Fantastic storage location. I had a storage unit with life storage in Tarpon springs for over 3 yrs (5/2017 to 10/2021) I had to do a sudden move to west coast and stored my most valued possessions there. They had great communication, let me know promptly when there were any changes. I felt safe having my worldly possessions there despite not being able to check on them or go to the unit for multiple years. The unit was spacious, clean, climate controlled and had nice security features on property. The property is well maintained and looks the same, clean tidy and safe as it did when I moved my stuff in. The location never experienced any bugs or flooding in the 3 yrs my stuff was there. When my storage unit was opened 3 yrs later (10/2021) it looked like it had been hermetically sealed. There wasn’t even dust on my stuff.Shout out to Chris: he was super helpful with the move out since I was coordinating it from over 3000 miles away. He was very patient, helpful and informative despite the debacle with my storage container and the whole move out.STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Kathy went above and beyond... Chris was amazing in helping me add a small space when an overseas trip and some unexpected changes led me to need just a little more space...only to come home earlier than expected and...drum roll...left the keys on the other side of the pond... Kathy was spectacular and got me all fixed up and ready to go again.. affordable prices, great service... cant go wrong with this krewe on the job...

Stopped in on Saturday 9/25 for a unit to store a jet ski on short notice. The woman working in the office was very helpful and quickly found us a perfect spot. The transaction was quick and she was great to work with!

Kathi is awesome. My unit was tucked away in a corner and I was having trouble rolling a large toolbox over the lip into the unit when i was moving in. She found me a piece of scrap wood lying around to make a ramp with. She even gave me a glass of cold water when she saw i was thirsty. 5 stars.

Had such a great experience at this storage facility. Initially was looking to get a 5 x 10 unit. But they had such a great rate on the 10 x 10. And was able to move all my stuff from my apartment to the unit for only $21. Which they offered right when I went to pay for the unit that morning. Both managers were also very pleasant. Would recommend the storage unit to anyone!!

Chris and staff have made a very anxious sudden storage need a good experience with their informed assistance and professionalism. Every question has been listened to and fully answered. They return calls within minutes. The use of the van was a huge bonus as well. They have anticipated needs and provided solutions that have kept my belongings safe and secured.

Over ten years storing valuable heirlooms and irreplaceable items with Chris at this location and cant say enough about the personal service and professionalism! Weve always dealt with Chris, but Im sure the other staff is excellent as well. The facility is spotless, built like Fort Knox and climate controlled which is critical for our items. Never a billing problem or other issue. The facility and communications have been extremely reliable in weather emergencies, etc. where weve never had any impact whatsoever - which in Florida is obviously a big deal! The storage units have 24 hour access, which some competitors do not allow that and they are secure. The price was very reasonable and my unit was clean with convenient access. They provided me with many extras to make my move a lot easier.

Excellent service by site manager Chris Bearkland. I needed a unit quickly and he was able to accommodate me the same day. He explained everything and took time to show me the unit. With his information I was able to rent the correct size needed. I told him when we would be there to move things in and he made sure we had a cart available to aid us. Its very clean and organized. I love this krewe, Chris and Kathy are awesome. I have been with Uncle Bob/ Life storage for a few years and the associates have always been great. I have other family members who I have recommended move to Uncle Bob for 24/7 access. Last minute camping trip: back in grab the gear and go, late night - early morning whenever.
