Walked in the store this morning and met these two lovely representatives named Anthony and Wilmerys. I been having issues for quite a while but they did not hesitate to help me. They were very kind and sweet and explained everything that was needed. Super friendly and helpful staffs !

Hit or miss here... sometimes you can get a good representative, some others, youll get someone that looks like he or she doesnt care about your inquiry (but shes actually trying to resolve something).This is primarily for customer service...always focus in the customer, last time I went there the customer rep that I talked with looked like he had no interest in my situation at all, then he went to speak with the apparently store manager or maybe the principal lead, but the guy was talking with a friend or so (it was not a customer for sure), and the guy didnt care at all also.The place is good for little inquiries, like plan upgrades or so, but for more complicated things, its better to call 611 and save you a trip to the store.

I never saw in my life a costumer service more pathetic than this one, the manager is never there and the rest of the employees dont know what they are doing at all, they are lazy, extremely disrespectful and liars.. you can go to the store thousands times and ask the same questions over and over and a couple dont have idea of what are you talking about and the other ones refuse to answer questions... is pretty miserable the way this store treats costumers ... definitely i start fixing all my problems directly by phone with tmobile, another level of customer service with people with education and with the intention to fix your problems

Edison and Wilmerys were very helpful and patient with me. I was misinformed by insurance as to how to proceed with a claim. They patiently walked me through the steps of figuring out What to do!I would highly recommend the customer service in this store!!!

Bel the manager was fantastic, patient and very thorough with the process. I am saving so much money and the service is just as great if not better than my other carrier. I recommend T-Mobile (especially) this store to anyone looking for a better deal!

I had a great experience getting a new iPhone at this location. Sabrina helped me set up my phone, installed a clear protective screen, and gave me some great “pro tips” I would never have thought of on my own. And she was so happy and nice about it, I’m sure I’ll be going back into the store just to say hi. Thank you!

The staff at this T-Mobile store was very helpful and supportive. Genesis was great. They started helping me with one problem, then I changed my mind and decided to upgrade my phone and they seamlessly transitioned into helping me make the best decision. They helped me put the screen protector on and my new otterbox case as well. They will definitely receive my business again in the future.

What a store! I transferred service to t-mobile from Verizon to the 55+ plan. And being in that demographic, I’m somewhat technologically challenged. The “kids” who helped me were not only extremely knowledgeable, they were very sensitive to my ignorance, walking me through every dumb question with incredible patience.

Shop assistance e very helpful and friendly! We went there to buy phone chips and the prices werent very cheap but we got everything we needed.

Worst experience ever, I have been with T-mobile for over 20 years and the disrespect and customer mistreatment i received from employee Anthony and the manager at this store is appalling and unacceptable, Avoid this location, go some where else or better yet call customer service which is what i had to do right at the store itself to get any service.
