Furniture was to be delivered in July, it’s September and they still can’t give me a delivery date. They literally have no idea when I will get my furniture. They delivered my recliner, still waiting on my sofa and love seat, and they have the nerve to ask me to give them more money before they deliver my recliner. It’s not 50% of the order. Unbelievable! Where is my furniture??? Enjoy my interest free loan! Tina, the manager has often called me, but has no answers or authority to help me. I asked for her boss to call me, nothing. They don’t care! Rooms to go set a date and delivers on the date twice. Go with them! Matters Bothers doesn’t matter. Commercial says say they stocked up and can deliver in days. Liars!!!!!

We like this store. Good selection of the type of furniture we prefer(light, not bulky) and good salespeople.

I first gave 5 star but we got our furniture. Head board has stains and black sute all over it. I always say you get whst you pay for. But this is unexceptable.Tracy customer care said we would get a new head board but we have not received it.

What a great store they have in Tarpon Springs! When I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, they got to work and found it in another location and had it delivered within a couple of days. The quality of service and selection is very high.

George was very helpful and fun. he listened carefully and was able to guide me to selections that were right for me. I will go back an avail myself of those services.

I went to Tarpon Matter Brothers to find tables for my formal living room nice gentleman helped me and as he was helping me 2 sales ladies were just rudely watching and making comments under their breath. We were going to go ahead and make the purchase of the tables that would have been over $3k but after their behavior I’m not interested in doing business with judgements. Sorry to our salesman but you need to train your associates when they don’t have a customer don’t watch others with a customer and text back and forth to each other and make comments under your breath. I will make my purchase at Annabelles. I found they can get the same tables for me without caddy sales people.

Great service and followup. They arrived at the day and time scheduled. They were very careful assembling the kitchen table and answered all the questions we asked. The guys were very polite. The furniture was in perfect condition. We are very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the service. Keep up with the good job!

I have had the most excellent experience with Matter Brothers. I found a beautiful couch (on sale) that was perfect for my home with the help of Tina at the Tarpons Springs store. She was very pleasant and a great asset to the company.I took my girlfriend there to show her my couch I ordered and not only did she love it but, she bought a bedroom set as well.Beautiful store and lots to choose from. Great sales!Thanks again for your help. I will certainly be back for more.

Went to at least 5 furniture stores today, starting with one with awful sales people that were like sharks and really pushy. Ended up going here after finding it on google by searching furniture store. They have a massive showroom with absolutely stunning furniture. My salesman, George, was extremely patient and did not try to push my budget at all. He quickly figured out my style and knew exactly what to show me. I told him I still wanted to look at other places and he was not rude at all. After going to several more stores, I called him and told him I was coming back to pick up the recliner we discussed and order a couch. I was running late and arrived 5 minutes prior to closing. He had the recliner wrapped up for me and helped load it into my truck. Even though it was already closed, he asked if there was anything else I needed and I asked about coffee tables. He was in NO RUSH whatsoever even though it was past closing time. He took his time to show me everything and I ended up ordering a coffee table as well. EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend Matter Brothers. Great prices, too!

Nice selection, excellent customer service. Prices are fair during sales events, and they are willing to negotiate on retail prices. Have made two rather large purchase there and will likely be going back.

This furniture store has the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced. Spent over $8k wrong furniture delivered didnt show up several times when promised. 5 months later still have wrong furniture and company is unresponsive. .Would leave minus stars if possible.

Excellent selection, their sales staff is top notch. Ive bought selections for several rooms here. My wife has certain visions for each room in our house and finding the perfect pieces. Susan, our expert sales person helped guide and actively hunted for the perfect piece!

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO MATTER BROTHERS FURNITURE! Text book rip off salesmen! Sweet as candy while theyre selling their over priced, junk furniture and completely rude and non caring as soon as there is a problem! Id rather buy at Macys where they actually stand behind their products! Heck, you would do better at Big Lots. No, thats no exaggeration! Buyers you have been warned... I should have done more research and read all the bad reviews before buying here. I only hope I can save others the headaches I am going through.UPDATE: it has been 5 months now and Im still fighting to get my money returned for my purchase of a defective couch -which is still sitting in their warehouse!!! Little do they realize that I will continue to spread the word that Matter Brothers Furniture is a rip off and not to be trusted. I have personally shared my experience with at least 5 definite buyers. They were wise, learned from my misfortune and purchased elsewhere, and they have all confirmed that they couldnt be happier, and they all saved at least a few hundred dollars. One couple in particular, newly relocated neighbors, almost made the mistake of spending over 7k at Matter Brothers to outfit their new home. I will continue to help others not make the same mistake that I did! I will keep updating this review with any new news.

DESPICABLE LIARS! STEER CLEAR!! I heard them actively making fun of a customer because she was a black woman. Places like this should be closed. When your sales members refer to a customer as Big Blackie then I have a problem with that. Not to mention they completely lied to my face on several occasions. If you want to deal with honest and decent humans, go elsewhere.

The sale itself was good. It started with the furniture taking over 6 months to be delivered. But this is the worst furniture we have ever bought. 4 years into it our Natuzzi set and it has two broken recliners and the stitching is busted. For spending close to USD 6000 ! we would have expected more. The guardsman extended warranty is not a good deal. They do their best not to have to fix anything. Never buying furniture again that doesnt have a solid warranty. Especially given the price we paid.

This store carries the Florida Style better than any other furniture store. Wish I could purchase and carry right off the show room floor. Every item has to be ordered and their is a wait of a couple weeks.

Horrible experience. Sales person lied about not following up with my delivery then told another lie..then flat out denied that she ever waited on me...pick a lane lady and stick with it. Thats how they treat people that have been shopping there for years..yikes!!!

I have never been in a furniture store and had no one greet me until today. They helped others but ignored us. Staff walked up to us as we walked in but said nothing. We walked around for about 15-20 minutes and walked by several staff, no one spoke to us the whole time, not even when we left.
