On a cross-country drive from Boston to Taos New Mexico a piece of road debris cracked my windshield. Ive had a few replacement windshields on my 07 Lexus LX470, and B&M did the best job out of any of them. Miguel used rivets to correctly affix the windshield. As a result its whisper quiet. He also drove up to the ski valley for mobile service. Highly recommended!

I stopped by the shop on Wednesday after texting Miguel to see when we could get our car in to repair the windshield. He had offered to do it at 8 on Wednesday or come to our house on Friday. He was not happy to see that I was from out of state (we had been here for 10 days from a state with very few cases), but agreed to come on Friday sometime after noon.. He asked that I call him Friday morning to confirm. So, Friday morning I called him at 8:10 and left a message. I also sent him a text with detailed directions to our home. We moved the car into the carport as he had requested. At 3:53 I texted him again to see if he was coming. At 4:08, I got a text telling me he forgot, but next time I was in Taos I could bring the car by and he would work me in. Since he told me he was coming on Friday, I cancelled the insurance on the car as we use another car while here. I am not sure what else I could have done on my part. All I can assume is that he really did not want to do the job since we were from out of state. If so, I just wish he had been upfront and told me so on Wednesday. I certainly would have understood his caution in these uncertain times.

Wow! What can I say but excellent service. We got a chip in our windshield outside of Taos and needed to have it taken care of before it spread. We got into the shop and the service took about a half hour. The experts were so friendly and did a great job! I would recommend the shop to anyone!

Miguel took great care of us: on our way skiing, where chipped windshields are sure to run, we pulled into another glass repair place and were told it would take over a 90 minutes, Miguel at B&M Auto Glass had us back on the road in 30 minutes with a completely transparent repair!!!... and he genuinely cared for our comfort, safety and the quality of his work!

I was on a road trip from Texas when a rock cracked my windshield! Miguel was kind enough to see me 10 minutes before closing time and continued to work after closing to get the crack taken care of. He is very kind and gracious, even though we forced him to stay after hours!

Our windshield was hit by a rock on our way to Taos. Set up an appointment with B&M that day. Twenty minutes after our arrival our windshield star was repaired and we were back on the road. Fast and friendly service!

I called this organization to have a repair done on my RV this morning at 9 oclock left a message with your phone number and what was wrong and never heard back from them at all. They were open on Saturday as it says in their advertisement.Now I have to go on and find someone else on the road hoping that my window will not crack any further. Poor recall service

From first call to a repair 30 min later, this is just what a travelling tourist Texan needed. Thank you for doing quick, quality work at a very fair price.

B & M Auto Glass saved our trip! While driving to Taos, a rock slammed into our side window on sliding glass door and smashed the glass. What a scare, but afterwards we had no window left and a storm coming in. We covered it with plastic and drove into Taos around 5pm. We had called ahead and Miguel at B &M Auto Glass came in after hours at 6pm to help us. Our car was too new and the suppliers didnt have the window in stock. Would have taken several days to get it delivered to Taos and we were only there for a short time. So Miguel came up with a more than temporary solution. He put in a piece of smoked Plexiglass, cut to size, that looked like our original glass window. So now we had protection from the rain, but also the car was now secure. VERY important when traveling and all your possessions are in the car! So not only was Miguel a TRIP SAVER, but he did it with a smile and real concern for our welfare. We highly recommend B&M Auto Glass, traveler or not!

While visiting from Tennessee this summer we were on road in our Thor Motorcoach on way to Taos a passing vehicle, we think, kicked up a rock from road which hit a previously replaced 1 week old windshield from the same thing and left a crack which was beginning to spider. Of course we panicked and thought the Wndshield Gods were angry with us. Immediately we pulled over in Taos and goggled windshield repair in Taos. Of course it was 3:00pm ish on a Friday afternoon, we had reservations for 2 days at an RV park 6 or 7 miles out of Taos and to make matters worst a 3 day reservation in Albuquerque for the Balloon Festival (nonrefundable). TRUE PANIC!!!! Google gave us 2 options. My husband called the first and was told they do not do RV windshields....TRUE PANIC!!!...Then we called B & M spoke with Miguel who was out of Taos at the time but listened to our problem and agreed to come out on Saturday and do the repair. He had other jobs scheduled and asked us to give him a call on Saturday am. We get to campground, discover we have no phone signal...heart attack PANIC!!! so my husband goes to his shop to leave him a note to text us to correspond and Miguel just happened to return. I know this is a short story but you have to know the story to appreciate how great this business really is. On Saturday Miguel, the owner came out and the repair was made. He is a wonderful person... great business owner but a great person also. Very gracious and kind and by the time he left we were very pleased with his work and we felt that we had meet another great human being on our travels. One more thing...maybe Miguels prayer to the glass gods helped ... we are sitting in Texas on way home and yes no more cracked windshield ... keep praying Miguel ....WE ARE!!!
