Waited a week for a medium size window. When I called to see the status, was told it would be ready by noon. Went at 1:30 and waited 20 minutes inside while it was FINALLY getting worked on. I left with a window that had wet glue and wasn’t even wrapped. On top of that I was charged $80 when the glass costs $20 at ACE. Next time I’ll just do it myself. I went to them hoping it would be done in a couple days tops.

I had a star ding in my windshield from the gravel truck throwing a piece of rock into my glass. It had already started running, it was about an inch long and Glasco fixed it!!! $45, done deal. I have used their services twice- once for a windshield and once for cutting glass to protect a table top. In both cases they were very pleasant to work with, very fast, and did excellent work. Ill go there anytime I need the srrvices they provide.

This Auto Glass business completed an install of the windshield on our 2011 Subaru Outback yesterday. The tech did a great job. The windshield is spotless, the reinstall of the EZ Pass is level and placed exactly as I would have done it. The oil change reminder window decal made it from the old cracked windshield, to the newly installed one, neat and on the level. Using a local business with a price significantly lower than going through our insurance company for a replacement windshield as we did three months ago (dust storms, ugh), this experience was definitely a win win. The office was busy, and the wait was worth it.

One of the side windows of our car was broken out on a Friday morning. I called two glass companies in Taos for replacement estimates. One shop told me they couldnt do the replacement until the following Thursday because the Fourth of July holiday was the following Tuesday and they couldnt get a replacement window until then. Glasco told me they could get it done the next Monday afternoon. I was told replacement would take three hours. I bought my car in and they finished it in two hours. Besides replacing the window they cleaned up all the broken glass. Everybody I interfaced with was friendly and professional. I would use them again without hesitation.

They dont do OEM windshield replacements.
