You know how when you meet a person that is genuinely nice, it makes the rest of your day so much better, well Jeanette at Public Storage 38800 US highway 19 in Tarpon Springs, is just that kind of person. From the first moment I spoke with her on the phone to the first time I met her in person....what a nice lady. She knows the dying art of true customer service. As so many others have said....shes awesome!

My second experience storing with this location started off with a socially distanced, masked inspection of options, with patient Jeanettes helpful suggestions spot-on for my needs. Manny, a most polite (district?) manager was solicitous and even changed a lightbulb for me (I know!) himself. My unit is clean and sound, and the location feels safe, with individualized gate controls. Excellent experience!

Jeanett was always helpful and kind. Really made my storage experience amazing! Just wish it was 24/7 but 9 pm is not bad for closed gate time. They are really nice here.

This is a great storage facility! I am a small business owner and I use this storage facility to store my inventory. I’ve operated my business out of a few different storage facilities and this one is the best/cleanest by far.Jeanett has gone above and beyond to help me and is always very polite.

I had a wonderful experience, despite life actively working against me. The cab dropped me off two doors down at the wrong storage facility. After being treated rudely by the staff at the first place, Jeanette lent me the use of a storage cart to make my efforts to hand walk 17 bags/boxes down US 19 more fruitful. She took me right to the unit, was aces getting my contract ready and my stuff stored.This situation had the potential to turn out horribly for myself and my partner. I am more than happy to say Jeanette stepped up and made certain my already bad day was well on the way to better by the time I left. Thank you Public Storage for investing in people like her!

Of course I had to be that needy person who is a pain and asks for all these special requirements, right down to the direction of the sun, and not only did she made it all happen for me, she did it with a smile. I usually dread renting a storage unit between the contracts and all the hidden charges, but not here, everything was straightforward smooth and simple, with Jeanette making anything easier than she could. She went above and beyond and that is what customer service is all about. I highly recommend them, and my business will always be with this company and this location.

Ive been a Public Storage customer for many years. This last time for 4 years. I had to rent a large space to fit my household goods and furniture from 2 smaller units after one unit had a large leak from a storm. The office gave me a good rate of $289 but every so often the rates have been increased. I went along with the increases because I had no choice while undergoing health issues...until the last notice raising my rate from $352 to $385 and during the Virus pandemic. I called the office to complain as my SS is very small and this pandemic is cause to put all rents on hold. Jeanette tried nicely to explain the increase but I persisted. She finally kindly offered to call the owner and ask for a decrease in my rent. And guess what? They agreed! Great job Jeanette! Thank you.

Great storage facility with people that care! I revived excellent customer service from a temp manager named bobby he was professional walked me threw the process of renting a unit addressed all my concerns and you could just tell he cared very much about what he does.Thus far other tenets have been friendly even asking to lend a hand. In an instance where case of both of us were needing to load and unload we coordinated moving our trailers when we each had more difficult items to move.

Jeanette did a great job transitioning me to a larger unit. I’ve been a Public Storage customer for many years and thanks to Jeanette I will continue to be a happy customer.

I just rented a unit today and have yet to move anything in. However, Kelly signed me up and she was polite, professional and helpful. The corporate phone service was polite but very pushy. Kelly was the opposite and took her time while still being very busy. So far I’d recommend this location.

Amazing experience, clean location. Bonnie was professional, sweet and answered all questions we had. Took us to our space prior to renting it showed us how to open the doors as well. We were unsure about renting the space due to not being climate control but she eased our fears and showed us a wonderful product they have to help keep the moisture out. My husband and I were looking for an outdoor parking space for his company vehicle. We originally went to a different public storage location and were advised there was no spaces available, we were told to try the Tarpon Springs location. Kelly at the front desk was awesome, she was very friendly, she physically went outside and checked the property for an outdoor parking space, which they had!!! Kelly and Brian were both excellent, they helped us with all our needs, and made myself and my husband feel very comfortable.

I have rented units at this property on and off over the years. It has always been satisfactory, but with this current rental, I am delighted to say that the property is in the excellent hands of Rudy and his assistants. Rudy is unfailingly courteous and professional. His priority is making sure his customers get the best service. His assistants are also very customer-oriented and professional. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. I would - and have done so - recommend this location to anyone.

Best rates in the area, and the office team was excellent. I worked with Valarie, she was really great, answered all my questions & helped me determine the right size storage unit to fit my items. Keep in mind when pricing out the unit, they require mandatory renters insurance, which will be added to your monthly bill. I suppose this is standard practice, but it was a surprise & added 20% to my monthly expense.

We rented out a storage unit here and were helped by Valerie and Jasmine, they were super sweet and caring. We ran into an issue where a part of our storage unit was infested with ants, we panicked and went to the office to inform them of the problem and Bonnie was at the desk, not helpful didn’t seem like she cared the slightest bit that some of our stuff was COVERED in ants (so many ants).. she never once got out of her chair to even come and see and gave me a different storage unit to transfer all our stuff after we had just finished filling up the unit :/.. super disappointed with how she handled this. We also had to come back the next day because she didn’t transfer our storage unit information which was an inconvenience because it could’ve resolved that very day.. 0 stars for Bonnie and 10 stars for valarie and jasmine who helped us through this.

I walked in to pay my bill on a super busy day, Jeanette got me in so fast! I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else

Wasnt ready to purchase a unit but came in with a few questions. Erika and Jeremy were more than willing to answer them. Took me out to look at a few units and decide which one will best fit when it comes time to pack everything up. The property was very clean, and they were both very knowledgeable about every question I had. Both were insanely friendly and helpful, definitely plan on storing my things there!

Staff was busy but was still very swift in handling the processing of new customers. Storage units are clean and easy to access.

He is always able to answer all of my questions and is always patient with me when I forget my code and he has to look it up for me and give me a new card. He is always smiling and even when he is busy helping other people out he always takes a moment to tell me he will be right with me. Thanks Rudy for making my experience great!

Folks at this location were very helpful - had called other locations and they were not willing to check door height (which we needed to know), or other details we needed. Ladies here were helpful and then extremely kind to my husband when he came to get it set up. Easy to access and unit worked for us.

I have been a customer of this facility for several months and have nothing but praise for it. It is clean, very well maintained, and I feel completely safe while going to and from my unit. Rudy, the manager, is friendly and very helpful, a real pleasure to interact with. I have experience with another location in the past and Rudy and his facility are head and shoulders above the other one.
