I had issues ordering a new phone online, and finally came to this store. Joe was very helpful and patient, called the customer support for me, spent more than an hour on the phone and was able to fully resolve the problem. Great experience - thank you Joe!

Joe, the store manager is a great person! Recently, my phone number got cancelled by hackers and transferred to another operator. As soon as realized that I do not have service I visited the nearest ATT store and was lucky to meet Joe. He spend a lot of time talking to ATT reps online and tried his best to solve the issue. Meanwhile, very quickly he assisted me getting a new number. He was very friendly and answered all my questions during my visit which took almost 3 hours. Moreover, his help continued the other day when ATT customer service asked me to visit a store. I do not know how I would handle all this without Joes help!Thanks a lot Joe!

I finally found a place Im comfortable with. Totally would recommend this store to all my family and friends without any reservations. The Manager Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was attentive and answered many questions. He also provided assistance with my phone settings. He was patient, very professional and thorough. I was very happy with my new phone and will definitely be back when its time for upgrades and more accessories.

Was supposed to be open on Sunday a 11am. I waited there until 11:45. Still did not open. You should probably update your voicemail!

Store does not answer their phone. Their numbered redirects you to AT&T customer service. I have a local issue with a phone I purchased and need to speak with someone at the store. Totally unacceptable. Dont buy anything here. Ok. I was sold a Maven 835 Smart Phone here less than one month ago. The phone continuously shuts itself off. Continuously goes through an endless shut down and reboot cycle and sometimes will not boot up until the battery is removed for an hour. The store refuses to address this. I was told that the phone is a cheap burner and I should not have expected more than a month usage out of it. I was also told that other customers have come back to the store with the same issue. The store refuses to replace the phone and has offered to sell me another phone. ATT does not stand behind the products they sell. And I thought T mobile sucked.....
