I found this place while driving and i had to stop. i found so many things i had wanted for a long time. my family keeps talking about how great the displays and staff were. all of the items were priced correctly and they were very affordable. my favorite things i got were selenite hearts and tumbled tigers eye. this is such a cool shop, i 100% recommend it!

Taos Gems & Minerals has comprehensive stones collections. They carry beautiful stones and nice jeweleries too. The owner definitely knows her gem stones. She can explain the many different types of stones so youll feel like youre learning while shopping. Shes friendly and really nice. Their prices are very reasonable. Definitely less expensive than other stores around. Its a must-visit if youre in Taos and like gem stones.

Great gem and mineral store. Out of all the rock shops I went to around Taos they had the best prices. The variety of items was also impressive. Owners and employees were very nice and pleasant to talk to. If you want to buy a lot I would go here. If Im back in Taos I will return. Now Im satisfied Im going back home to add my pieces to my collection!

This is by far the best rock shop I’ve seen. The prices were AMAZING and all the jewelry is handcrafted by the owner. She has excellent knowledge and style to her work. The entire store is a treasure trove worth stopping. Honestly the prices were the best I’ve ever seen out of the many many rock shops i’ve been to.

Beautiful shop with incredible prices and wonderful displays. We will certainly come back on any trip to Taos in the future! They have rock and gem specimens, jewelry, and gem sculptures and carvings. The owners (I believe) were friendly and helpful with knowledge.

This place is incredibly comprehensive, and the owners are so kind and helpful we stopped here on a road trip It was totally worth it. The prices are amazing in the selection is unbelievable.

I can’t say enough great things about Taos Gem and Minerals! They were my go to spot when I lived in Taos. They have quite the selection and great prices that make you feel appreciated! Also! Lovely Titus is always waiting for you at the door with kisses and excitement!

This is a MUST for our family each year (10 yrs in a row). The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. All purchases are carefully wrapped for safe travel or shipping.

I wouldnt say hes a total fraud, but the man who runs the shop is still a fraud. He told me that there was nothing fake in the store, not even dyed rocks. On the front counter is a plate of meteorite shards; a dollar per gram. Sorry buddy, but meteorite is typically worth about $300 a gram. Oops.
