I tried this place after reading the reviews but should have went with the yelp reviews. At first glance and quote Joe was great I felt like I could trust him and the quote was good. I had a small job since a tree branch fell on my car. My insurance wasnt the greatest so he said he would work with me on that. What he ended up doing was not helping me on the price and also going to my insurance for more money so basically he got double the money of what he quoted me. I felt like he said what he needed to to get a hold of my car which was originally said would take 3 days turned into 8 without a call to let me know. I had to call for updates he never reached out to me. I am extremely upset of what I had to go through. I hope others reading this realize this guy is only out for himself. Also he said he buffed out scratches from said tree and I still have scratches on my car so that says it all. But I got a super key chain to remind me never to go back.

Good guy that works in there amd they have the. Proper paint equipment unlike other places and the paint job was awsome

I am so happy I took my car to moniz auto body the travelers insurance company was going to total my car and there rep said take it to an auto body shop so I took it to moniz auto body in Taunton and my car was not a total loss I only had to pay my deductable progressive sent there rep to moniz auto body and got the same quote for damages now I got my car back and it looks better than when I bought it you can trust moniz auto body they are friendly and care about there customers. I just took my car to moniz auto body for a new starter and again I am so totally happy with the awesome job and service I have received the owner and his dedicated team are the best bunch of people who are fair honest and can be trusted as a freind not just a shop

I went here over the summer because my convertible roof had a leak. I was told my every body shop around we don’t do convertibles. When I called Moniz auto body the owner was very reasonable and said he doesn’t do convertible tops, but it could be something else and he’d take a look. He took time out of his busy day to figure out what was wrong and even took a picture of where the leak was coming from. He called me and let me know he couldn’t fix it but he let me know the next step to take to get it fixed. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and so helpful. For any auto body needs on the future I will always go here, and I recommend him to all my family and friends!!

Accident repair or General body work this is the place to go. Very high attention to detail at fair prices. They don’t cut corners here have had several cars repaired and slight body mods done the right way
