anywhere near downtown Tampa.

Mike is great to work with. He took me around and showed me the different storage sheds and sizes. I picked one and he saved it for me for about two weeks, something you can’t do via the internet. Plus the internet doesn’t list all the sizes. He’s has been a pleasure to work! I highly recommend Seaport Storage and Mike. The facility is great and I feel very safe with my belongings being there.

Great location if you live downtown, Harbor Island or Channelside. The Property Manager was awesome and very helpful in renting a storage unit.

My experience with Seaport storage has been very good. I have been using their storage services for ~ 3 years since moving to Tampa. Prior to using their services, my research on there competitors made it obvious to me they provide the best value, the cleanest environment for climate-controlled self-storage. They also provide an extensive selection of many sizes and provide 24/7 secure access. It has been a pleasure and great experience working with Mike Durell the manager of the Seaport storage at Tampa Channelside location. Mike is very dependable and will follow-up on any issues that arise. The 24/7 self-storage and location makes it very convenient to deal with it on your schedule. I have since downsize my storage requirements several times over the years at Seaport Storage. Living in a Condo now requires some offsite storage.
