How unprofessional is this business. Just because I call them to ask them to see if they do diagnostics on cars they say yes and since I already worked on my car they didnt want to listen to me and hung up the phone on me. Is that a professional way to treat people and to have a business opened?

Weve been using Franks as our mechanic for 20+ years. Couldnt ask for a more honest or sincere mechanic.
