The service was great! The AutoZone attendant helped me by going out to my vehicle and making sure the part I bought was the right one.

Calvin was a huge help. No other store would take the time to put on my wiper blades cause it was raining. I will never go anywhere else!

Did order online for instore pickup they did not have the item and I was charged.... called store rep said have to come to store for refund.? Called Customer Care and they said on the 26 of March a refund was issued. I did my order on line you didnt have the product and now 5 days later STILL no refund. Rude CS and no one knows what they have.

Calvin is a hard working and dedicated manager that deserves some recognition. Nixon always on the job giving it 100 percent . Both have great customer service skills.

The all woman sales staff at AutoZone Tarboro were really awesome tonight. I purchased new windshield wipers and they were already installed by the time I was done paying. Those ladies rock!

Called the tarboro store to check on a part. Yes it was in stock the manager asked if I wanted to place the part on hold, I said yes, they did. Went in paid and was gone in less than 5 minutes.
